I dont know why until now this company is still existing. For 2 days in a row, I had issues with their deliveries. They said the package had been delivered but I never got it. I have multiple cameras all around my house, I did not see any person deliver anything into my house. I don't know where they delivered it. There's no proof of delivery. Merchants should stop using this company.

Tengan cuidado cuando reciban sus cajas. Si ven un lado de la caja como dañada. No la habrán!
Compré dos lentes en Nordstrom y solo llegó uno.
A los dos días siguiente me llegó otra caja con la misma modalidad de robo. Mismo conductor probablemente. Pero esta vez no robo porque se dio cuenta que eran pantalones de jeans.

If I could give it a minus ten rating, I would do it. This is the worst company you can imagine. They constantly delay delivery and pretend that they wanted to deliver, but were unable to. Something always bothers them. Because of this, everything you receive through them will never be received on time. It surprises me that large trading platforms turn to them for delivery. No one looks at the ratings except buyers?

I received my package inside the time frame. The problem was that while tracking the shipment they wrote that they will deliver sooner and than this has not happened. Then calling them no one replied.
But at the end they delivered the package on the time frame. So I am happy. Just hope they will manage better notification to customers so they won't panic.
If details on shipment where perfect I would give 5 stars.

This company is very dishonest. I had a separate shipment. Fedex delivered 6 items. They stole 3. They went as far to fake a signature and male up name alexis. Nobody lives there by that name.I sent an email no response. Anyone company or individual using this company. Beware of this company i will now contact police. They dont have the proper address displayed hialeah is a big county. Believe the reviews

I just wanted to take the time to write a review for this company. I noticed there were very, very bad reviews and this made me afraid when I saw that an online company I've been working with for over a year decided to ship my package through them. I called the online company that shipped my product and expressed my concerns. The company was willing to reship my package if anything went wrong with LaserShip's delivery (as most of these reviews talk about).

I literally had nothing to worry about. Lasership not only delivered my package in a timely manner, but they also sent me text messages of its progress every step of the way (I signed up to receive this). The only reason why I did not leave 5 stars was that for about two days their website was stating that they did not have the package and that they were still waiting to receive it from the online company. This is what initially caused my concerns. By the third day, I received the text that my package was out for delivery. No worries from there.

They steal before it gets to the porch. Porch pirates be ware there is new pirate in town, they get it straight from the company, fakes the delivery and ignore my clime.
Stole my 3 delivery packages. I have cameras, they never deliver, but said delivered.

The delivery person claimed to have delivered my package on 12/21/23. At 10:27, I immediately went to check and there was no package. But there was no delivery man who entered the building between 10:00 and 11:00. Checked on cameras They do not provide any proof [ Visual Proof of Delivery] that they delivered the package. Trying to contact customer service via phone is IMPOSSIBLE. It doesn't matter what time you call, they're always experiencing high call volume and NEVER answer. You send an e-mail, you get no reply. What is this? This is fraud and theft like I have never experienced before. They are so dishonest and simply steal packages. I opened the case on December 21,2023. At 11:46 Case number: ******* There was a two-day "investigation" after which they said that the package was lost and that the seller should be contacted.

Checked my tracking number and this is what I saw. It states to contact the seller. Ordered 11 candles from Bath and Body works and they could only replace 3. I received a credit but could not get other candles at their fantastic sale price. They are the main shipper for this company and KNEW the contents were fragile.
This is not my first problem with this shipper but from now on I will not order from anyone who uses them.

So my package was coming from Ohio to Pennsylvania got sent to chantilly Virginia facility and I was supposed to have on the 18th of September date got switched to the 20th still no tracking movement still said re route exception.

Reached out to the agent on the chat was told give it a day did that still no movement basically got told the next day package was lost if no movement asked to speak to someone they said I would get a call within 2 hours.

2 hours pass no call waited till next day still no movement during that time opening inquiries about the package kept getting closed or marked as resolved with any info.

Finally got a call from their corporate or so they say on 09/20 the dude said if it's no move within two day they will consider it lost and to reach out to seller\vendor.

Thursday 09/21 finally show's movement in New Jersey and says in route to final destination for delivery on 09/22.

09/22 finally package is out for delivery and I got it It figures my most expensive package would go through this mess ‍.

The reason for my rating is because I have received all my packages without issue sometimes early from laser ship on trac whatever they call themselves until this package.

Their customer service agents don't have a clue what's really going on and will give you a generic answer when asked about your package will say wait etc or they don't know or flat out lie had the lady jazy lie saying it's basically lost etc because she couldn't answer any of my questions.

Customer service needs to be improved

The tracking scanning sucks they only track it once it gets to a facility.

They need to track it once it leaves so it has an outbound scan so folks know their package actually left and is on the way instead of thinking it's stuck in a warehouse.

The delivery driver from the location in Montgomeryville pa that delivers to me always delivers packages without issue.

So I will still rate them 3 but things definitely need improvement.

