The worst company in the world! They sent my husband a package he never ordered. I called them to tell them about the error and they said that someone else ordered it and not my husband. Before I hung up they wanted me to send them back the package. I didn't send it back because it would cost me money and we never ordered from there! What a lousy way of doing or keeping business! I will never ever order from there, ever! They also took out hard inquiries on my husband's credit report and call him all the time! What a worthless company! Here to warn other of this fraudulent company!
I paid $19.76 for Down payment on a pair of $74 dollars and they I returned and I never got my money back
I started purchasing from Masseys because the claimed to help improve your credit. And they can by you have to be careful when purchasing. Their prices are are exorbitantly high. So they double hit you because you paying more for the items and spending more on interest for the credit. If you purchase and return something you are charged a high restocking fee and of course interest. The bill will arrive before the items arrive. And their customer service is awful. If you don't have to deal with this company don't. If you do watch all your charges. And be ready to have 1000 phone calls from them with reminders.
I just discovered this company online. But after doing research and seeing all the horrible reviews, NO WAY! I'm staying away! Feel bad for everyone who got burned. 🔥
The items were alright for the most part, until I had to return something. They charge a fee for returning the items. Which meant I would lose money for giving something back. So if I bought something and it didn't fit I would be charge for returning it. The larger department stores don't do that. And I am stuck with a pair of pants because they don't fit. I guess I'll give them away. My lose.
Worst order experience I have had. It has been 3 months and I still don't have the shoes I ordered. It is advertised 5-7 days and nothing has been done to make me whole.
I've been with Massey's for quite sometime now and last month I made a payment and the representative said it didn't go threw call back tomorrow to see if it post so I did just that and they said it didn't post i need to make a payment so I did and it was a double payment the Rep said to call my bank she can't undo my transaction so I did they gave me my double payment back and reached out to Massey and when I tried to make a order it kept canceling my order so I called and spoke to a supervisor and she informed me that they canceled my credit so I asked did I not make a payment she said I did make all payments but unfortunately they just canceled it and she doesn't know why I should get a letter... This is crazy if I made all payments how could yall do this and she hung up but I definitely wouldn't recommend this site to anyone this is crazy... T.Ruffin
I placed an order in November to make sure that the item would get here by Christmas. The support team stated that it would take 22 days to get to me which would have made it a few days before Xmas. The support team stated that the item is going to be sent by their "fast" shipping carrier. Boy were they FAST! I am located in TX and while tracking the package I watched it go from LA all the way to NJ. And guess what I'm most likely not going to get it before Christmas. Don't recommend buying from them. Their support team has yet to respond to my last email.
I'd rate it zero but have to rate at least 1 or can't leave a review. Sent me cheap knock off. I returned, they billed anyway. Horrible c/s in other countries, poor grasp of English, no help. Finally stopped billing me for the shoes, now billing me for sending them back. Every month adding late fees & penalties for non payment even though delivery conf shows they have the shoes. SCAM! Reported to police & FTC for fraud.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and was supposed to get free shipping if order was over $75. Great, right? Ends up only one pair was available to ship (not advised until 3 days later). So was charged 30 bucks room ship one pair of shoes. Total ripoff. They are overpriced to begin with. Will NEVER order from them again.
I've been a member of Massey for the past 3 years. I've never missed a payment and payments have all been on time! This month I forgot to pay the month of June. Masseys called me 3 times repeatedly. I didn't answer. The next day Masseys called again excessively. The representative was rude and asked when can I make a payment? I told her I didn't realize I missed a payment. I asked her, ma'am why are you calling my phone a ridiculous amount of time for a missed payment? When I have never missed a payment in the past? She rudely asked again when will you pay? Now the total balance was only $41 dollars. I told her I'll pay this evening. At this point I don't want anything to do with the company. I told her remove my phone number and I will not order again. Please do not bother with Masseys. Quality of shoes and clothing is not good and overpriced! You can get a better deal ordering from Amazon and just use Affirm/Klarna if you want a payment plan. Masseys is TRASH
When you receive "credit" from Massey's, do not assume that is a line of credit, despite their saying you have XXXX. XX amount to spend. When I reviewed my credit report I have found out that EACH TIME you order something from this company, using what they say is a line of credit, YOUR CREDIT RATING TAKES A HIT. They. Pull. Your. Credit. Every. Time. I am going to be filing formal complains regarding the truth in lending act and this company's policies. Beware.
I ordered shoes paid 27 dollars in shipping on the 17th of September. Today is October 1 and it is still in transit with the dates changing everyday. It even came to the city that I live in and left. I called customer service three times. Not one csr has personality and their voices shows they hate their jobs. I was cold transferred from place to place and had to explain that I just want my shoes or a cancellation. I love Masseys when I grew up but now this is the worst company and I promise you I will never buy another item from them again. Get ride of all of your customer service representatives because they need interpersonal skills training TODAY.
I believe that the interest should be included in the payment instead of separate, for example I make a payment, then Massey's goes and add a fee I see no change in the bill each month the balance is the same as the month before with little difference, the minimum payment should include the interest!
Worst customer service ever. Just finished my last call forever with this company. A supervisor that I had to do her work for her. On 3 different occasions this past week and being on hold for 2 hours and 30 min. The 1st 2 hours never did get to speak with the supervisor. Finally getting a supervisor who couldnt pull my tracking numbers so I could get credited for an item that has been sitting in a warehouse since June 3. So I pulled the tracking numbers for her. Nice customer service person that I am. I have closed this account. There is not enough time in the day for this company...
Takes several weeks before you receive credit on returns. Only good for people who truly cannot afford to buy shoes upfront. It is great that you can make payments, but you end up paying way more than you would at department stores.
I will never buy from these people again. The first and final experience has been absolutely appalling! First I ordered shoes for myself and my daughter as well, then the shoes take over a month to arrive due to the extremely cheap way they choose to ship merchandise. Then when something doesn't work they charge you a second time for shipping! Now I'm faced with my daughter's shoes that never arrived! Of course she is disappointed but I am more than frustrated that they say it takes another month to determine where the shoes actually went. So basically this has been one of the most dissatisfied experiences with an e-commerce company. Beware! Do Not Shop Here! Try Fingerhut instead!
My 90 year old mother ordered some rather expensive shoes in hopes of helping her feet. When she received them, they fit well but a few weeks later the toes started to separate from the sole. I called Masseys and asked to return them. At first they declined but after further discussion, they agreed. I returned the shoes but they did not issue a refund or offer an exchange.
The customer service representative informed me that a credit inquiry would not be "pulled"upon purchase, which it was per my credit alert with the name of the company who inquired. I have charged items for several years but for some reason I asked today because of the questions asked to me. The language and information in "terms and conditions" is misleading. Please read the fine print. I'm upset the representative checked my credit without my consent. Do not charge any merchandise using their credit approval.
Order three items, 2 shoes and 1 dress. Had to return shoes. Wrong size. Kept the dress and it was only $29. But I got a 67.80 bill. They charge a return fee and shipping handle for items that was sent back. Customer service very rude, worst company

Answer: Very good questions. Do they really steal from customer accounts? All I know is that they send 3rd world created knock offs instead of the items pictured and described in their catalog and on their website. And even after you return it, they continue to bill you for items you didn't keep. Each month, there are additional fees and charges on the bill for items you have already returned to them and have USPS delivery confirmation for. We need to have this company shut down. I reported them as scammers to the police and to the FTC.
