Seller already admitted they didn't send my orders. Yet Lazada won't refund me! This is a scam. Attachments will speak for itself.
I bought Samsang Galaxy S20 phone which was faulty and they rejected my return. When contact them about item, they just ignored my request. If I was in Australia, I would have taken Lazada to the court however I am in Phillipines. Its really shame to see that they cheat on poor fillipino.

I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.
More than 2 weeks now and I still don't have my refund yet! More than 2 weeks since I filed for return after receiving a broken TV. I did multiple contacts already with their customer service and have been lied multiple times. Inconsistent answers and resolution. TV is already dropped off and no one seems to care about my concern anymore. No one will entertain me via chat and they only respond once a day via email. Spoke with seller said they can't do anything on their end. Refund might take another 7 days or more which is very frustrating! LAZADA doesn't care about their customers and only cares about money! Very disheartening considering this is my hard earned money and my first ever purchase with them.
I seldom had problems with lazada's delivery service before. However, in the past few months I have noticed more and more of my orders are being tagged as failed delivery for reasons that are simply untrue. Usual cited reasons are either customer (me) requested to cancel order or that I am unreachable of that I am not at home to receive delivery. These should never have been issues as #1 I've never refused deliveries before and I haven't even received a single call/message from a delivery courier. Let alone, my presence in the apartment was never necessary for a delivery to be completed as the apartment's reception/staff have always received packages on my behalf.
Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada

I have been a longtime buyer of Lazada products and had not encountered any delivery problems. But lately, all my orders has not been delivered. I will jus get a failed delivery advise and then sorry we can no longer deliver your item. So frustrating with the incompetent, lousy and poor delivery service by couriers assigned. I gave up and decided to buy from a better online store. I don't want to suffer from stress of their lousy service.

I ordered products from Lazada, order placed on 24 Mar 2024.
When package arrived 31 Mar 2024 the parcel was broken.
I returned the products Placed on 1 April 2024.
On 3 April i got the following message from Lazada: We were unable to accept your return. We will ship the item back to you.
Because of the parcel was broken they stated.
So how should I have done different, repair the broken products before returning them?
They offered me a 30% refund only, which I did not accept.
Until today they only come with lame excuses.
Rest assured, bla, bla, bla.
I have done my last shopping@ Lazada.
Their freight company (lex ph) and customer service is so very bad.
A Lenova laptop was bought for a new employee. It died before he could even use it. The seller is not responding and through Lazada system, it says no return warranted... and there is no human to help through Lazada. This is a laptop! Should at least come with a year warranty. Scammers proliferate on Lazada. Misleading and deceptive advertisements abound and sellers send worthless substitute items. If you ask for a refund the seller will claim the issue was resolved and Lazada agrees with the seller. Bingo! You are ripped off and Lazada claims to have an easy refund policy. No it's an easy rip-off policy.

The product was not delivered. The product was actually probably not ever sent. It was discontinued soon after I ordered it. But Lazada continued to support the seller and deny me a refund. Still they refuse to give me a refund. I will use Shopee next time. Lazada is a scam

Terrible. 5 of 10 items i bought where either junk, or the order was missing items, and in one case an outright scam.
Save your money. Give it too a homeless person at least you will have helped someone.

Lazada has kept disappointing me with items that always end up being fake, with seller home pages that always remain blank and void of any descriptions to who they are and what they prepare to sell. Item descriptions on the very name are not to be believed for most could mislead potential buyers. My personal experience had concluded me having to purchase a fake item, though it was branded to be an original. I will never use this app ever again and at this very moment I am waiting for this horrid item to be picked up by their courier and have me refunded of my hard-earned cash.

Still no refund from a purchase of a fake product on Lazada Order #**************. On day 75 since I sent the watch back. Customer service is zero and really gives me the impression no one there know what is going on. Buyer beware for Lazada as they will gladly take your money but getting refund even though they guarantee the product is you will play a long waiting time with their games.

I made a return to Lazada of a fake (which they allow to be sold on their site) watch. They never even acknowledged they has received the returned item. 7 weeks have now passed but still have not been credited for the Watch, nothing. In the mean time they are having a site-wide sale and promoting there site and the delivery times and back to work after the Quarantine, but when it comes to returning money owed good luck. Shipping with Lazada is another problem and there are many. I purchase a vacuum from Electrolux which sales on their site. I message the store twice after the product was packaged and ready to ship and for 4 days Lazada never picked it up. I have given them till close of business 6-5-2020 or I'm not going to accept and COD shipments I have in the pipeline. About 250 US worth of product. I would not suggest using this site and use the local Shoppe or Amazon
Update 06-23-20 Day 62 of no return on the fake watch I purchased. I'm sure the item has be lost or stolen and Lazada just doesn't want to pay for it. Worst company for getting the truth out of. I had the worst experience of my life with Lazada, previously there have been instances where they will show failed delivery with out even coming or contacting me to deliver the goods, I thought may be I am thinking too much not once or twice It happened a lot many times, I tried trusting Lazada again but after what I experienced last week it's the worst, I ordered a pair of heels of Lazada, the delivery date showed 13 of July that gave me a days left to graduation to try it on and see, I I really need to go out when I am sick or not and now it's been almost my graduation day and I have nothing to wear because i trusted this app, the seller doesn't reply the customer care keeps me on waiting for an hour trust me I got my phone loaded just to be on line to have a talk for one hour straight, this app really needs some help and not fool there customers, They ruined my most important moment of my life

It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order and it is way beyond delivery time. They won't give updates and won't issue refund. I have wasted time chatting with their CS but no help is guaranteed. I guess when you pay and they mess, you are the only one at a loss because their customer service is not really Reliable. They just give false promises and time frames which are never followed. I don't know how many times they escalate but, really they don't care about customers, they have your money but they seem to treat your concern as a joke and really do not care.

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