This is the worst delivery service EVER! You have to wait for someone to get in touch with you in order to resolve an issue. Which half the time no one does. I had specific delivery instructions to either knock or call upon delivery. The driver did neither! In fact he never even got out of his vehicle. I stood in my window recording him the entire time. In the video you'll hear a text alert. That's (Laser Ship) them saying that a delivery attempt has been made.

The couple of times that I have ordered from Walmart they utilize this horrible shipping company that falsely claims to have delivered my package. With the poor reviews of this company I wonder why a company like Walmart continues to do business with them causing them to issue refunds for lost or stolen orders. If your order comes up as being delivered by Lasership I would recommend to cancel the order because more than likely you will not receive it.

Absolutely the worst delivery company I have ever had an experience with. These guys could not delivery a single piece of mail without either losing it or losing their way. What a joke! I will not order certain merchandise from Walmart because some clown there thought they would save a few dollars by using this delivery company. Bet that decision bit them in the big butt!

This company sucks 4 different packages I ordered through Lange the update they have for the tracking number is never right! One day itll say the next day then you check it again the same day and itll say three days later and still never show! How frustrating knowing they used this company I wouldnt of even bothered ordering. And to top it all off the shipment place that they use is only 40 mins from my house. So aggravating! Never again. Yall really should fix your company.

Sephora mailed me a package. I waited all day for the package to arrive on July 3 as that's what the tracking number said. Nothing ever came. I was unable to track the package after that until Tuesday, July 7. On July 7 when I was on the website it said that it was loaded onto a truck at 7:58 PM In West Deptford NJ, out for delivery at 7:59 PM, and delivered at 8:00 PM. This is literally impossible to complete this delivery when the delivery truck that had the package to deliver is located 30 minutes from my house. I really believe that this company has employees that are stealing the packages. Not one but two of my Sephora packages have not made it to my house. Unfortunately the items I ordered were not available any longer so I couldn't even get a replacement. So disappointed in this company for not responding to customers or having any type of integrity. I will cancel any order that sends me a laser ship tracking number. UPDATE: I got a response from the company and they basically told me it was delivered and if I didn't get it contact the seller. Yes I will definitely stop ordering from companies that use Lasership.

I ordered a time-sensitive package and it ended up being shipped with LaserShip. It was originally estimated to be shipped by Friday, but it now says it won't be here until Monday. I called Customer Service to see if I could get it shipped faster, and after waiting for 15 minutes on hold, I spoke with the most useless customer service representative I've ever had to work with. He was mumbling, so I couldn't even understand half of what he was saying, and he was incredibly rude and not helpful. He didn't even know what day it was when he was telling me the shipping estimate. I will now be getting my package 2 days later than I need it, which is incredibly stressful. I will never be using this service again, and I recommend nobody ever does.

This company has stolen numerous packages of mines from Amazon. They have also lied and said my packages were delivered and they weren't. I reported them to Amazon several times and requested that Amazon use another carrier; however, they couldn't do so. Also, because of Lasership lies, Amazon believed the carrier and refused to refund me. My account has been flagged thanks to this company. I am considering reporting this company to the police since they've lied on numerous occasions saying they delivered my package.

THIS SHIPPING SERVICE IS DAM LOUSY, ORDERS GETTING LOST OR TAKEN BY THEM, SOMETINES SELLERS SEND OUT ORDERS IN DIFFERENT PACKAGING, YOU MIGHT GET LUCKY TO RECEIVE THE 1ST PACKAGE BUT THE LAST PACKAGE NEVER GETS DELIVERED ESPECIALLY IF ITS ONLY ONE ITEM, SO NOW WE AS CONSUMERS HAVE TO PAY OUT DAM DOUBLE OR TRIPLE TO HAVE OUR ITEMS SHIPPED THROUGH. FEDEX OR UPS WHICH IS A DAM DISGRACE, WHATS UP THEIR DRIVERS TOO BUSY SHOPPING FOR ITEMS THAT WE HAVE PAIDED FOR BUY YOUR OWN DAM ITEMS AND LEAVE ESPECIALLY MINE ALONE

Rinse and repeat. Lies about additional information being needed for delivery. No movement for weeks. Then they say they don't know where the package even is and to contact the seller, Straight up theft. Perhaps we should create a database with the contents of undelivered packages and monitor secondary selling sites.

Worst delivery service ever. Left my glasses outdoors in the pouring rain twice. I wrote to please open the door and leave it in the vestibule. 2 storms, 2 pair of Warby Parker glasses left in a small cardboard box in 2 different east coast storms. Horrible!

One of their curriers with their logo attached to his navy blue caravan in Hanover Ma at 4:15pm 5/17/22 at the intersection of Rockland St (Rt 139) & Circuit St threw a soda bottle at my car because he was trying to beat a red light. Then he ran the red light. Not only is he a maniac driver he's stupid.

This is my second bad experience with Lasership. They claim that the package was left at my front door. It was not!
The pictured front door is no where near me. I don't know where my package is. Lasership response to my inquiry says it will take 72 hours to get to the problem…. Really?
Update…they called and said it was delivered to the wrong address, they want me to go pick it up or wait until tomorrow for a driver to recover it
