When "Lensabl' couldn't make the prescription properly, I contacted the 'Better Business Bureau' for help. This occurred in February 2020. 'Lensabl' never bothered to respond to the formal complaint.
Today, July 2021, 1year and 5 months later, 'Lensabl' finally wrote a response, no doubt in an effort to clean up their well deserved "F" rating by the 'BBB'. This company was a terrible experience for me and, judging by many similar comments, others also.
I finally went elsewhere to get my lenses properly remade. There are several other companies that have been in the lens business much longer than 'Lensabl', have much better track records, offer good prices and far better service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Despite taking much longer to deliver than anticipated, the results are very good. The quality of glass and prescription are extremely high.
It took a little longer than I thought, but they are perfect, Lensabl is the best way to go if you get a new prescription and want to save on the cost of getting new glasses. I sent in my new Kate Spade frames and there was no extra cost, other places want to add on a 20.00 fee for designer frames.

So, I started perusing other options and found Lensabl. They were way more affordable and the entire thing was seamless, from ordering, to shipping my frames, and to getting them back.

I placed my order in mid May and received that glasses yesterday, 2 1/2 months after I ordered them. All that waiting and they are too big!... So my overall experience is not good.
My old favorite glasses came like brand new, with updated lenses in a nice case and a cleaning kit. Love it! It took 19 days to get them back, to keep in mind. They answered my emails the next day and kept me updated. I love this company.
I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban "Jo-jo" frames in the gold color way and instead got silver. The lenses are great though so I can't complain too much. Am still trying to see if I could get the correct frames and send these back.
Frames are great. Initial lenses were not aligned correctly for my eyes and causes headache and blurred vision. Sent them back to get redone, and this took over a month and the update system on the web site did not change the entire time. When the new lenses arrived, they were still not aligned and caused headache with blurry vision.

I finally received them and they are great, although the reading glass portion on the bottom (transitions) is really high so I find myself aiming my chin down to drive.

Be wary of a business that has a caveat like (paraphrasing): "Do not send more than one email to our customer service department or we'll put you at the back of the queue." It took 15 total days to receive my re-lensed glasses (from the date they received them), though they were not returned in the original (fancy brand new) case that I sent the glasses to Lensable. Also, though I updated my prescription on-line on the same day they received my glasses, they couldn't confirm that the new prescription could be used. Even now I'm not sure. Customer service interactions with them were slow. Product quality (when the specs finally arrived) seems fine. But if I had it to do over, I'd choose not to do business with this company, it was not an especially pleasant experience, especially for the top dollar paid.

I sent in a basic pair of Warby Parker acetate glasses for a simple lens replacement. Nothing fancy. It took 2 months to get back to me! Customer service never offered me any delay information; I had to reach out and ask twice what the status was. The website states 4-7 business days with possibly some extra time for coatings or sunglasses. Simply unacceptable, I will not use them again. It's a shame, because the end product was seamlessly integrated and good quality.
I had placed an order to get Rx lenses put into my Stoggles as there was a deal, and it took a very long time. It was also very difficult to try and get in touch with someone about this, and was often told to just look at FAQs, which I already had, which is why I sent the emails. I do not recommend this company whatsoever.
I have a pair of round Persol sunglasses from the 1990s, my favorite. I wanted them updated to my current prescription. Everything about the order process was easy. I had a few questions and they were answered promptly via email. A box arrived for my glasses and about 10 days later I had the new pair. All is good.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!

In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
