I ordered two pair of shoes and had a coupon discount code from MASSEYS in which they would not honor their own Coupon Code. That was it for me! Also, Customer Service stinks... BIG TIME!

SHOULDN'T be in business

I had order 4 pairs of shoes/boots from this place. The KOKO boots by bearpaw where 89.00, at the shoe store not close to my house but had a flyer in the mail same boots for 55.99 so I sent them back on Nov 10 2018 and a pair of skecher dreamers on Nov 16th didn't see any refunds they told me had to wait 14 days so called back becauseof Thanksgiving couldn't get refunded yet but that the 2 pair of shoes were there. Waited a couple more days still no refund! Said pair of boots and shoes were there they refunded me only for the skechers and said the KOKO bearpaws were not there. Tried emailing with no satisfaction. This place is trying to RIP me off and I don't like it! DO NOT ORDER FROM MASSEYS

I brought 2 pairs of beautiful heels from them that was too big and a pair of cute kids shoes that was too small. I returned them unworn and would have exchanged them, but shut down my account due to the fact that one of their representatives called my house on a Saturday and got a nasty attitude with my loved one. Even when I told them the shoes were on their way back and told them the day I mailed them off, I had to reiterate this to each representative that called me thereafter who saw this noted on my account, but called anyways wanting a payment. Today I received a bill from them where the charges was broken down as follows: using Their mailing label to return the shoes(return processing fee) cost me $7.95, a late charge of $15.00, a finance charge of $2.49 plus I owe them $45.98 due to Not receiving the full credit on my return. I asked Alyssa, the representative I spoke with, what about the money I spent to ship the shoes back and she asked me did I send them from the Post Office and I told her yeah and she said it didn't matter considering I used Their label to send them so I am out of that money too! SMH

I have had this lawn company Massey's for over a yr. I started seeing poor quality in my St Augustine grass last fall. Weeds were present side of my house where I think they never treated because was on side of my house. Also on my backyard on other side of my pool the grass died, was brown. May have been due to chinch bugs. I had them come out and this did not resolve the problem. They stated may be due to MY insufficient water irrigation. I have excellent irrigation wnd water on times 3 x /wk. I spoke to my neighbor and he informed me he has headed many complaints about Massey's trying to blame complaints on customers possibly poor irrigation. I fired Massey's because my grass in backyard never was resolved. Then I received a bill from them for $132.00 for which I disputed and would not pay due to unsatisfactory service. $66.00 a month is a lot of money I've been paying them which seems like was every other month they're be coming by my home. Today I payed the $132.00 because they srmtva letter stating would go to collection agency. I will not allow this horrid company to ruin my outstanding credit so felt no Choice but to pay them I am now fertilizing my own grass and my grass now looks fantastic. Lesson learned. No wonder they have a poor star rating Sincerely Mary Kumer

I ORDERED A PAIR OF RED AND A PAIR OF BLACK SUEDE BOOTS. I ASKED FOR A 8 1/2. THEY WERE WAYYYY TOO BIG. I RETURNED THEM SHIPPING COST $16 USP FOR A SIZE 8. SIZE 8 WAYYYY TOO BIG. I RETURNED THEM SHIPPING AGAIN $16 UPS. THE 7 1/2 FIT BUT THE MOST POOR QUALITY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLESURE TO WEAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO ARCH SUPPORT. I HAD NO IDEA THESE CHEAPLY MADE BOOTS WERE MANUFACTURED IN CHINA! FURTHERMORE, I HAD PURCHASED A PAIR OF WOMEN'S TOE WARMERS FROM MASSEY'S CATALOG IN 2015 OR 2014 AND THEY WERE MOST COMFORTABLE AND I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING THE SAME BOOTS NOW AS I HAD THEN. IF YOU WANT FALLEN ARCHES BUY BOOTS FROM MASSEY'S OR SHOE MALL. YOU HAVE BEEN FORWARNED! PAR I GIVE THEM A ZERO RATING!

I'd never heard of Masseys but I received a catalogue in the mail a couple of months ago. When I looked inside I was surprised to see that it had a lot of modern brands like Ugg's, Sorel etc. I normally am a stickler for reading reviews before I sign up for anything but I guess I was excited and just went for it & ordered a few things online. My items shipped pretty quickly but I didn't realize everything would come thru Fed Ex & the driver would just leave them outside of my apartment building without ringing my doorbell. So of course one of my pkgs was stolen. I called into customer service & spoke with the most obnoxious agent I have ever encountered. As I told her what happened, she interrupted me repeatedly. Instead of her stopping to listen like most agents do she just continued to talk over me & it was incredibly rude & frustrating. She told me that Fed Ex does not have to ring my bell, and I should've requested a signature delivery. I told her that I ordered online & there wasn't a signature option. In order to prove me wrong, she went on the site & clicked through, but saw that I was right. So she said oh I guess you can only do that if you call in, I said well ma'am it's my first time ordering so how would I have known that? She softened a little & told me that I would need to submit a tracer in order to get a refund or the item replaced, & the tracer would have to be mailed out. However she refused to send it because she claimed she had no idea which item I was missing since I had ordered 4 things. Even though I told her I received an email saying which item was delivered & stolen & I'm sure she could've looked it up herself. But she still refused & said well you have to wait until your other item arrives tomorrow, & sarcastically said hopefully that one doesn't get stolen too. I had to call back & request a tracer from someone else who was a bit nicer. I mailed the tracer back & requested my money back for the stolen item. It took them about 2 wks to give me the credit. The rest of my items were delivered & had no issues because I only ordered things from brands I was already familiar with. However the service was so horrible, I would never order anything else from them. One & done.

