I love fashion nova. I make purchases from them all the time! But I'm very disappointed with how they handle lost or stolen packages. If the carrier provides proof that I package was delivered their solution would be to contact the police. You will not get a refund nor store credit. How is it the customers fault if someone steals your package? Especially if the carrier leaves your items on the ground for anyone to steal rather then at your door or in your mailbox? I'm very disappointed with fashion nova. They just lost a customer.
Tip for consumers: If you have a busy work schedule ask that your package is left at an access point . Fashion nova will not refund nor replace your lost or stolen item .
I hate lasership! Worst company ever! At least 90 percent of the time my packaged is delivered from this company it's lost or stolen. Instead of leaving the package in the mailbox or in front of my door, they leave it in the lobby on the floor. I'm constantly reporting the carriers. They all need to be fired!
