When I set out to get an updated set of eyeglasses and prescription, Costco could t do the job. So I searched and lensabl was the choice and they did a great job. I was impressed with how well their service is from taking your information to getting your glasses in production to getting them to you. Throughout the process, I was well taken care of and will shop with Lensabl again with my next pair.

Lesabl was recommended by SLYK for their wood frames. I had gone to another lens maker who made the lenses but were afraid to place them inside the frames. I should have come to Lensabl to start with! What is easier than placing an order, getting the box, sending the frames away, entering the prescription and getting completed glasses back!:?!?! The price was right (particularly since I was paying again for lenses)! The only downside to me was the website designed to show progress of the production wasn't updated through their process. I don't care particularly how long it takes to do the job right! So happy to have my glasses!
This process takes too long, even with speedier shipping. I received the wrong prescription back... distance Rx in my Reading glasses. Won't use again.
Terrible service, took 4 months from receiving my stoggles to returning them. In that time, I got one email to say they were going to take a while to get done…. I followed up repeated with customer service, who were pleasant enough to deal with. If I hadn't, I think they would still have my glasses. It's a shame, as I am happy with the final product. Would not recommend if you want to see your glasses in any reasonable length of time

I would have given 5 stars, but the delivery took a little longer than expected. However, I understand the world is on delivery delays. With that said, overall, I'm satisfied with the company.

First set of lenses were not correct. Lensable remade the lenses at no additional expense to me.

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
