The Rx sunglasses were completed absolutely perfect.
The BIG problem is your ordering information sheet for prescription sunglasses is confusing and does not work well. I had to send in my information 3 times to and if they did not get the 3rd time i was going to cancel my order. I would have to be hard pressed to order another pair of prescription sunglasses, which a shame because your lenses.
Big Problem.
I entered in my prescription and Uploaded a copy of it. The next day it shows a customer service rep changing my prescription back to My old prescription. I emailed customer service 24 hours ago and have yet to get a reply.
I cracked one of the lenses of my almost new glasses and was so bummed about it because the crack was right in the middle of line of sight making using the glasses very much a nuisance. I had to revert back to wearing my old frames which were already way too many years old. I could not replace the lease where I had bought the glasses because it had been more than a year since my last eye exam and I would have had to get another exam and another prescription, even though my prescription has not changed in the ten plus years I have worn glasses. Enter Lensable! The process was incredibly simple and easy. I luckily had a copy of my last prescription, entered the information, and within days I had received an empty box to stick my broken glasses into and off they went. A while later, here I am with my frames renewed with new life with brand new lenses! I could not be happier to be able to use my new frames again. I highly recommend them!
I had lenses put in some frames I had ordered online. The lenses I received seems to be spot on with my prescription and with very little glare. After seeing mixed reviews I wasn't sure what to expect but I would definitely order from them again.

Using my existing frames was perfect. I love my Ray Bans and really didn't want to replace them. Your online service made the entire process easy (and very affordable.) My neighbor saw my glasses and mentioned he needed new lenses - done deal he is ordering also.

After sending in my glasses, it took close to an entire month to receive them (28 days, to be exact). This is too long. Every time I queried where my glasses were, I was told that they were in production and would be done soon. After more time elapsed and I queried again, I was told that my lenses hadn't passed inspection and were back in production. This is nonsense. Clearly, they have more business than they have the capacity to handle. Also, the fact that I was not routinely contacted to be given updates was extremely annoying. I will not use this service again.
I've had several prescriptions filled with Lensabl, so when I had sunglasses made I was expecting the best. When I got my sunglasses, I tried them out and the prescription was completely different from my regular glasses. I emailed customer service, and, through a series of messages, together we figured out the problem and I got my glasses, correct and ready to use. The customer service individual I dealt with was friendly and helpful, asking all the right questions and finally getting my sunglasses right. Even though there were issues this time, I will still continue to recommend this company to anyone who needs glasses. They are awesome.
Very professional. The box that was sent to me to mail my glasses was very secure and I knew the glasses would get to Lensabl in good condition.
I called For an update and got through to a representative very quickly. My glasses with the new lenses arrived today and I am very happy with the product and the service. I will use Lensabl again.

7 weeks to get glasses and tint ordered was not available. I had to contact them numerous times for "updates"
Turned some funky sunglasses into regular glasses and got my old pair of prescriptions updated also.
Took almost a month to get a simple single vision prescription done. The communication was horrible when I chatted with customer service. Got the glasses back and good work. No faults there. They apparently had a QC issue and the lenses needed to be redone but the communication was poor about the delay.
This is my second time ordering new lenses from Lensable. Took a few weeks but ive never had issues and i save so much money. I always recommend them!
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
