I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. My sunglasses are great. My two other are extremely thick lenses even though I selected all the high index thin options.
They are just a lil small and give me a headache? Anyway I could get them bigger?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair of progressive lenses which were supposed to be ready in 4-7 business days. It took 5 weeks! When I finally received them there were completely blurry, no space for distance only medium and close. I sent them back and after another 3 weeks I received the new lenses with only 1/8" space for distance!. I payed $417 for lenses I can not use, return or get a refund for. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT EXCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS! While dealing with customer service via email (only option available) they lied constantly about the status of my lenses. They have an F rating from the BBB. Horrible experience and after 2 months of waiting and over $400 spent I have nothing I can use..
I inherited a pair of Porsche Carrerra vintage sunglasses from my father in law. They are cool. They are substantial. They are OLD. But I was determined to put new lenses in and no one was willing to help. I tried to work with my local optician. Nada. I tried 2-3 of your competitors. Nope. Wouldn't touch them. But Lensabl made it work and I am thrilled to be able to wear them. Such a fun company. And y'all never gave up. Wasn't easy but worked.
So I've made two purchases with Lensabl. The first were prescription sunglasses with all the bells and whistles and trivex lenses. These glasses were spec-tacular. I mean the clarity, it was like 4K quality visibility. When I went to go order prescription sunglasses, I opted for the polycarbonate lenses to save a little money, but got all the other bells and whistles. I'm sad to say that I'm dismayed and not at all satisfied with these sunglasses. The clarity is just not there, it's not "~4K" visuals like my prescription eye glasses.
I feel like I've just wasted my money at this point.
I was told that I ordered the wrong item. I was not offered a refund or replacement, though I offered to try the service again. I would not recommend this service for lense replacement. There is also not a phone number to reach an actual person to resolve issues
Lensabl was able to put new lenses into my existing frames, and even tightened up the legs on my glasses. There was a delay in the process but they let me know immediately. 10/10 would recommend.
Great! Once all my information was received, I received my glasses in a timely manner. My glasses are Simply beautiful
The downside: It took nearly a month for me to receive my glasses after I placed my order. The status updates that were supposed to be available online were never accurate so I needed to send multiple email queries and wait for a response. They don't have a way to call to talk to customer service so it felt a bit like being captive.
The upside is that their prices were fair and the new lenses seem great.
I wish I could wholeheartedly recommend Lensabl. Perhaps as they continue to grow, their processes will improve and the overall customer experience and communication will be better.

I loved my last pair but when I lost the nose piece I could not find a replacement, since you don't carry those frames anymore I got different frames. In the place that you provide for special instructions I asked for an extra nose pad in case it happens again. No extra nose pad was included. Customer service just isn't what it should be.
Got my contacts prescription reviewed and sent to my door in about three days; super quick shipping and exactly what I needed. Prices here were better than other websites.
The sound is great, doesn't bother people around you, and my prescription is perfect!
I needed prescription lenses for my new Razer Anzu smart glasses and Razer teamed up with Lensabl to make them at a good price + 15% off with code Razer15. The ordering process was very simple via Paypal and after uploading my prescription rx and letting support know I'd prefer to keep my frames for use instead of sending them in they started the process which took around a week to arrive and the lenses are perfect. Buckle up everyone. I mailed my frames in to Lensabl on May 19. After receiving no communication that my frames were received, I reached out on June 3, only to find out (over the course of a few days and emails) that the lab had lost my frames. They replaced them at no cost to me, which is exactly what they should do so that shouldn't impress you. The ordering of my new frames took over 3 weeks from their admitting my originals were lost. My original frames were from a company called LeonDesigns (some random goggle frame from Amazon) and cost $24.99. The replacement link I sent had my frames listed at $18.99. Customer service said they'd refund me that difference, as they should and again this shouldn't impress you. Finally my lenses were being fabricated! But then they didn't pass inspection. So they had to start over. I reached out to customer service support and they said give us one business day and they'll be in the mail. One business day? After waiting two months? Seemed too good to be true. To my surprise, they arrived today July 22, in great condition. One small thing though, the frames they sent me are Stoggles brand, not the brand I originally sent, not the brand they said they ordered to replace the ones they lost. So, moral of the story, if you've got some frames you don't care if they lose and you've got $90 laying around and 2 months of time, why not send them to Lensabl? See what happens! I've never had frames and lenses take so long, through Costco or through my ophthalmologist; the longest I've ever waited was 2 weeks. Until now.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the frames and lenses I received and the supportive customer service. They really were kind and responsive, which I know can be challenging. Every representative I worked with was top notch! I have no issues with the support team. So management, if you're reading this, GIVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM A RAISE! They are rockstars and deserve it.
I'm disappointed in the quality of my lenses. I sent them back an additional time to get them rolled and polished because they didn't do them enough the first time. But even after I got them back, they were the same.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