IF I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS, I WOULD! My first order from Masseys was ok so, I recently ordered from them on June 29,2021. Onw of the order's was cancelled by Masseys because it wasn't in stock and I cancelled 2 orders because it would take them until July 11,2021 to mail them out and I didn't want to wait that long. So one would assume that the consumer would be credited back what they didn't get, OH NO, They didn't credit me back for the items cancelled and expect me to pay for it. I tried talking to 5 Customer Reps, the Credit Dept and someone who was supposed to be a Supervisor with no solution. No one knows nothing and can do nothing about crediting back what I don't owe and they expect for me to pay for it! I will be contacting Legal Authorities to inquire about holding this company responsible for not only me but for those who find themselves in the same situation. SHAME ON YOU, MASSEY! I thought you were better than this! I will pay what I owe and will dispute the rest and WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM YOU AGAIN. AND ALL THE STORES ARE UNDER THE SAME UNBRELLA AS MASSEY, I WILL NO LONGER DEAL WITH THEM EITHER! I never write reviews but, I am so appalled at the lack of Customer Service Etiquette and their unwillingness to Resolve Customer's Concerns and Acct. If you know what is good for you, PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Let your lesson be from others like me and the dissatisfied Customer's. We don't write these reviews because we want to be mean or cause trouble for a company. We write these because there is legitimacy to us be dissatisfied with their products and services.

I ordered Uggs boots with Massey credit, with the intent to make payments and bring up my credit score which was low due to no credit. I placed my order and then I recieved an email explaining that they wanted a $56.78 deposit. I sent the payment using a prepaid debit card. After I made the payment but before I recieved my package, I recieved 2 letters saying I was not approved for credit at all. I started to worry.
I recieved a package about a week later with a tiny mans dress shoe that had a strange looking Uggs label but they clearly were not official Uggs. This was not my first pair of Uggs so when I opened the package I could tell right away. I called and explained my disappoint and explained they were in the mail as a return. After I sent them back I waited for 6 weeks, (xmas and new years passed durring this time) partly because I was so busy the issue was forgotten
And because I was just expecting a simple refund. Then I recieved a missed payment notice in the mail which caused me to call regarding the shoes because by this time, the holidays were over and they had ample time to receive the shoes, note my account and issue my refund.
On the call a representative told me my refund has been credited to my account today in the amount of $24.00. I explained I did not receive any refund as of this moment and that that amount is not what would be expected. The representative forwarded me to a "supervisor" who got on the phone and unprofessionally asked me "what's going on" I explained the situation about recieving a bootleg product and she informed me that my refund of $24.00 was mailed. There was nothing further to discuss, I was impatient and lost my cool so I ended the call. I am entering a dispute with my bank for a refund. The buisness operations of this company is unacceptable and I believe they are running a scam by keeping peoples money for shipping and restocking even though the person recieved nothing in return. I ended up losing over $50 and have nothing to show.

Always a problem with sizing! Inaccurate descriptions of sizes and products. But even if you return it, YOU have to pay for the return. Not so with most other companies!
Below are just TWO examples of my recent experiences dealing with these people.
Called two weeks ago to get help with the shoes I purchased for my son, was transferred to three different people (why, I don't know), spent 45 minutes during this process, and was then hung up on.
Today I called because I never received one of the shorts that I ordered for my son in early June. Ordered 7 items at once. They all came sporadically through US Mail and UPS... except I never received the black pair of shorts. We needed them ages ago for our vacation. Anyway, the first time I called today a woman answered and kept insisting she could not find the order I was talking about. Spent 20 minutes dealing with her yet she Could Not find this order. Realized she was not going to help me so I hung up. Called back today and got a very dry man on the phone. Explained the situation. He said, "Hmmm, this sounds fishy." So, I further explained to him that since the pandemic I have had issues with receiving items from other companies as well (like we all have). I explained that just two weeks ago, my kind, elderly neighbor loaded up five boxes that were mine and drove them down to my house. This has happened more than once with my poor neighbor. And I am lucky that this neigbor returns my packages... because not all people will. I live in a house, and very spaced out in a rural area, so it's not like the addresses are that hard to ascertain. This customer service guy says, well they just don't pay attention to their GPS. I see this thing happen all the time. So he jumps from making me feel like I did something wrong, then flips the script like he gets what I am talking about. But I am tired of having to defend myself against these types of customer service jerks who will just say anything to you, making you feel like crap. I have never in my life been talked to or treated with such disrespect by a company. It's no wonder these people have a very, very low rating! Wish I had seen this before! This guy finally said, "ok, I will send you a legal document in the mail for you to fill out and return... so we can can "maybe" credit your account." Wtf?! I will pay the balance I owe and be done with these jerks. So over it!
Stay away unless you enjoy being treated like crap!
