THEIR DRIVERS ARE STEALING PACKAGES!
THEIR DRIVERS ARE CROOKS!
EVERY SINGLE TIME I SEE THAT MY PACKAGE IS GOING TO BE DELIVERED BY LASERSHIP (ONTRAC) I KNOW I WILL HAVE A PROBLEM! EVERY SINGLE TIME! I MEAN, E-V-E-R-Y SINGLE TIME I ALWAYS HAVE MY PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED.
THEIR DRIVERS KNOW THAT WE THE CONSUMER HAVE NO RECOURSE. SO THEY JUST STEAL YOUR PACKAGE AND THEN YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU ALWAYS END UP HAVING TO DEAL WITH THE SHIPPER TO TRY AND GET A REFUND, IF YOU'RE SUCCESSFUL. MOST OF THE TIME I END UP CLAWING MY WAY THROUGH A HELL OF BULLSHT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEVER GETTING ANY HELP FROM THEM EXCEPT WE WILL INVESTIGATE. THEIR DRIVERS ARE CROOKS! THEY ARE STEALING YOUR PACKAGES AND THEY KNOW HOW TO GET AWAY WITH IT! I AM SO SICK OF THIS SO-CALLED "COMPANY" THEY NEVER DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE! THEY SUCK! I WISH I COULD COMPLAIN TO THEIR HEADQUARTERS AND TELL THEM TO INVESTIGATE THEIR DRIVERS! I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT EVERYBODY... I MEAN. EVERYBODY HAS THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. SO WHERE DO THE PACKAGES GO THEN IF THEY CAN'T TRACE THE PACKAGES? SHOULDN'T THEY END UP SOMEWHERE IN THEIR WAREHOUSE? I MEAN, EVERY SINGLE PERSON OR AT LEAST 90% OF CUSTOMERS HAVE ISSUES WITH THEIR DELIVERIES. SO SHOULDN'T ALL THOSE PACKAGES END UP SOMEWHERE? NO THEY DON'T... YOU KNOW WHY? THE DRIVERS INTENTIONALLY DON'T "SCAN" YOUR PACKAGE AND BRING IT STRAIGHT TO THEIR PERSONAL VEHICLES ON THEIR WAY HOME! THAT'S WHY THEY CAN'T "TRACE" OR FIND YOUR PACKAGES! THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CROOKS, THEIVES! HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS? AND WHY DO COMPANIES HAVE THEM DELIVER? THE DRIVERS ARE CROOKS AND THEY ARE STEALING!
I NEVER HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH LASERSHIP (now ONTRAC). I FRIGGIN HATE THIS SUCKY COMPANY!

Lasership is Terrible!

I placed an online order through Bath and Body Works during their semiannual sale, and they are using Lasership for their deliveries. I checked the status of my order to find that an attempted delivery was made, but there was some missing information according to Lasership. The missing information was my address which is stupid considering it's their job to have the delivery address. Anyway, I went onto their website to add my address to see if I could get my package delivered since it was in my city. Well, I didn't get my package delivered. In fact, the only update there was to my tracking was the expected delivery date changing to the following day every singe day. This started when they stated they attempted delivery on June 30th and continued every single day through July 12th. I called B&BW on July 10th to see how we could resolve the issue. The first call was dropped, and on the second call, I spoke to a young lady who told me that there was nothing that could be done at that time. She told me to call back in 24 hours and if my package still wasn't delivered, they would try to find a resolution. I called back in 48 hours, my package still hadn't arrived, and the delivery date continued to be pushed to the following day. The associate that I spoke to at B&BW told me that some of the items I ordered were sold out and therefore could not be shipped to me. The sale is over and I dont have my stuff. He said he would refund me my money and it would be availabe in 5-7 business days. I will NEVER order from B&BW again if they continue to use this delivery company. I have ordered from them many times before over the years, and I have never had so many problems with delivery. Unfortunately, B&BW has lost my business.

Lasership/ new name OnTrac is so bad

I order a package and payed for 2 day over night shipping and I notice the company I bought from sends my package out with OnTrac which is the Laser Ship company rebranded/renamed. Never heard of it before ok cool brush it off. 3 days go by and my package is still not here, also the tracking web site says the package is at the Miami warehouse and has been sitting there for 2 days already so I called and emailed. The people on the phone are nice but all they say is call your sender we will open an investigation and get back to you in 2 days. 2 more days go by nothing the package is still at warehouse no response, so I email and call again they say the same thing we are looking into it give us 2 more days and we will open another investigation call your sender. On the 7th day the package still sitting at the warehouse so I call and Im like listen I need it by tomorrow its for my wedding give me someones phone number at the warehouse so I can go and pick it up since I only live 20 min away. They said no they cant do that and will keep me updated. 3 Hours go by I get a text saying that my package is out for delivery. Im so happy. I sign up for the text to let me know when it is delivered. I never get the text but I check my email and it says it was delivered. The Tracking link says it was delivered at 1:22 at the front door. It is now 3:30. I live in a codo building which the front is valet and the back is a drop off packages and receiving. I go to pick up the package and nothing. The building looks the security footage with me and no one even tried to drop off packages during that time not even amazon usps ect from 1-2:30. So I call and email they say they will open up an investigation, talk to the sender, and they will get back to me in 2 days(which did not happen) and no picture was taken upon delivery so they do not know where it was delivered... At 6:30 a laser ship van drops off 4 packages at my building and none are mine so they do not have a problem finding my building. The seller is going to send my package out again but with not the same service but it wont get here till the day after I need it. They should have a inventory manager or someone they can provide a phone number to call to talk to at the warehouse or messages with the delivery driver.

