The prescription seems to be correct, but the glasses arrived with one of the lenses protruding out from the bottom by a significant amount. I have not been able to force the lens back into the frames at this point. It's quite obvious how much it sticks out, and it seems to be an issue that others have had as well. I went to a local optical shop to have my Ray-Ban sunglasses made into prescription sunglasses. The local optical shop said it could not be done and refused my order! However, Lensabl was able to make my Ray-Ban's have my prescription! They even expedited my shipping so I would have my order quickly! I will use Lensabl again and tell my friends about my great experience with them.
Though sent my frames in back on june 25th. The lenses they did are amazing. Clean and clear when I am working on PC. Truly worth the wait
This was an extremely frustrating experience. Multiple emails to find out if Lensable will sell just the lenses foe Oakley Flax 2.0 glasses. Then order online and asked about credit for the two way shipping as the lenses just snap in. NO CREDIT! Surprised. Ordered online and checked on the order after my credit card had been charged a few weeks earlier. Was told I didn't send in pictures for pupil distance or height. I asked them to recheck and they did have them. Informed they would ship in 3-7 days. Waited weeks and didn't receive them. After many many emails back and forth months later I received the lenses. No credit for shipping or discount for delay. I have used RXSport before with no problems except they are expensive.

I ordered 3 different lens prescriptions for employees safety glasses. They were shipped rattling around in a glasses case on top of each other unlabeled i have no idea what prescription lenses are what. I am amazed they are not more scratched.
I got my stoggles fitted with prescription tinted lenses. They work great, the prescription was correct and I can see clearly.
The only downside is that it takes a bit of time. I live in Canada and it took about a month from when I sent them to get them back.

Glasses are really nice and the he process to virtually try on was very convenient. The only thing I honestly didn't like, as a consumer, was the process of using offers and automatic enrollment in the Lensabl + program. You could improve by just explaining that on your website. I wasn't sure if I was charged to be on this program or not. To make it even more confusing, I found out you have a paid lensabl + program and one you don't pay for. Very confusing since I did not enroll for either. I also could not find a phone number to speak to a representative. I would have appreciated that. Anyway, glasses are beautiful.
LOVE the end result. So happy to be reunited with my frames! The concept is easy enough and the price is good. However it took such a long turn around to get my glasses back after I had sent the frames it does make you hesitate doing this on a regular basis. I have a pair of sunglasses I want to restore but now thinking of waiting till the end of the summer to get them fixed up! Will definitely use the service again though.
I remember the old "glasses in an hour" commercials, I thought for sure lensabl could replace my lenses in a week, maybe two. Nope it took 6 weeks! The website would say "5 days till ship" for more than 5 days then it would go to "3 days till ship" for a day or two, then back to 5. There is no phone number to reach them and emails take days to get a response. Apparently it took multiple tries for the lenses to pass quality control. I finally got them back and the quality is good but they are sunglasses and I feel the old lenses were darker even though I selected the darkest option I could. I won't br using lensabl again and a recommend you don't either. Cost wise you can get a whole new pair for just a few dollars more and most likely faster!
I bought a pair of clear stoggles and sent them to get prescription lenses in them. I went full out on them, blue light protection, anti fog, etc. just received my glasses yesterday and the frame is a dark grey color not the clear glasses I had originally sent in. Prescription is not even close to my regular prescription glasses and finally no blue light protection that are on my everyday prescription glasses. Really disappointed after spending $175 on these glasses, hopefully someone will reach out to redo this order.
I needed an additional pair of my most comfortable prescription, and the optician/store when I initially purchased them went out of business, so I had no access to my prescription. After going through the easy steps to scan my pair to assess what prescription they were, I just received my new glasses and I am totally impressed! I ordered my glasses about a month ago so i could have them when i went on vacation. When selecting sunglasses i was unaware that they take 2 to 3 weeks longer to process because the website doesnt tell you that when you are selecting them, though it does say it on the site. After talking to representatives week by week for over a month i finally got my glasses more than 2 weeks after they were supposed to arive with no sort of compensation or offer of a refund even though i specifically stated to a representative if the glasses were going to take more than 4 more days i would like to cancel my order.
THREE MONTHS! Every time I'd write to ask over these months—I got the same form letter back that they would check with the lab, and the answer would be 1, 3, 5 business days to ship, dragging on to months. Very disappointed doesn't even begin to express how I feel about this. I will never use Lensable again. Expensive lesson learned. The only upside is that the lens quality looks fine.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!

In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
