I ordered 3 pair of toddler shoes on March 31,2022. 2 of shoes were for my granddaughters and the other for my grandson. Only 2 of the 3 shoes ordered will arrive, maybe, sometime today, but 3rd pair will be shipped out until April 28,2022! Are you serious? So now I can not give the 2 year old her shoes because her 3 year old sister has to wait till May 2022 to receive her new shoes? And the customer service agent gave me attitude when I called about the issue, stating, well we must not have her size and maybe, we will on April 28th. Is there anything else I can help you with! After this I am canceling my subscription to Massey and my account!

AWFUL COMPANY

I am telling friends and family to stay away from this company, they lie everyone of their customer service tells you something different. I want to give a zero rating but their not an option. People BEWARE their shipping fee is terrible and the prices are horrible, Amazon have the same items for less. My experiance with this company is HORRIBLE.

BAIT & SWITCH

Have been a Masseys customer for THREE years... BEWARE... Their promo codes are deceiving. The shipping makes up whatever the so called discount they allow they make it back in the shipping. Monthly payments are not accurate... They will bleed you with payments. Yes the quality of goods are good. Nothing to do with them... they sell brand names. You can find these brands on AMAZON. If you are a "PRIME" member you pay NO SHIPPING... Amazon's CUSTOMER SERVICE is exceptional. Amazon leads the way with interconnected shopping. SHAME ON YOU MASSEYS!

When I returned items the supervisor was rude called me lier an told me that I was taking up to much of her time.And when I said that's your job she said I've been on the phone with u for 30 mins. So I ask her for the name of her boss she wouldn't give it to me I told her I would get it myself an she said good luck with that.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I received a catalog and saw a brand of boots that I have been really wanting so I ordered a pair. I knew I was going to be paying more but figured it was a Christmas gift to myself. They ended up being too big so I returned them and ordered 2 others to try and would keep the one that fit. I ALWAYS have a hard time finding shoes that fit right. Anyway by the time I received these I had figured out what the correct size and width would be. I eventually purchased a pair of boots for $149.00 and had a coupon EACH time I had placed an order. Once all was said and done I received a final bill of $239.00! I find that a little extreme for one pair of boots! I know I returned two orders but still I used coupons and common sense would tell ANYONE that no one would want to pay $90 more than the original price posted. I have called so many times to speak to someone it's ridiculous! I asked for a supervisor I got placed on hold for a half hour then got disconnected! Funny thing is they have NO PROBLEM contacting me looking for money! It's so crazy!
I have sent numerous letters asking for assistance and have gotten nowhere!
So just take notice of what you are dealing with! Please beware of there customer service team, it is absolutely horrible! There was actually one woman I spoke to that was somewhat helpful but unfortunately my last return had not been processed yet so nothing could be done. At that time they were trying to bill me for close to $500!
So FRUSTRATING!

Masseys is no good
December 20, 2021

I got this catalog and so i ordered they said i was approved for the credit and said the order will arrive on the 23rd of Dec. I called today and said that they needed a 100% payment and i wasnt even notified or nothing. I am so upset of this. Its a good thing rhis happened cuz im not spending my money w/ this kind of company who is lacking of everything.

I requested a shipping label to return a pair of shoes. A rep explained that it was nonreturnable because there was no defect. I requested a supervisor who reluctantly agreed to send a label. When I didn't receive a label I called and spoke with another supervisor who was argumentative and stated that wasn't what her notes stated and implied I wasn't telling the truth. As I pride myself on my honesty and this did not sit well. I have never experienced a company retracting a promise. Also I wasn't informed during my initial order that a pair of red sketchers shoes were on back order. It has been over a month and I haven't received this order

I've ordered from them several years but Dec package not rec'd took me until May to resolve and the first call today was a foreign answering service I haven't previously encountered. Took me 3 transferred calls before a supervisor could tell me supposedly they sent a letter I never got denying me a credit for items in a box I didn't receive that even the UPS admits it didn't deliver but since the company didn't get it back the customer is still liable. Furthermore I was informed the 60 day window was closed for credit requests even though I called them beginning way back in December and they appear to have intentionally drug this out themselves in order to avoid crediting. But t still, nobody has any insurance on any of these items they ship and nobody involved can be held responsible? Do yourself a favor and don't let the credit offerers suck you in because it's not worth it to be on the hook for paying for over $300 worth of items you didn't get because the post office screwed up. Unbelievable.

Thieves and Liars

I purchased and paid for one pair of sneakers from this company, then ordered one pair of men's boots that were returned, and they continue to insist I owe them over $400.00. I say... let's start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!
They accuse you of ordering items, you didn't order, they have no record of returns and they threaten to destroy your credit.
NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WHO THREATEN TO RUIN YOUR CREDIT DOES NOT SIT WELL WITH ME.
STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have been a customer's of MASSEY's for many years because they sell the wide & extra wide width shoes. Although I pay over the average cost, I don't mind b/c I like to have comfortable shoes to wear. But today I have had it! My order got shipped to the wrong address and a very rude, ignorant supervisor told me that it was my fault I didn't get my order b/c I did not check my shipping address (which is untrue). Massey delivered my order to my old address - now I am out of my new running shoes, she told me that I need to get up off my butt and go to the address and retrieve my package. I am a 63 years old woman & I dont feel like fighting or arguing with anyone. Then she told me I should be more responsible and hung up on me. I have spent over $850 at Massey in a year time... Tell me would you continue to shop at a place where a customer service supervisor hang's up on you or didnt care whether you got your order or not?!?!? I am done with Massey's. I am going to do my research and find another company that sale wide/extra wide shoes. Very dissatisfied customers.

Over Priced!

TOO EXPENSIVE never sales and for the price over a hundred dollars sandel falling apart after wearing TWO TIMES PRICE RIDICULOUSLY HIGH NOT WORTH IT! I CALLED ABOUT THIS PROBLEM THEY DONT CARE!

I am 5' 4" and a size 10 so I purchased a striped black track suit in a medium. When I received the item and tried it on, I would have had to cut at least 6 inches off each leg in order to be able to wear it. I was, to say the least, surprised. I called customer service and was told that the problem was that I am "short" (the customer service person explained that she was 5' 4" and she could not wear the products because she was short). I never realized that till now! I have been buying slacks, jeans and pant suits on line for years and NEVER received an item like this. Medium inseams always fitted well or, if an item needed a hem, it was an inch at the most. Masseys needs to become responsible and advise customers that its clothing is designed for tall people. I won't be ordering from them again and suggest that, in the event you do not fit their concept of acceptable height, you skip them and try other clothing websites unless, of course, you are a wiz at alterations. And as an added attraction, they charge you $7.95 to return a ridiculously sized item. What more could you ask for!

RUN!

Not sure where they hire people for their customer service jobs but one requirement must be that they must have an attitude and not want to do the work of a CSR! RUDE INCOMPETENT AND A COMPANY THAT NO ONE SHOULD EVER PURCHASE FROM! When I finally got a semi-competent person on the phone she didn't want to wait for another CSR to get on the phone and asked if I wanted to call back!? They provide a return label then charge you 7.95 for it and charge you for shipping it out to you! WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND POSTED THIS AS I WAS WAITING FOR A CSR! STAY AWAY!

Horrible Company!

I ordered a 35.00 pair of shoes. They were way to big. I returned them. They are charging me 21.00 dollars for shipping DO NOT GIVE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS! I would contact BBB but they aren't accredited and did not respond to a complaint filed against them. They just plain tell their customers sorry your screwed!
