I ordered an item last May 11 at Lazada PH. The last activity/ movement basing it on the tracking was on May 13 that said my parcel has departed their Hong Kong facility. No updates until now and it is already. May 25.
Shopee is way better than Lazada. Period!
I don't Agree giving them 5 stars because many buyers have been complaining about the products they bought but still pretty awesome for 3 stars. I hope they will improve their service So that they will not cause any problems in products this is why I don't trust shopping online.

At this point I have exercised most of Lazada, including a return and a customer service query re. My wallet balance, and I have difficulty find anything much to complain about, just a few quibbles. Quibbles:
* I would expect to get a discount for shopping online relative to a (for instance) supermarket purchase, but this is usually not the case
* the app works pretty reliably, but sometimes does dumb things, or lacks obvious features, that add a lot of extra clicks to getting something done

Lazada has great selection. However, they fail to escalate issues. I have used my credit card there for 5 years buying large items and then all of sudden it stopped working and it has been 5 months and they have not been able to locate the problem. It took reopen and reopen of the case **************) and it still does not work. After 5 years of big ticket purchases, you would think that they would look into the problem but it is like pulling teeth to get any help. So its great at Lazada to have such a selection but they fail to care if there is a problem even if you are good customer. I wrote a letter to the CEO and received no response at all. They just dont seem to care about their customers if they have a problem. Clearly an managment issue that demonstrates that customer service is very low on the priority list.

I seldom had problems with lazada's delivery service before. However, in the past few months I have noticed more and more of my orders are being tagged as failed delivery for reasons that are simply untrue. Usual cited reasons are either customer (me) requested to cancel order or that I am unreachable of that I am not at home to receive delivery. These should never have been issues as #1 I've never refused deliveries before and I haven't even received a single call/message from a delivery courier. Let alone, my presence in the apartment was never necessary for a delivery to be completed as the apartment's reception/staff have always received packages on my behalf.

I ordered and had to wait 1 month to get delivered by Lazada. Then they delayed my parcel for 3 days, then no more info but still not delivered. When I contacted them they apologized for the delay but only gave me a 100php voucher to be used. Wtf?

If you return and choose the store credit, they will split your total refund amount into many many small amount vouchers, you can only use once for each voucher or you will lose you money, they don't let you combine vouchers. It's a painful experience trying to mix& match items for you order to use vouchers trying not to lose money, it will cost you a lot of time, more and more money in order to use your all your money vouchers. Worst experience ever! Bull$#*! Lazada!

When I scroll down to sponsored products, sometimes I find really INAPPROPRIATE products! Like sex toys and gels with sexual or pornographic photos that are either censored or not,please remove these kind of products! I don't wanna see them!

My experience with the app was decent, delivery service were also at the start was okay; but now it's purely awful and no longer reliable to an extent.
I've been a long time buyer from Lazada but their delivery service has went down the toilet.
Delivery statues has many times updated claim I have decline to receive my order when I didn't, despite my order having an awful waiting time.
I used to be an active Lazada user but their services has gone down the toilet.
Constant incompetents.

Iv purchased my tab from lazada, sad to say the headset was not included, i keep on follow.up with their customer service after i received the item but its been almost 3 months, nothing happens. So disappointed.
This company provides the worst customer service ever. Be very careful what you buy from here. Don't expect that if your product is defective, they'll tend to you or show any importance at all. I was so dumb to ever trust them.

1) Delivery of my Hitachi Magic Wand came in the next day. Box is crumpled, very badly packaged. After comparing with the image on the seller's page and some online research, found out that it's a verified replica product. Contacted Lazada and immediately I got a promise for a full refund and asked me to keep the counterfeit. 2) Another order placed on the same date, it was from an overseas "Top-rated seller. Now it has been a solid 7 days, and after numerous emails sent to the supports, I still do not have an idea of where my item is. There are different stories from the supports. Conclusion: You must be really lucky to get a genuine item from Lazada. Shop there with caution.

My very first order is cancelled after I waited 30 Business Days, 5 Holidays and 13 Weekends (Since Dec. 12 2015 paid via Credit Card). Now on Jan 29 2016 I have received a notification for a refund that may take 1-45 days. Will you only apologize to your customers for this incompetence? Is that all we get? I ordered a tablet case/cover stand (*******) almost two weeks ago. Now they tell me that they are cancelling my order, through no fault of my own. Then they say it will take up to two months to refund the money I sent through Paypal using a debit card. This is unacceptable!

I am currently processing my refund. I ordered the product last Jan 10,2017 but they provided me a wrong item twice! I returned it two times, so I asked for refund instead and now it is already Feb 19,2017 still my case is not settled... Very Bad Customer service. Placed on 25 Nov 2018 05:42:53 for trampoline for my son. Two weeks past then I get email saying my order was cancelled because of automated system--what ever that means. Anyway I received no text no call. I used a USA Visa credit card for purchase and the international charges where added. They refunded me in 3 days but I'm $24 dollars short now. They didn't refund international charges back to me and its not my fault. I spent over $50,000 PHP in last few months with Lazada and had a few communication problems with my orders but received all of them in good working order. My complaint is Lazada does not communicate with the customers and we are the reason you survive in this online business. Don't know how I could ever deal with this company again. I say good luck to Lazada because with your business practices you will need it.

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
