I did try to cancel my order that time and it got cancelled when I type the order number there is an option there to cancel the order. I was shocked as to why I still have an email confirmation and updates about the one that I've cancelled. So if it is in delivery right now please do reschedule it. I just saw you your updates that's why O immediately emailed you.

Why? How? I no longer need my account thats why I want my account to be closed. Unfortunately, I can't. There's no option to do it. I tried contacting lazada but it requires an order number which I DO NOT HAVE ANY because I didn't order anything. Amazon and Ebay has"delete an account" option. Meanwhile lazada doesn't have any. Your motto "customer support 24 hours 7 days a week" Doesn't make sense, since the support I need isn't provided, or covered rather.

I got an email and text from Lazada that my order is to be delivered 11/16 and had to prepare the COD cash. I waited. Whole day. No text from Lazada Express. Today, 11/17 I finally get a text that LEX will deliver, but still no delivery. They do not respond to text messages too. Which is quite irritating. This has happened to me 3 x already, and I have been shopping with them for some time. Their service is getting worse!

I'm very displeased with the kind of service when it comes to refund... I emailed them regarding my concern, contacted customer service several times. And all they can say that they will get back to you after 2-3 days. And they will send an email regarding the conversation. It' been 15 days since they got the refunded item. No email, no call, no feedback... very frustrating. Very irritating when you call CSR and got answered with the same punch line over and over again. I will not transact again with lazada.

Since Lazada.ph sources from different suppliers, the selling prices will vary. So be careful and be a wise shopper - check the prices carefully even if it's the SAME item!
Also, I would not recommend buying SNEAKERS from Lazada.ph. I bought a pair of FAKE New Balance shoes from them, which i immediately returned.
After 5 months my new vacumer, bought online, doesn't work anymore. I contacted Lazada customer service and they told me thwarranty was expired! After 5 months! Please people do not buy electronic goods because when your item breaks down you are on your own. Now I learned to pay a little more in my neighborhoodshop but with a real good after sales departement and service. It's disappointing to transact with a high number of online scammers in Lazada recently. They tend to sell product at adiscounted price, yet doesn't deliver the item sold. A few, I have experience wants me to pay in another site, like gcash. I only transact through the platform. Due to this refund processing is quite annoying and an inconvenient. Integrity is very important, most in display at present are fake sellers. Hopefully Lazada can filter real sellers from the fake ones. Thank you.
Lazada´s new shipping fee policy since 24 July 2018 is non-transparent, a rip-off. Customer fully shoulder the shipping charge. Freight costs to Romblon over 1000 peso (standard) now. The easiest way to get back at bad sellers like Lazada is simple.
Order an item at CoD.
Upon arrival, check the items first before paying them.
Should the item fail or if Lazada fails to satisfy your concerns, then don't pay it.
They say the courier will be charged for it.
Let them be. In less than a year, if all disgruntled customers do this, Lazada will close shop.
Believe me, a friend of mine already did this and it worked for him.
Follow the consumer revolution. Don't let companies like Lazada abuse you.

I just return a defective Asus tablet this afternoon at LBC. I indicated in the return form that I wanted a refund thru money transfer. After reading these negative reviews, I'm now even more worried that my money wouldn't be given back in the next couple of days.
The main reason why I chose topurchase online, is because I don't have the time to go to malls and spend hours choosing what item/gadget I should get. I do hope the company takes time to read these reviews here. Quite alarming I should say!
Lazada should be even more prompt and take immediate action when customers are doing follow ups and all the more complaining about their orders. Because if you do so, you won't be losing customers and your credibility as one of the "best" online store would be fairly acknowledged.

You need to take the risk of ordering online. I ordered keyboard worth 3k php and it was fine no issues and defects.If u got the wront item, the staff of lazada can be mistaken sometimes. There is a return policy though.

Hi I'm tired of explaining this all over again but I wanna give it a try maybe someone can truly help me. I ordered from lazada few days ago my order number is ******* this was a bed, pillow and bedding set since my brother is having his ojt in cebu so i addressed the package to their company however upon checking on lbc website it was delivered yesterday but my brother didnt get any my brother asked their office and everyone in company no package has been received I paid my order and do my responsibility as a customer I called lbc I'm trying to ask who signed and received the package the stupid rep said she doesn't know how come you meant to say you just deliver items no care who the hell that person is... This is the first and last time I'll order from this company. It was OK at first, they updated me with my order status. Then I received a text, earlier this morning telling me my order will be delivered today. I waited the whole day, then come evening I received another text saying they're unable to deliver it because they can't reach me. I was at home the whole time, my phone fully charge, and main doors open. Bunch of liers. Wasted my time. I should have not ordered.
Everything in Lazada is worst. Shipment, delivery and especially refund. Once you returned your items they never give your money back. They never check the items they selling few times I recieved wrong bad quality and item not same on description.

This is one of many reviews about Lazada and they are all pretty bad. We believe in second chances and decided to try Lazada one more time. Surprisingly they did not fail to disappoints us again. Days after the due date I contact them to find out what happened as I suspect it was cancelled, just as all our previous orders, and so it was - "delivery unsuccessful". Very strange that all our other orders is delivered long before due date, only Lazada cannot find the address. Lazada is a scam and I will not ever order or do any business with them. I mentioned before, if they cannot make a delivery, how are you ever going to get a refund from them. Just have a look at all the other reviews and see for yourself all the "I'm still waiting" and "3rd world mentality" remarks, it all comes down to one thing. Lazada in incapeble of ding online business and absolutely not be trusted, better they close their doors and throw the keys away. At least they might have a better reputation then.

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
