What's going on @ this company? i truly wanted to order three pair if shoes i had seen but the reviews has scared the ****!! out of me. shm.

Answer:

They should scare you. Don't buy!. This place is scamming people. Try calling their phone number and see if you get anybody in the US who speaks English. They are selling seriously cheap, crappy 3rd world created knock offs of brand name items. Customer service is a joke. Even if you return the items and have proof with delivery confirmation from USPS, they will continue to bill you FOREVER, adding late fees and penalty fees for not paying the minimum each month. BBB is a joke and is paid by them (and lots of other companies) to give good reviews. I filed a police report listing them as scammers and a fraud report on them with the FTC. Yet they continue to bill me. At this point, the amount on the bills is more than the original amount of the shoes. And they keep sending catalogs for all their companies & products even though I told them in writing to stop. Be smart. Shop elsewhere.

Answer:

I recieved a bootleg product. U ordered uggs and recieved a mans dress shoe with fuzz and an Uggs patch glued on.

Why do masseys employees steal from customers account? and why are your a third party company.

Answer:

Very good questions. Do they really steal from customer accounts? All I know is that they send 3rd world created knock offs instead of the items pictured and described in their catalog and on their website. And even after you return it, they continue to bill you for items you didn't keep. Each month, there are additional fees and charges on the bill for items you have already returned to them and have USPS delivery confirmation for. We need to have this company shut down. I reported them as scammers to the police and to the FTC.
