Lazada has great selection. However, they fail to escalate issues. I have used my credit card there for 5 years buying large items and then all of sudden it stopped working and it has been 5 months and they have not been able to locate the problem. It took reopen and reopen of the case **************) and it still does not work. After 5 years of big ticket purchases, you would think that they would look into the problem but it is like pulling teeth to get any help. So its great at Lazada to have such a selection but they fail to care if there is a problem even if you are good customer. I wrote a letter to the CEO and received no response at all. They just dont seem to care about their customers if they have a problem. Clearly an managment issue that demonstrates that customer service is very low on the priority list.