This company stinks

They are typical of the no-service company.
First delivery, arrived left a parcel at the wrong address, never scanned the package showing it delivered. I saw it 3 days later on step of an abandoned building, and out of curiosity looked, and found it was mine.

2nd delivery, 9 pm. a vehicle was seen n the property. They dropped a parcel on the far side of the house.
Understand there is a door, with a light on overhead. They didn't leave the package near the door.
I went out with a flashlight wondering what that car was doing out here, and found a package.
The day after i found the package, it was showing it was delivered.

3rd delivery. I' still waiting. It's liquid. It can not freeze. It's 3* right now. And if that package sat in someones car for 3 days because of thier wonky delivery tactics of trading parcels from car to car to eventually reach destination, it's frozen by now. I tried their chat to see if they have any updated info.
It's Christmas eve. I'm waiting. And waiting. Their chat is down because it's within their normal bisniess hours, but they claim it's not within their business hours. Only the virtual chat robot is available and is stuck in a virtual loop.
I emailed a request for info on this delivery, and recieved a form response, to track the package. Well, they weren't scanning the package for 4 days, so i contacted hobby lobby who insists it is in their possession, and lasership is still saying they are waiting on the package.

I will contact hobby lobby and ask them to reship the order, and dont use lasership. L
I've tried twice to upload the order, your review site isn;t working either, good grief

Worst experience ever!

On Thursday, May 12,2022. I received a status on my package as "delivered in person" with a kindergartner forged signature that was recieved as mine by the driver. When I contacted the company to inform them that I was home all day; and no one ever came to my door making it impossible for that signature to be mine. The company told me they would start an investigation. I also informed her that another package with the company was scheduled to be delivered the next day ( Friday, May 13,2022) that I was concerned that the same issue will occur. She did flag the package and mark my inquiry as urgent. However, every correspondence after that was company drafted emails with no real feedback.

I was instructed to contact the seller ( Fashion Nova) who refused to rectify the issue because again this kindergartner's signature validates a successful delivery.

Here is where my experience gets interesting:

So as you know another package was scheduled to come the next day. After going door to door inquiring if any of my neighbors had seen anything everyone express their concerns and agreed as a team effort to get packages and call each other if no one was home. I know porch pirates exist but a porch pirate wasn't around in this incident because I was home all day waiting on my delivery.

Friday, May 13,2022, because I'm 9 months pregnant I told my neighbor to look out for the delivery driver because the same person from the day prior might have the royre again. She was happy to oblige. An hour later I hear frantic banging on my door.

"He's out here! Sr. Please wait a young lady wants to speak with you! She's pregnant!" She screamed.
I rush to put on my shoes. As I was coming the package was thrown to the door and the driver left. He didn't want to talk to me. He took off before I could show him my ID with my signature and inquire about who he released my package to the day prior. It was outrageous.

This draws my conclusion,
No porch pirate stole my package and forged my signature. It was the delivery driver that stole the package! Laser- Ship Delivery drivers know that the company has a horrible reputation for delivering packages and that fashion nova won't dispute them. So now the company up the ante by strong-arming the packages themselves falsifying signatures, and STEALING the items you paid for. They are getting hourly wages plus any value item you purchase from your seller for free, plus company protection from lasership and your seller as well making it impossible to dispute. This company is tarnishing your reputation as a customer making you look like a liar while upholding themselves as truthful.

I'm concerned about this issue because someone forged my signature its illegal the company is standing by their drivers and I knew it was the delivery driver! Because noone ever came to my door and I did not sign for that package.
The investigation goes on for 2 days and it is closed. Basically, they said contact the seller... and the package was confirmed as delivered with a signature.
Again... the signature looks nothing like mine.

Driver threatened me & accused me of stealing MY own package after they left it at my front door!

I received a package I was expecting at my front door so i brought it inside. About 15 minutes later I see a strange car pull up into my driveway completely blocking my vehicle. The driver then walks up to my door and proceeds to violently pound on my door and nonstop ringing my doorbell. It scared the crap out of me and my dogs and I couldn't clearly see who it was since i live in a second story condo. I decided not to answer the door because this person was knocking so violently and I am a young woman that lives alone, so I was playing it safe. They keep pounding on the door for 2 minutes straight and then she starts screaming through my door saying "i know you're in there, open the door!" I was really concerned at this point having no idea who this person was so i opened my second story window and yelled down saying "why are you knocking on my door like this!" She doesn't introduce herself or even bother to tell me her reasoning, but instead she immediately threatens to call the cops on me saying I stole a package that was not addressed to me. I was so confused and told her that all of my packages i received are indeed mine and that her reaction was completely inappropriate. She then says "Oh so your name is Lexi?" and i said "Yes, that's my name" and she slams her car door and speeds off. I was in disbelief that this woman decided to react this way over her assumed delivery mistake.

Why would she even leave the package at my door 15 minutes prior if she didn't think it was mine only to turn around and accuse me of theft? And even if it wasn't my package, it's an honest mistake and certainly doesn't warrant her making false accusations and threatening to call the police on me over a package their company delivered to MY house. I am not responsible for their deliveries and I definitely do not have to open the door for anybody that is making me uncomfortable. This company can't even train their employees basic etiquette?

Then to make matter worse, customer service was extremely dismissive. They didn't even care to listen to my situation and only asked me if i had video proof of this incident, as if liability was their only concern. I should have expected that considering the attitude their drivers have. Worst delivery company ever and seeing how many other bad reviews they have, they shouldn't be in business.
