Worst company ever
June 29, 2019

Order three items, 2 shoes and 1 dress. Had to return shoes. Wrong size. Kept the dress and it was only $29. But I got a 67.80 bill. They charge a return fee and shipping handle for items that was sent back. Customer service very rude, worst company
I have ever order from. I am filling a compliant with consumer finance. I suggest others do the same. Otherwise this company will continue to get away with this,

They continue to send invoices requesting payment after the product was returned in December 2020. It's now May 13th 2021, after five months and still getting requests for payments. When does it stop. I sent a note with the portion they're requesting for payment but did not send any funds. And I will not.

Worst service ever
June 7, 2018

I ordered 3 pair of shoes only 1 came. Other 2 on back order. The date passed no response. I called got talked crazy to and hung up on. Next date has passed. Im done and no longer want the shoes. Lady said was supervisor. Was extremely ignorant. Do not buy from them

Bad quality shoes!

Every time I have order a pair of shoes they're either defective, bad feel and hurt my feet! Very bad quality I could not wear them and had to return every pair. After I made return, Massey's charged me the full amount on shipping and handling then several late fees. Not a good experience.

I purchased a pair of boots, and sent them back. I put $28.00 down. I thought I would get that back. I was charged a little over $40.00 for shipping,.I am now being billed for an additional $13.00 and some change. This website is the biggest ripoff. I learned my lesson...I will NEVER order from this scam site again. Better off saving up your money, and going to the mall. These companies prey on low income people. Disgraceful

Ordered a few times from Massey's sense 2018. I used to love their items but now now things I've ordered are never the right size and I completely check my size chart in all countries. They always have an excuse. Items are always late even when they say shipped and send tracking number through FedEx. The day items supposed to come it turns into now pending for weeks on hand. I let customer service know how I felt and when I'm done paying off my bill I will permitly close this account

Takes several weeks before you receive credit on returns. Only good for people who truly cannot afford to buy shoes upfront. It is great that you can make payments, but you end up paying way more than you would at department stores.

I have ordered several items with this company, I'm pleased with my orders this far, I will be ordering again! The long tail blouse is exactly how it appeared on the website, good quality. It went very well with our African attire, as we celebrated black history month. I recieved a lot of compliments!

I ordered a few pair of shoes/boots; myself, children, and another adult. In all cases one shoe was tighter than the other. We ended up stretching the shoes to ensure a fit...
Other than that, their shoes/boots are cute. They do not report timely payments to the credit bureau if that is what you are seeking. The customer service reps are horrible.

If you have to return shoes for any reason you are not getting a full refund! They charge you 7.95 to process this! My bill was all but paid sent back 2 pairs of shoes and I still have a bill of 152.00. The lady says well it was 226.00 yeah because they only refunded one pair of shoes but claim they did both! Seriously a money scam if you have to return the shoes. I will stay with other companies who stand by you if you need to return or exchange shoes for any reason! Lost this customer and I told a $#*! ton of people stay away!

Very Satisfied

I have been with Masseys for about a year. Love there clothes. Some of the pants I ordered were too big so I gave it to my neighbor. I now order in smaller size medium. Tops I wear small or medium. Happy with everything I received. Prices are ok. Qvc shopping network are so much more and clothes aren't as nice.

SHOE SIZING CHART
May 30, 2018

It's my very first order with MASSEYS. My sandals shipped in a timely manner. I gave a 3-star rating because the quality of shoe received is cheap for the price that I paid. Also, they use European chart to select shoe sizes. I ordered a size larger than I wear to make sure they fit (European size 32). The sandals barely fit and were too narrow for a wide width.
I decided not to purchase any more shoes because they do not use USA shoe size chart.

This company is not what they would seem. If you owe them a balance and you pay even a week early, they will charge you a $15 late fee and want another payment. I've never been late on a payment but I pay when I get my check. They will show me still owing and then they ding you for the late fee. Never again will I ever order from this underhanded greedy company.

Website is horrible

I have gone in multiple times to make a payment and it lets you enter all your info but never lets you submit the actual payment using the submit button. In a busy world, this company needs to catch up with the times and update their website to be more user friendly. I used the desktop site on my home computer and tried on my cell phone also. Neither one worked. I allowed all of the usual cookies to help process my payments, to no avail. They need to do a complete restructure of their payment system to allow for easier payment processes. I did finally get a hold of an actual person and explained the difficulty. My plea for a better website fell on deaf ears. Wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company! In customer service, every little detail matters. From purchase to payment and if it is frustrating to try to make a payment, who will bother to buy in future?

Worst company ever!

I placed an order in November for shoes, I placed another order 2 months later for another pair. I paid off my 300 First balance with intent to return the second pair of shoes, it took them forever to send me a shipping label, I had to call back and tell them I have not received a shipping label,. I finally got it sent in I admit that I could have sent it in much sooner but illness and family emergency prevented this from being a priority. I just got a rude call from somebody saying that I owe on 172 but he received the shoes kept cutting me off when I kept asking him about it and why it didn't add up but he insisted that they got the shoes and it moves for late fees and interest. I asked to speak to somebody else I got hung up on. The second guy kept cutting me off, insisted that I didn't get the shoes back, I said I did not appreciate being called a liar because he insisted that the shoes did not get returned, I said why would that guy tell me he had them then he said he didn't say that, the notes only said that I refuse to pay. I laughed and told him I didn't say that. Argument ensued this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I was told I would only be charged the return item fee once they received it. That's fine I have no problem with that but these two guys were insisting that I did not read the fine print and I have to pay late fees and interest for something I don't even have. Avoid!

First, their shoes really don't last however every now and then you can luck up. I purchased three pairs of shoes returned them and received a bill of 69.00 a pair of slippers cost 19.99 I was charged 30.00 dollars for the return 10.98 for a restocking fee, 9.99 for a return label, and 19.99 for the shipping fee. Pay attention to the hidden fees I have never been charged anywhere for returning an item is that even lawful? And the customer service rep made a smart remark at the end of our conversation to compound matters SMH

Awful company

They lie and say you have 500 dollar credit and then make you pay half the cost of the order. They are always out of stock... it's difficult to get your money back from them... stay away, they are a fraudulent company...
