I had transition lenses installed in my Bose glasses. The glasses went straight from Bose to lensabl to my home.
I was being annoying asking for updates and eta. Their customer service person always responded within 24 hours and kept me in the loop. I paid extra for the next day shipping and received it as advertised.
I also had prescription lenses done by another company and it took about the same two weeks to complete.
Apparently the supply chain was sputtering at the time. Don't know if it was Covid or the fires along the west.
Ordered sunglass lens in brown and the sunglasses show as purple... otherwise service was very good.

I have a mixed review of Lensabl; on one hand, your process has been very good, but I am not sure my glasses are correct. My order, Order # *******, consisted of 5 pairs of glasses and, like I said the process worked fairly well, put in order on 8/5/20, sent boxes, which you received 8/18/20, and got them back on 9/5/20. So, there were 2 issues I addressed to sales, and then with customer service when I received no response from my request to the sales email; of the 5 pairs of glasses, one pair was not done correctly, returned with dark lenses instead of clear, and the 2nd issue was being disoriented when putting on the glasses, all pairs. When emailing with Rudy Widjaja of Customer Care Team, I stated both issues and worked with him to resolve my concerns; he said that because of the vision issues, I should make sure the prescription is correct before sending back the frames that needed clear lenses installed which made complete sense. I looked into it and the prescription was correct and was given Shipping label to send you the frames needing service. Even though prescription was correct, I still need to reorient myself every time I put on my glasses, all frames, which lead me to conclude the issue was with the prescription; I really never felt that my vision with glasses on was 100%, even after the initial refocusing when putting them on. I did not know what to do and concluded it was age, I guess, feeling that all the glasses could not be a little defective, until I received the glasses I had sent back for the lenses exchange; as soon as I put them on, my eye sight was perfect, clear, and sharp, but when putting on any of the other 4 pairs, my vision felt off, like I had to constantly refocus, I guess. I need to know what you need me to do to get resolution since your company is an internet company and there is nowhere for me to go for assistance with my concerns. Please advise what I need to do to resolve my glasses issue; I now have 1 pair that work extremely well and 4 that don't. I will also send these comments to Rudy Widjaja of your Customer Care Team.
It took a while but basically I feel like a got a new pair of glasses out of the deal. Excellent work.
I have ordered from Lensabl before. Once again I am pleased with the job done. I sent in my favorite frames for new lenses and Lensabl hit it out of the park. Everything is perfect no adjustment needed, I opened the box and put them on. Lensabl returned the old lenses so I could dispose of them myself. I highly recommend this company for lens replacement. My experiences have been 5 star all the way.

This was the second pair of expensive designer eyeglass frames sent to Lensabl. The work on both was beyond my expectations. The 10% gradient tint is perfect and exactly what I expected. The lenses are polished and exact, much better than work I am accustomed to from chain eyeglass stores. Of course, the great advantage is that Lensabl costs about 1/3 of what chain stores or local optometrists charge. I'm so pleased that I found this service. Thank you.

I've had a favorite pair of sunglasses with expensive designer frames for YEARS. Even though the prescription was still viable and the frames were still awesome, the lenses themselves had gotten so scratched that I thought I'd have to retire them. No nearby optical place would put in new lenses. I found Lensabl online and decided to give them a try. My glasses came yesterday. They are PERFECT!
My experience was very bad with lensabl and had very frustrating experience. They delayed my lens production for 10 day with no updates. Customer service is also very bad
My glasses came out fine, really I'm just unhappy with how long it took, and the poor estimation of how long it would take.
I sent my glasses in to have the lenses replaced, with the company receiving them on August 25. The estimated time until shipping said 6 days. There was a banner at the top of the website that said orders were being processed with no expected delays due to covid. On September 8 I emailed because there had been no change to my view of the order processing, and was told that it was probably going to ship on September 15th (14th business day since they had received it). Frustrating... But what can I do? Well, my order finally shipped on September 22, the 19th business day after they had been received. I would not be as unhappy if it had been clear that it would take 4 weeks, but the estimated time stayed at 6 days and there were supposedly "no expected delays". My communication with customer service was fine and helpful.
Ordered my pair of glasses on 8th of August, not even an estimated shipment after 2 weeks. Emailed customer service and they said it would be done in couple business days. Still didn't receive any update after a week and customer service only told me it's ready to be shipped after I threatened a refund in an email. However, the glasses received were in a wrong frame and it took another full 10 days just to change the frame for me. Same story again, no shipping without urging.
Overall the experience was great, and the attention to package was phenomenal. It's really good to see such care of presentation. The only criticism I have (and it's a very small one) was that because my lens had a defect at the final stage (I was told), they would need to be remade. The delay doesn't bother me at all. It was just that I had to contact y'all to find that out. The lenses were taking longer than I thought so I sent an email asking about them. That's when I was told that the lenses would need to be remade. It seems you would have contacted me, in that case, to let me know what was going on. Other than that, I'd definitely use Lensable again and have no reservations recommending Lensable to others. Thanks for the opportunity to pass along my thoughts.
Beautiful job done! This was my first time using Lensabl and I am satisfied. One thing I would recommend is for the company to keep customers updated on their order. Never received an email my frames were received nor inprogress of being made. I had contacted the company to find out my status... The only communication I received was that my frames were on their way shipped.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
