I got this catalog in the mail stating I was pre-approve.
So, I recently ordered a pair of UGGs and so regret it. I have several pair of UGGs and these are Do NOT seem authentic! The boots had 2 different furs inside which had my socks black. One boot is more fitting than the other. The material on the outside feels cheap. NOT sheepskin! TRULY DISAPPOINTED
Way over the top c s/h fees Pay before interest starts n don't mess c these companies again. Ordered 2 pair from Mason 1 pair from Masseys n returned them both bc of size/quality and I'm paying like $60 just for s/h n fees that these companies have set up. POOR customer service was t/f to like 5 different customer service/supervisors/on phone close to like an hour c hold times SAD
I received a catalog saying I was pre-approved and when I went online to order a pair of shoes it plainly said no credit check which isn't true, they run a credit check which took twelve points off my credit score. I'm trying to rebuild my credit so had I known they would run one I would not had ordered from them. I will pay my $78 bill but never order from them again.
Their shipping is herendous it's 8 days and still my stuff isn't here. They just give you stories about weather to jerk you around. Shipping is extremely expensive for what kind of service you get. This is my first and last order from this place.
I recently ordered for the 1st time period I ordered a shirt that has a zipper in the back. I ordered it one size larger than I normally take to account for possible size differences. When it arrived it was too small and The zipper was broken. I decided to return it only to discover that they're going to charge me $7.95 to return an item that they sent to me defective. Do not buy anything from these people!
Purchased boots and they were shipped to wrong address. After calling them, they were so rude and not willing to even listen to my complaint. Shipping cost is unbelievable and I didn't even have my boots. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
I recently returned an item that I purchased using my Masseys account. They charged me a return fee which they charged me interest on. I was unaware that they charged a return fee and thought my balance was zero until I happened to check the account to find that I had a balance and a late fee for the return charge! I called and spoke with customer service and I must say that the service rep that handles my call was relatively polite and waived the late fee and told me that I must pay the return charge fee in which I did. I was aggravated and told him to close my account. Well, my account was never closed and it still has that return charge fee that I already paid and another late fee! Buyer please be aware.
Don't buy from them! If you return shoes for a refund, they'll charge a shipping fee and a restocking fee. We got charged $24.80 for shoes we returned.
This company is a complete joke they decided to sent my package to the wrong address which there fault not mine! Not to mention I haven't been dealing with this for a week and they think I'm paying for something I never received ha jokes on them I am absolutely NOT paying for something I never received there customer service is horrible there supervisors customer skills are horrible I'm the customer and you wanna raise your voice and yell at me cool cause imma do the same in return! I can promise you I will never order from this company ever again in my life it's a joke! One unhappy customer
I appreciate Masseys as they provide credit and an opportunity for people who may not have the best credit. I have been a customer for some time and have purchased mainly all shoes that always are good quality as I usually only by the brands I know and trust. My frustration is with the SHIPPING costs! Why is shipping so expensive! I'd really love to know how much they actually pay these companies to ship the items and upcharge the customer. Not only does it cost $20 to ship which is crazy expensive this day and age when most companies offer free two day shipping but the shipping takes forever... 2 weeks to receive. This company really needs to rethink these shipping prices as more and more companies are offering payment options like AfterPay to eliminate credit cards.
Masseys says you spend $250.00 you get $100.00 Off your Order! Don't be deceived there are Restrictions & everywhere it says that you save the money there are UGGS & UGGS are excluded but they don't tell you till you Call! The Customer Service Reps are very Snippy & when u ask a question they make you feel $#*!ed. Im Sorry I don't like saying that word I usually say Botard & there's people that can't help it. I do apologize. I asked for Supervisor & I think they give u to whoever they want. They are Overseas agents which is everywhere now but usually I can't understand them & when u ask to speak to someone else they will not give u to someone else & they argue with u that they can help you? But I can't understand u? What is going on with Masseys? I order for my Mom she can't see so I do it for her. It really aggravates me that my Mom is 70 yrs.old and they would take advantage of her by lying about $100.00 off $250.00 She originally wanted to buy 3 pair of UGG Sandals 1 for her & 1 for me (daughter) & 1 for her Granddaughter (my Daughter) we all have bad Backs & Legs & Feet. I don't know why there $139.00 for UGG Sandals but with just 2 pair ordered it was $279.98. This is messed up Masseys should be in trouble for False Advertisement & Staff should be Nicer but they never are. Theres Know excuse for any of this...
