This company is a scam, it is trying to cheat me out of some money for some items I returned. I have made several phone calls to try and resolve the issue, with absolutely no results. I would not recommend this company.
Customer service will but you back into a long waiting line if you dispute anything. They are unorganized and will charge you extra and billing is horrible. The clothes run small but the hassle isn't worth the unreasonable horrible Customer not service experience. Take your money fast but slow to help get orders and billing straight beware!
I was approved for a pair of boots that I ended up sending back because they did not fit right. It took 3 & a 1/2 weeks for them to get the boots back and when I placed an order for another pair of shoes, they suddenly required me to place a down payment on the shoes! I received the letter stating they took a look at my credit and decided that a down payment was necessary. Um, seriously? I told them to just cancel the order, which they will if they have not received the down payment within 90 days.
I have to agree, customer service is awful. I won't be going back to these people ever.
I have seven dresses and jackets and three pairs of Jambu clogs from Masseys. The outfits get many compliments. My high heeled clogs are very comfortable. I just placed another large order and anticipating great quality clothes and shoes!
I have been trying to return a pair of shoes for a month. I inquired 2 weeks after shipping them back only to be told they had no record of them. Yesterday I received the shoes back with a note, stating " They were not purchased from Masseys" I enclosed the receipt and sent them back in the boxes, both inner and outer, they arrived in. I emailed customer service all of the documents along with a copy of my order from their website, only to be told again, the order was not theirs! They claim I ordered one color yet sent back a different color. I sent back what they sent me. Do not order from this company. They neglect you after the sale.
I bought the slides last summer and I got out of my pool and slid them on and I fell because it flipped over on my foot while I was in the driveway, do the top was on the bottom of my foot, needless to say I had the biggest injury on my leg and I have a scar to this day.
I purchased a pair of jeans, but had to return them due to being of very poor quality, (also damaged & stained fabric). I am now facing a bill for $39.20 as a return fee!

They claim that they returned my order with different sizes and they did not! Liars, stay away! Criminals! They stole $400 dollars from me and no items! Please, someday do something about these criminals!
I applied for Massey credit card so I could build my credit. They did a credit check which now appears on my credit report as hard inquiry which means it stays in my report 2 years and it lowered my credit score. That would have been ok if they had reported they approved my credit and reported my line of open credit. Even after purchasing over priced items so I could establish my credit history they never reported any on time payments. So now I have a hard inquiry for 2 years and over priced junk I didn't need. It's a sham! If you're want to build credit do not apply.
This company offers you a line of credit and then when you order they ask for a down payment without a reasonable explanation. Personally I can go anywhere and pay these prices. I have closed this account.
I've been a satisfied customer for over ten years have a six hundred dollars credit line with then but they tried to over charge me eightee four dollars i was phoning to Make a monthly thanks god i keep up with my balance never shop with them again
Although I found the quality good for what I ordered, (3 items), I returned 2 of them. The one I kept was only $9.99 (a pair of underwear), but I was charged $17.99 for shipping, and then had to pay another $7.95 to return the other two items. So basically the one item which was 'only' $9.99, ended up costing me $36.00, for a pair of underwear! I will never order from them again. Thank God for Amazon who not only have free shipping, but free returns and I have had great luck with ordering clothing thru Amazon.
I've been a customer for 2 years. I used them here and there because they are 30% or more expensive than Amazon. Anyway, I got a pair of booties for my cousin for Christmas, but bought them back in mid October because I didn't want them to sell out. She tried them on 12/31, sadly too small. I logged back into to do the return around 1/9/19 - they changed their policy from 120 day return to 60 DAY RETURN. I'm stuck with $112 shoes that no one can wear. Have I mentioned they are way too expensive for their clothes, shoes and RETURNS!
I am first time order customer, I bought several different jeans and several blouses. I had to return everything. The jeans I ordered were supposed to be a size 10. They can as a 10, but they were more a size 6! I returned everything the very next day and still don't have my credit applied to my account. That was two weeks ago! Be very careful of the sizes! I honestly thought they were from China because of the size differences and quality! I will not order anything from them again. Maybe after the get through the next company buying them out! That suppose to be in April this year. Good luck.
I don't know if its me, but I think there is a little bait, and switch going on. Look at a clearane item showed one price, pick a different color and larger size same make, and design its full price.
Buy a pair of 55.99 shoes, with s & h costing me $80 for a pair of shoes
Pay so much for shipping & handling, and returns, compared to other companies.
Heaven help if you have to return something because its not a full cut. They never give free shipping. Even if you're a loyal customer. Damn spend 100 plus no free shipping smh
Time to start saving my money, and shop in a brick and mortar store or a better online company
The company issued me a refund check. I cashed it. They stopped payment so it bounced in my bank account. When I called they said it was issued by mistake! Not my problem! They refused to make good for it. This is not the company I will ever shop with again!
I am very disappointed in masses I ordered something in November it is now January I do not have it yet despite several calls to customer service nobody will help me I do not plan to order from this company again
I've ordered twice from this company, and still haven't worn a pair of shoes from them. When the sizes were incorrect and I needed them to exchange them, they charged me for shipping, even though they offer free shipping. Paying for the return, I could probably accept, but when they charged me for the shipping charges to send them to me, after they offer free shipping is more than I can handle. I only paid it so it wouldn't hurt my credit. Since this is the second time this has happened, they will no longer receive any business from me. Wish I didn't have to rate even 1 star, but it was the only way to give a review
This company will rip you off with billing fees that never stop. The clothes quality is the worst in the industry! The sizes are not accurate, the return policy non exsistant. And oh by the way they will ring your phone off the hook! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM or except credit! No stars. Crappy company!
I could go on and on about the terrible customer service of this company! The clothes they sell are overpriced and crap. One top I bought completely fell apart the first time I wore it and they will not take it back. The other top I bought is was shorter than the photo and fits terribly. After my problems with the top that fell apart, I am DONE with them and am out about $100. They take you money and don't give it back and leave you with crappy merchandise.

Answer: Very good questions. Do they really steal from customer accounts? All I know is that they send 3rd world created knock offs instead of the items pictured and described in their catalog and on their website. And even after you return it, they continue to bill you for items you didn't keep. Each month, there are additional fees and charges on the bill for items you have already returned to them and have USPS delivery confirmation for. We need to have this company shut down. I reported them as scammers to the police and to the FTC.
