Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I have been a longtime buyer of Lazada products and had not encountered any delivery problems. But lately, all my orders has not been delivered. I will jus get a failed delivery advise and then sorry we can no longer deliver your item. So frustrating with the incompetent, lousy and poor delivery service by couriers assigned. I gave up and decided to buy from a better online store. I don't want to suffer from stress of their lousy service.

Lazada would have to be the most pathetic online company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 1 TV. Then they cancelled it the day of delivery. Then I ordered a 2nd one. Then guess what happened same again. Glad I didn't pay up front. Do not ever deal with this company. I could even get a positive reply from them

First item i bought from lazada is a filter for a camera, and actually i was expecting some damage(broken glass or whatsoever)... but when the item was delivered, it was in perfect condition(no damage at all), and yeah i was very happy for that, and i started buying more high value item from them and they always deliver it without any damage, so yeah. I love lazada,, btw I bought this items from lazada because i live in province, so its really difficult or impossible to find those kind of items..

Received the product today, earlier than expected. Initially I plugged it in, round prongs seem small for a regular universal AC outlet. So I have to use a round-to-flat adaptor with a masking tape to hole the adaptor to the unit. Wow, lights looks good, steady green blinking red and a switchable blue light. Plug it in near our dinning table, when my wife noticed that buds and insects were attracted to the lights. So I decided to pry open the unit and to my surprise ( I am an electronics technician by profession) The unit contains 3 resistors, 3 diodes 3 leds red green and blue, round prong AC plug, rocker switch and a fake speaker. (A diaphragm without a transducer).

I ordered a roll up electronic drum kit from Lazada on April 2,2016. Since the item is shipped from abroad so it would take a month or so for the delivery and I need to pay it first also. I was a bit skeptical because I never tried paying for the product first before i get it. What's interesting is it came earlier than I expected. It arrived today on April 25. I have been using Lazada.com.ph for around 3 years now. I have not had any major issues with them. I have received some defective items before, but the refund/replacement process was pretty simple (just return the item including the package and the return form and leave it at an LBC shop), once they have confirmed that LBC has the item, they will immediately send a replacement or issue a refund.
Tip:
- ONLY purchase items from LEGITIMATE or TRUSTWORTHY sellers (sellers with above 80% rating). For example, Lazada, LuckyHR and etc...