I'm told that if you pay your bill before the 3rd of the month you won't get credit for that payment, I paid my May 2018 bill before the 3rd of the month, which was 20.00 my June bill was 40.00 because I paid my bill to early, what kind of bull crap is that as soon as I pay off this account I'm done with all my accounts I'm current never been late or missed a payment that I can recall, that is one stupid rule, I'm going to do live about this and see what others think, oh! They have me a one time fix on my bill and took the 20.00 off what the bull crap!
I ordered 3 items from the catalog and recieved them fairly quickly. I found the purse I ordered to be less than what expected and definatly not worthy of the 60.00 price tag. I returned the purse and found out after the return that I was charged a restocking fee. Between all the charges for returning that item I should have donated and taken the tax deduction, I would have done better. The rest of my order was 2 pairs of boots which I really like and they fit wonderful. However, the Storm boots (by cougar) have not lasted and the sewing is coming apart in several places. Lesson learned, if u want quality winter boots buy local so if you have a problem it's an easy fix. So I guess it's a 1 out of 3 that turned out well.
First off, shipping takes 3+ weeks. Returns, the same. I sent back a pair, asked for a size bigger, and they sent me (3weeks later), the same size. All in all, to get the shoes I ordered in April, I finally got them in AUGUST! Do not recommend.
Sent back order for exchange, took 8 weeks for new order. Bc used their credit charged me $15.00 late charge bc wouldnt send payment till got new order. Then charged $7.95 for restocking on send back. So in end bill was $66.00 on a $30.00 order. I DONT THINK SO!
Placed and returned an order because the boots were too small, was told that I could exchange the items and wouldn't be charged twice for shipping but I was. If I would have know that, I would have paid the first shipping fee and would not have order anything else. One customer service person tells you one thing, another tells you something else. I will be paying my balance off and will NEVER order from these unprofessional people again! The STUPID rep guy I talked to basically called me a liar because I called and questioned the charges and explained what I was told, and he said that is not the policy. Well they need to retrain their reps so everyone knows what the policies are and they can convey the correct information to their customers. But they have lost me as a customer for sure! I refuse to spend my hard earned money with a company that does not value their customers and lack customer service skills. YA'LL SUCK!
They charge you for the shipping even if the product is not good and you return it. The Products are of low quality and costumer service is very bad and don't help you at all. Do not buy from them if you want something of good quality for your money. Do not buy from them if you want an easy and fair return policy experience from a company.
I have purchased work boots and a couple pairs of biker boots... for a total of about 6 or 7 purchases... this december 2021 i ordered a new pair of work boots which all is fine a few days later i ordered a pair of born boots. When we got them they were to big so i sent back... after a two month wait and two payments if 25 each... they adv me that i will not get any money back fo to having to pay return shipping fees and processing fees... this is stated in the return policy however it did not make it clear that if i choose the printed return label that its not free. Its only free for now and it does not tell you how much a processing fee is or what it is... one could assume its part of the return label but its seperate... im extremely dissapointed that i paid 40.00 for nothing... i have no shes just money paid and not to mentikn crappy customer care... after 5 reps and one hang up and 3 transfers this is what i learned... ill never order from them again
It's 2017 & they still don't take credit or debit cards to process your down payments on top of if your to required to pay a down payment they still send out a snail mail letter which can take a week to get to you then you have to mail it with your payment which takes even more time then you have to cross your fingers & hope that the damn shoes are even still in Stock. Like come on people! If a person is required to make a down payment have it so they can do it on your website to make things faster it's common sense idiots! What's even more stupid is they score your credit EVERYTIME which calls for the down payment. Wth ever happen to if you get credit from a store & aslong as your in good standing with them it's all good sheesh! I'm over them & moving on.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and returned 2 pair to the company within 2 weeks. But once you order the shoes and they are sent to you, you do not get money back when you return. The return policy states that you have 120 days to return. They don't tell you that they never return your money. Plus if you don't pay they add approx $60 dollar late fee and high finance charges. So now I'm in collections and Masseys claimed I did not return the shoes within time frame. Untrue! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Answer: Very good questions. Do they really steal from customer accounts? All I know is that they send 3rd world created knock offs instead of the items pictured and described in their catalog and on their website. And even after you return it, they continue to bill you for items you didn't keep. Each month, there are additional fees and charges on the bill for items you have already returned to them and have USPS delivery confirmation for. We need to have this company shut down. I reported them as scammers to the police and to the FTC.
