I want to have status on my order #*******. It's indicated that I will receive it on jan. 2-9,2016 but still it is on processing. Not on shipping stage. The item is shipped from abroad and i've already paid for it amounting 2292 pesos. I've seen some negative feedbacks from other customer that they also haven't receive their orders yet. So I am concern since I already paid for it. Please give me update asap. Or better yet help me cancel and process the refund.

I am very disappointed with Lazada. I have been an active customer for the last two years. This is the second time this has happened and there will not be a third time. I ordered an item three weeks ago. I received a confirmation email that I paid for it out of my wallet credit and the item was shipped. A couple days later I received shipment on the wrong product. When I contacted Lazada by live chat they told me to go on line to make the return. Four weeks later they still have not contacted me on my product I paid for which is still not delivered. I have since found that there are other more reliable online companies out here. Lazada has lost my business and many of my friends as well. I have shared my new online shopping find with them and will continue to do so.

Giving them a 4 star updated rate as finally I received my cash refund after 15 days contrary to what they stated in their refund FAQ that it will only take 1-2 days for COD orders. I think they need to be more responsive to customers' concerns because I noticed that they won't provide comprehensive resolutions to your problems or give you estimated time of resolution.

My husband ordered two items on Oct. 5 and paid by credit card coz it was the only option given. We followed up several times after they failed to deliver on their specified delivery date. They gave another delivery date and still failed to deliver the items. We followed up again by calling and messaging them in their website. Their customer service gave us standard replies to our questions and not answers specific to our complaint. There is no empathy because these customer reps are likely from call centers who are not really from Lazada. They did not even give us any assurance of a delivery, saying that the responsibility to deliver to us now rests on their offshore supplier. What a classic case of passing the buck!
Now it's been over SIX WEEKS and still NO DELIVERY! Lazada sucks! We will not stop until we get what we paid for.

1. Greedy - Lazada charges commissions even on returned items, and there's a random payment fee for refunds. The seller already lost money to these fees, on top of that Lazada will charge the seller for the shipping. Lazada does not care about its sellers, or small businesses on its platform. It only wants to make money on the backs of small entrepreneurs.
2. Seller Center SUCKS - You can't talk to a human, not even their hotline. Everything directs you to either a useless bot or a form, which has predetermined topics. You can't ask about something unique to your situation. You feel lost and helpless on their portal a lot of times, asking yourself questions that will never be answered.
3. Their drop off points suck - 4 our of 5 drop off points are either no longer active, has a broken scanner (which has been broken for months), no lock, no supervisor available to scan, or some other bizarre situation that makes you wonder where sellers are dropping off.

Stay away from Lazada! Please! They cancelled my order right after i purchased / paid the item saying that it's out of stock but the item is still posted as available in their website! Really, Lazada? You charged me for the item only to find out you're going to cancel it? Jeez! Now I have to wait for 15 days for my money to be returned! You better give me my money back!
I made an order using a 1000 voucher as payment but then after a few hours I decided to cancel the order. They acted on it but then when I asked why the code is invalid already they said because it's for one-time use only. I don't buy this since I cancelled the order. For them, once the system accepts a code it becomes invalid already despite the order cancellation. They should have at least send me credits in recompense but there's None! After 3 months, I inquired hoping to get a refund or voucher replacement. They sent me a code good for 1 year. They should've initiated this. If I didn't make a follow-up, nothing will happen.
Lazada after a year of no purchase from me because of companies incompetence. My first order was met with lies and deception. Lazadas Courier lies about his delivery attempt and blames me for not excepting a delivery. We waited all day for this scheduled delivery, talked with Courier 6 times. Courier replied Im coming now, until 8:45 PM. Courier never came and now the delivery is marked customer asked for delivery reschedule. Lies from Lazada, there employees, customer service, just like always.

I'll never do business with Lazada Philippines again. They sent me the wrong product and would only tell me to 'buy an adapter' in order for me to use it. The user guide that came with the product doesn't even match the product itself! I just want what I purchased which was the picture they displayed on their website, and not the one they sent me. Clearly false advertising. They follow deceitful and fraudulent business practices. Take my warning, and stay away!

Inventory control is non existent. You order something and pay and then they tell you it's not available. So you request a refund and so far nothing. It says it can take 45 days to recompense on an international credit card. Is this 2020 or not where Visa is online everywhere? You are better off buying in a bricks and mortar store.

I ordered a gold casio digital watch, the strap faded after 5 days and then we noticed the mode and the light button was switched. I also ordered another casio g shock watch, the picture clearly shows a stainless silver strap then I received the watch with black powder finish strap. Both of the watch looks alarmingly fake, especially when you look at the strap. Still on the process getting my money back, Lazada clearly states on their website they only sell original items but clearly it is not true so think again if you are considering to buy anything at Lazada.

Lazada has by far not the same standards you may be used to when you deal with other big online sellers. Lazada has for example clearly a third world costumer service, with an totalitarian attitude and offensive arrogance.
Sure, you will always have some bad and unresponsive sellers from time to time, but than to deal also additionally with an bad Lazada costumer service and dispute team for only 900 PHP? In the last 12 month, we spent more than 200.000 PHP in Lazada, but still this attitude and offensive arrogance. Ya well, we don't need that and it gives me a headache. There are other and better options.

I understand that they were busy delivering the other items on board, I have called them 3 times to conform where they are for me to meet them and yet they were not answering my calls! This is actually disappointing since the delivery was already delayed yet I also made an effort to communicate properly! Please improve on your delivery services! Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
