Took almost a month to get a simple single vision prescription done. The communication was horrible when I chatted with customer service. Got the glasses back and good work. No faults there. They apparently had a QC issue and the lenses needed to be redone but the communication was poor about the delay.

* Lensabl attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
