They claim package was delivered yet I was home and it was not! They have no proof of delivery and ask you to contact the retailer and send multiple standard messages that look like this: avoid them at all costs! They are thieves! Really sad actually!

I ordered items from Ulta who use LaserShip as the carrier. Horrible decision on their part! My package was delivered to a house across town from me. The street number was the same but a completely different road. I also live in an apartment with a unit number which should've been obvious that delivering it to a house was wrong. My phone number was on the package so I don't know why anyone with common sense wouldn't call me to get some clarification on where to deliver it to.
I've order some stuff from michaels, once I saw that lasership was given my packages to deliver instead of ups, i knew i was in trouble! I just wanted to cancel! The label was printed 5 days before they actually decided to ship it! Once shipped, they supposedly made an attempt to deliver it! After 6 days! COME ON!
This is now the second time that this company has failed to deliver my packages. It says they delivered them, but that's a lie. I believe they may be stealing packages. Then the time it was supposedly delivered was after 10pm? No! Bad Business.
I hate lasership! Worst company ever! At least 90 percent of the time my packaged is delivered from this company it's lost or stolen. Instead of leaving the package in the mailbox or in front of my door, they leave it in the lobby on the floor. I'm constantly reporting the carriers. They all need to be fired!
This company is a joke they always steal your packages all the time. They signed for them and say you did. Never do business with them!
I am unable to give a star. This company is PATHETIC they cannot read an address even after an ongoing conversation with a detailed description of where the address is. Their customer service is anything but, they are arrogant and should not be in a position of working with the public. Do yourself a favor SAVE your money or better yet spend it wisely and ship through USPS
I came home to find a LaserShip truck parked blocking my access, and access by anyone trying to deliver mail & parcels to me, to my mailbox & my front door.

My package was delivered opened and the driver stated that it happens at Lasership. I always have issues with this company, where is the pride? If I knew they would deliver I would cancel the order and go somewhere else. I really don't know how they stay in business. I have heard others voice their displeasure with this company.
Tracking info completely automated and incorrect. Every day for two weeks tracking shows ETA of one day prior to today's date. No phone number to call a human. Never received a human/actual response to inquiries I sent via their site. Horrible experience.
They are very rude and can't seem to figure out anything when it's all their fault! I wish I could give them a 0 star.
A package was left on my porch that belonged two houses down. I have specific information on a sign by my doorbell. It was not read. No one rang the doorbell. I had to take the package to the correct address myself, to someone I don't know and they didn't even answer the door. I just left it. This was inconvenient for me. Your drivers are incompetent.
As a small business we have hundreds of packages arrive monthly. Rarely do we have to deal with damages and missing packages through professional delivery services such as UPS, FedEx and DHL. But then there's LaserShip. Same day, 2 different packages from the same vendor on two different accounts showed as delivered. Within 5 minutes of the vendor notifying us via text and email we looked for the packages. Nowhere to be found! Checked our cameras and no one arrived when they said they were delivered. Our facility has 6 exterior cameras with facial recognition and license plate capture capabilities. Not only did LaserShip not deliver the packages a LaserShip vehicle never entered the street we're on the entire week! Immediately called their customer service who are the absolute worst and they said they would have to send to the 'warehouse' to investigate. Within 48 hrs I received 2 separate messages (1 per order) that the investigation was complete and the package was found to be delivered. No picture/video proof, no signature proof, NOTHING! I called again and asked for another investigation and this time I asked for a time stamped GPS locator of the package delivery and they flat out refused to provide anything. 48 hrs later we received messages that "the package was found to be delivered and you should contact your seller for further information". REALLY?! So now you lied about delivering the package AND your now making it the seller/vendors responsibility to refund us for the items?! That is criminal. After our 3rd attempt to have the delivery investigated with the same result we have contacted our local sheriff, reported a theft and opened a criminal investigation against LaserShip. I have also contacted the BBB, which I learned thousands before me have done the same thing regarding LaserShip, to report them as fraudulent. If you can avoid having LaserShip as your delivery service do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs!
