I'd never heard of Masseys but I received a catalogue in the mail a couple of months ago. When I looked inside I was surprised to see that it had a lot of modern brands like Ugg's, Sorel etc. I normally am a stickler for reading reviews before I sign up for anything but I guess I was excited and just went for it & ordered a few things online. My items shipped pretty quickly but I didn't realize everything would come thru Fed Ex & the driver would just leave them outside of my apartment building without ringing my doorbell. So of course one of my pkgs was stolen. I called into customer service & spoke with the most obnoxious agent I have ever encountered. As I told her what happened, she interrupted me repeatedly. Instead of her stopping to listen like most agents do she just continued to talk over me & it was incredibly rude & frustrating. She told me that Fed Ex does not have to ring my bell, and I should've requested a signature delivery. I told her that I ordered online & there wasn't a signature option. In order to prove me wrong, she went on the site & clicked through, but saw that I was right. So she said oh I guess you can only do that if you call in, I said well ma'am it's my first time ordering so how would I have known that? She softened a little & told me that I would need to submit a tracer in order to get a refund or the item replaced, & the tracer would have to be mailed out. However she refused to send it because she claimed she had no idea which item I was missing since I had ordered 4 things. Even though I told her I received an email saying which item was delivered & stolen & I'm sure she could've looked it up herself. But she still refused & said well you have to wait until your other item arrives tomorrow, & sarcastically said hopefully that one doesn't get stolen too. I had to call back & request a tracer from someone else who was a bit nicer. I mailed the tracer back & requested my money back for the stolen item. It took them about 2 wks to give me the credit. The rest of my items were delivered & had no issues because I only ordered things from brands I was already familiar with. However the service was so horrible, I would never order anything else from them. One & done.
