Do Not Use LaserShip!

I wouldn't even give 1 star to this horrible company they call LaserShip! Lost my 3 packages, not 1x, but 2! Told me they would do an investigation to see what happened to my packages... nonsense... I receive an Email stating that LaserShip had done all it could do, for me to now contact the Seller. Like. WHAT! What Company has on its tracking that your packages were delivered on your front porch and most definitely... WERE NOT DELIVERED ON YOUR FRONT PORCH! This happened 2x to me before Christmas. Horrible Company and will never ever be told that LaserShip is the deliverer. Do Not Tust... BELOW IS THE LAST EMAIL SENT TO ME REGARDING MY LOST PACKAGES:

They said the package was delivered., But I didnt get it. Somebody apparently signed for it, with some initials that wasnt me.
I contacted them, and they said "Because the package was delivered to the address on file, I'm sorry but we won't be able to recover the package"

I really can't believe this situation would happened to me twice! First time, they said they delivered at front door at 4:21pm and of course there was NOTHING at my front door when I immediately went to open my door to check at 4:23pm. I lost a value $300 package!
Second time they still couldn't find my apartment number so they just dropped at somewhere around 4,5 streets away from my apartment and said they delivered! The next day, someone knocked my door and said he saw there was a package sitting in the middle of nowhere and he went to check and brought it back to me! I'm lucky this time that someone was kind to deliver my package back to me. But LaserShip, really SUCKS!

I ordered from Nike and they informed me that this company delivered our package. It was a pair of Nike shoes. They delivered the package and placed the box directly in front of the garage door. When we pulled out to leave we ran over the package. Not sure why a small shoe box package would be placed in front of the garage door instead on the front porch like all of our other packages. This delivery method makes absolutely no sense. Please use this review to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Lied about attempting to deliver my package
January 8, 2022

They made me send additional information three times. I called everyday to ensure that they had received the information, and I even offered to drive up to the warehouse myself to pick up the package. As soon as I offered to help, they created a return label and claimed it already got returned to the seller. It is a scam company, if your package gets sent to lasership beg your seller to change courier.

Asked them to hold a package due to the wrong address being submitted by accident, but they went ahead and delivered it anyways. I contacted customer service and they emailed me back that they would have to conduct an investigation into the matter and if I dont get the package within two days id have to call. Two days later I called and the first thing they say is that since the package was delivered they cant do anything. What was the point of waiting two days? What was the point of me asking them to hole a package? What did they investigate in the first place? This service is a scam...

I had a package from Nike coming thru laser ship twice in one day they said my package was attempted to deliver package was never attempted to be delivered I was sitting on the couch all day. I call customer service and they say the driver didn't have time to deliver today on their route! So why would the driver say they attempted to deliver my package. Very! Unprofessional Nike! Get it together you need to use a more reputable professional deliver company this is ridiculous

Lasership has to be the most unorganized delivering company i have ever seen. These FOOLS delivered my package to the wrong address. I had to travel to the address that they delivered my package to & that was a task by itself due to the attitude of the residents of that building. Not to mention my address was BIG AND BOLD in black so how the hell did it still end up at the wrong address. Never again with this foolish company.

80% of my merchandise I buy is from the same company we're I wait all day for my orders were I always get there's a delay with my order, honestly 1 or 2 times not most all my orders, if you can't do a Great Job don't waste people's time waiting

Why does Nordstrom use Laser ship? They SUCK. First the delivery info is never updated and secondly, they can never find my house and call me every time. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN!

Laser ship lies!

My wife has had 2 packages at laser ship since November. They say packages are late due to weather. We live 40 miles north of Diamond Dale and there hasn't been any bad weather. They say packages were delivered 12-20-2021. Another lie. Get it together people you suck!

I made my black friday order a month ago and I still don't have my package. Worst delivery service I have ever encountered. Next time I order something from a retailer, I'm going to make sure they AREN'T using Lasership.

Poorest service

I was told my item was delivered but I never received it. Both the seller Fashion Nova and lasership offered absolutely no no assistance. They keeps referring me to each other like a ball game. Absolutely disgusting how I spent two weeks s going back and forth. No resourse for my missing item.

Complete Nonsense

They're cutomer service is horrible. I have 3 packages sitting an hour away and the keep saying they need more information but I called and verified the shipping on all 3 before they even attempted the second and third. I don't think they even try because my address is not something complicated or hard to find. One of the packages I was told was lost as it's been more than a month and all of a sudden it's out for delivery but never delivered. How are these people even in business.

I waited 3 weeks for my package, no contact, they lied about not having a address. I wrote it again. I couldn't talk to a live person. I called Nike and they gave me the address. I went to the building and they could not locate the package. They told me they would contact me, no one did. I still have not gotten my package. Very upset and the item is now out of stock.

Received notification of delivery, but with cameras throughout my property, there was no type of delivery attempt anywhere near the time frame noted. Of course, there is no way to get a hold of anyone "live" at Lasership and their email system is flawed with auto generated responses and absolutely no comfort in their "investigation" of the situation. Similar feedback to so many, i honestly believe my package was lost to dishonest employees who are aware of what certain packages may contain. Mine happen to be sneakers that are only won during a launch so is rare and would be a gold mine when in their possession.

Thieves and liars - and getting away with it

Four items ordered via Amazon for Christmas presents are marked delivered today by LaserShip and yet no sign of packages nor attempt to deliver, as i have been sitting right inside my front door all day. And their response via customer service is "the tracking status must have been updated too soon - if the items don't show up in a couple days, give us a call. I have a JD, and that is called F-R-A-U-D. What is the point of tracking items at all if companies get away with updating their systems with fraudulent information?

The worst part is that their name is smeared all over the internet, yet consumers have no choice in the matter when ordering, as to what service is entrusted with their purchases. C'mon, Amazon!