Lasership is a nightmare, the worst company I have ever encountered in my life! Im curious to know why any place would choose this horrible place for delivering their packages. Lasership has the most uneducated bunch of delivery workers who cannot read to save their lives These workers have delivered my packages to an address which is on the other side of town which Is unbelievable. Their workers seem as if they are allergic to doorbells, which they refuse to use but instead just toss packages across the hallway floor expecting customers to stumble across them Lasership, please get it together! Most of these companies which we customers order from do not always give refunds & we can't afford to lose money. Lasership needs to better train their workers and stop being inconsiderate when it comes to customer satisfaction. I have made so many complaints over the past few years to Lasership about this issue to no avail. I will be reaching out to the companies I know who use Lasership to make complaint about them as well. Lasership gets 0 stars from me! This company is way too incompetent to be in the business of handling customer packages, point blank period! I'm so frustrated, sick & tired of this issue constantly with receiving messages of my packages being delivered to me, but being delivered elsewhereEnough Said!
I order a sweater from the university of Georgia website. It said delivered today (Jan 17 2022) and no package in my mail box or door step. The heck? Where's my package?
Everyone, please make a complaint on BBB and with your Attorney General. They stole my sons' shoes! They missed the delivery target date and when i started making inquiries, the package bounced around two different facilities before it was "undeliverable ".
I have had 4 bad experices with this shipping company since Fall 2021. 3 from Victorias Secret & 1 from Bath & Body. To make my very long situations short, the following is a quick sum:
1 - V. S. shipment got delivered to a neighbor... never got it from them & VS could not replace the order as they were sold out of the 2 items I had ordered.
2 - V. S. shipment never made it to me. They insisted I had a missing APT number. I live in a single home!
3 - V. S shipment (I had delivered to my work address). They left it on a back door step on a Saturday (its a business park w/ a LOT of traffic... we didn't open until Monday where an employee happened to see it in the snow!
4 - B&B shipment... had it marked as delivered per the B&B rep. B&B had to replace the entire order to me (and shipped it FedEx this time)! 2 weeks later the original shipment showed up... B&B graciously let me keep it.
** BOTH Victoria Secret & B&B reps told me that they have been having a LOT of issues w/ Lasership... time to move on from them if you ask me! ***
Lasership is a company that will steal your packages and customers service is full of $#*! too no help at all. They still in business for stealing people packages why companies like NIKE. COM, Fantastic and other use this STEALING PACKAGES COMPANY FEDEX, UPS and USPS are better than Lasership. Please avoid this company they a ripoff and full of $#*!.
Ok never heard of them before today they delivered a package for kohl's
It says was delivered but was not. It was left on top of a curved mailbox, for some reason instead of inside and will fall off quickly because of the shape of the mailbox.
This mailbox is all the way up at the road and there is snow and ice and with out a doubt it will fall into the snow before I get home and as it's less than 20 degrees outside will get stuck to the ice, if someone doesn't snatch it from the road.
That's not even the worst part,
They have zero customer service, none. Zero,
You can leave an email, and if you call you cannot get a live person.
I'm going to let kohls know I won't be ordering from then again as long as they use this company which is a disgrace.
Answer: I've never heard of these thieving criminals that are LaserShip before this past day. Wally World never used them for us in Detroit. No tracking # for 2-day shipment all day. At 8PM check the order, says it was "delivered at front door at 1PM". Yet I was working in my yard at 1PM and I can definitively state that there were no delivery people at my house, or even on my street. I was in my front yard, so not possible. But if you look on here, and at other sites that use them such as VitaCost or Sephora, those packages probably have more value than the hair dye and dog food they stole from me. Packages from those co's are chronically stolen. So how they're still in business? No idea. But I'm all for BBB reports and contacting the State Atty General on these criminals.
