Placed on 25 Nov 2018 05:42:53 for trampoline for my son. Two weeks past then I get email saying my order was cancelled because of automated system--what ever that means. Anyway I received no text no call. I used a USA Visa credit card for purchase and the international charges where added. They refunded me in 3 days but I'm $24 dollars short now. They didn't refund international charges back to me and its not my fault. I spent over $50,000 PHP in last few months with Lazada and had a few communication problems with my orders but received all of them in good working order. My complaint is Lazada does not communicate with the customers and we are the reason you survive in this online business. Don't know how I could ever deal with this company again. I say good luck to Lazada because with your business practices you will need it.
I've had a very bad experience with www.lazada.com.ph. I purchased 2 CPs from their website on May 30,2012 using my credit card and until now (June 29,2012) I don't have those items yet. I've been calling their customer service using my mobile phone, but they could not give me a concrete explanation about what has happened. I've talked to different agents and they also kept on promising to call me back and promised to give me the tracking number. It's almost one month now and I don't have any news about my order--*******. It's really frustrating. How could they be so irresponsible. This is my first time to purchase from this company and they really gave me a very bad impression. I will no longer buy from this site again.
I order a gift for my girlfriend for Christmas, they cancelled the order one week after new year. If you paid using online banking. You have say your complete bank account detail to their staff on a phone or email.

I rate Lazada PH 1 star because it's impossible to give zero stars. To consumers, if you value your time and money, please listen to the reviews here and don't ever order from Lazada PH. They deliver wrong items, and it will take forever for them to give refunds. The customer support doesn't help either and are a bunch of liars, saying they will get back to me 24-48 hours and it's been a month, still no refund! This is a stressful, traumatizing, and the worst online shopping experience ever. An advice to Lazada's CEO, please fire all your unconcerned, lazy employees, close down your business, and save your face!

I ordered a product from 18/02/2016, the estimate delivery was at 23 - 25/02/2016
It's currently 4/1/2016 and I still didn't get my order.
I've contacted support many times and they seem to reply 1 out of 5 times.
Their shipping division is really slow and do not even contact me if they pass by the house. Do they just expect me to wait outside when they deliver. Very poor quality.
What's worse is that my order is in the same country I am. I have had orders from ebay and other sites with shipping from other countries that are faster.
Very disappointing. You do not want to use this site.

Since they have updated their delivery scheme, it caused nothing but inconvenience. Can you imagine ordering a diaper worth 2k+ and paying for delivery for 2k++ which more than half of what I am actually purchasing. What Lazada has done is make it impossible for provincial places to access of use.

I am not against Lazada, I even bought some good items in here. But last month I purchased an oven worth ******* which was paid using my lazada wallet. Well in the beginning it was good. But then they cancelled the order and tagged it as refunded. I never received my money and it's been a month. I always make a follow up but not getting any resolution. What kind of service is this? How long do I have to wait just to get my money back. The refund policy on the website is definitely as scam. Please be responsible enough to your customers as we are paying the right amount for the service. I hope the amount will show up soon.

Hey Lazada, if you claim to be the number one online store, how the heck could you possibly lay off more than 50 people in your company? You are being run by illegal aliens, and your co-founders are a-holes and perverts - they demand for impossible things and things that they can access themselves. Most of the foreigners here frequent the NightClubs of the Makati area and can be seen either brawling or hooking up with hookers. LAZADA even created a lazada review website just so people who are searching would only see positive reviews and cases you were able to solve - this is plain cheating. Your customer service sucks and the things written on your website to describe your products can be written better by an elementary student. If you cant even check the grammar on your website - I can only image what it is like in your office
I bought a Lenovo laptop and had to return it as I felt like it was a refurbished item. I shipped it back to them and I'm still waiting for their email. They said it will only take 2 business days for the evaluation to be sent to me, but... Yeah, it led me here.
The other products that I bought are 3 power banks. All 3 didn't work for my iPhone 6. Not sure why. My iPhone is one-month old and has no issues whatsoever.

Be careful ordering online from Lazada. My advice is to personally receive item when delivered. I ordered a two-pack solar garden lights, which means two (2) pieces per box order. They delivered boxes containing only one(1) item per box. They advised me to return all items for a refund. After more than 3 months of talking to different customer reps, I haven't gotten my refund to date in the amount of a little above php 8k. Please be aware.

It's been more than a week since I returned the items. Up to now there is no update when to receive. From the start it has been hassled on our part, the items are not what we expected.

I received a shoe cabinet with missing parts last Dec 1. I asked customer service thru e-mail and also by phone if their supplier can deliver the missing part? If that's not possible, I ordered for them to just pull-out the product. After so many follow-ups, they notified me that it will be picked up on Dec 8. It's already Dec 9 and the incomplete shoe cabinet is still at my house. I was informed that they haven't resolved the problem yet. What's taking them so long to resolve such a simple problem? This means it will also take long to process the refund.

Lazada delivered the wrong bike and I only want to exchange it to the one I ordered... their mistake. But it's taking 3 weeks now and they have NOT rectified the issue. Been promised 3 times by different customer service reps that they'll pick it up for an exchange - but they failed to do it each and every time. Shop at Lazada.com at your own risk. And hope to God you don't need to return the item for any reason. The moment they get a hold of your money, that's it to them. They're excellent in getting the money - but anything else thereafter, good luck.

I recently made an inquiry regarding the whereabouts of my order and my comments on their facebook page was ignored and filtered so nobody can see. Until now my order was not delivered its been few weeks delay! That would be my last purchase from lazada, because buying from them is very stressful. Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
