Not MY front door!

Placed an order from Kohl's, I knew I was in trouble as soon as I received the shipping notice that said being shipped via LaserShip. Package scheduled to be delivered Feb 22-25. Today is the 25th, I received an email at 4:01p.m. Saying the package was delivered "Friday, February 25,2022 at 8:18 p.m." Hmmm... guess they can tell the future...?! But I thought, who cares, at least it's been delivered - right? WRONG! Go to my front door, no package. Go to email, get tracking number, go to LaserShip website and look up tracking information. Says "Delivered, Left at Front Door". And Oh look, there's a camera icon to click on and see a picture of the package left on a porch in front of a door... A door, yes but Not MY Front Door! Where's my package LaserShip?!?

The driver NEVER enters our gated community to deliver to homes, they leave packages outside gate which is on a busy public highway. Neighbors are kind enough to bring to correct address. There is a phone with names listed for calls to residents for gate access but LS drivers don't use it! If I could give less than one star I would!

Worst delivery service

I wish that I could give less than one star. LaserShip is the WORST delivery service! How is it possible that I received a partial delivery from them not two days ago but today they're not able to delivery because, " We may need additional information to complete your delivery. Please confirm full address within 3 business days". Now the remainder of the item I purchased which, I paid for to guarantee delivery within two days, will take another three days to deliver? I would call/email them but I already know from experience they won't answer! I'll get an automatic reply saying that someone will get back to me but they never respond. Avoid LaserShip at all costs!

I received an email from Lasership yesterday regarding my package. They stated the package was delivered and if I still have not received my package in 48 hours to contact Victoria's Secret. Why would I wait 48 hours when My package was delivered to the wrong house! I responded and told them their company was a joke and they need to take responsibility for their incompetent drivers. I sent a picture of the front of my house and the picture of the front of the house they delivered my package to. I said yes my package was delivered but not TO MY HOUSE! I said if you think these 2 houses look the same you are just as incompetent as your drivers! Unbelievable with this ridiculous company!

The first issue was a delivery from petco. Received an email from Lasership saying my package was delivered. Went to look, no package. I checked the tracking and it says delivered signed for by coop. I was home all day and nobody named coop lives at my house. Contacted the company and they said they are going to investigate. I get an email saying the package was delivered. I said it might have been delivered but it wasn't delivered to me. They are absolutely no help and the only thing they want to say is the package was delivered. I contacted petco and they sent out a replacement order. Again they use lasership. Same exact thing happened except this time it was signed for by Alex. Nobody named Alex lives at my house. At this point it's ridiculous and I get a refund. A few days ago I placed an order with Victoria's Secret. I have never had an issue with not receiving packages from them. I had no idea that they use lasership. Today I get an email from lasership saying my package was delivered. I go and look and of course no package is there. I look at the tracking number in the email and they have a picture. They delivered the package but it wasn't to my house. The only positive thing is that I have proof this package was not delivered to my home. I sent an email to lasership and got the same generic bullshit response that I got last time, they were going to investigate it. I contacted Victoria's Secret and they are shipping a new order out. I asked them please do not use lasership as this is the third time I have had an issue with this company not delivering my packages.

Worst delivery

Haven't even gotten my delivery yet! Was supposed to be delivered over a week ago. I have contacted them THREE times and each time they "put it on priority." And say it should be here in 1 to 2 business days. They needed "extra info to deliver package? Why? I live in a neighborhood no gates, paved roads and driveway. Just your average driveway… they said my house wasn't easy to access? Sounds lazy to me. Worst worst experience with shipping I've ever dealt with.

My favorite subscription site Fab Fit Fun insist on using lasership. Three of my boxes have beed stolen because lasership has not followed my delivery request. I sign up for text and send multiple messages to lasership once FFF indicates they have my package. The text notifications of delivery come hours after it is marked for delivery on their site. I indicate eEVERY time NOT to leave my package at the side door. I have only received my packages on occasion because I stand at the door or in my car and watch the box placed on my step and bell is never rung. Please if you are a business end your contract with this service. If you are an individual request the company sending your product drop them as well.

I order regularly from Amazon, and the only missed deliveries are those shipped with Lasership. They say they attempted, but access was blocked or some other BS excuse.

Awful Service

I received two delivery dates which is a huge red flag. Good thing for cameras which showed no one stepped foot on my porch or delivered anything to my home 24 hours before AND after the said delivery date. I completed the required form to have my undelivered package investigated. Well, their investigation consisted of "our records indicate the package was delivered." Really? How did you figure that outm awful. Not sure how they even got 1 stars. Awful.

After 11 days of straggling to receive my package, I gave up and asked to return it to the sender.
I have no words to explain how bad they are - every day I need to call and supply 'additional information' for the delivery... every single day for 11 days... and I never received my package...
Customer service is actually worthless - they just will read what you could find on their website for your order status and basically do nothing else.
Nordstrom Rack was using them for their deliveries... the final result - I just stopped ordering from Nordstrom Rack, because I don't have the time and nerves to deal with the shiping with Laser Ship...

Theft of products
February 15, 2022

Twice in the last 2 months Lasership told me they made deliveries signed by someone whom does not work in my building(I live in a 24 hour doorman building) and refused to accept responsibility. They are either completely incompetent or they are stealing products. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

MAKE IT MAKE SENSE?

I've never even heard of laser ship more like Lazy Ship. Why is my package still sitting in the warehouse and I updated what was asked of me 3 days ago. Ship my package to my updated address. Why do I have to call back and ask when my package will arrive? FED EX, DHL, US POSTAL SERVICE AND UPS WOULD NEVER.

Lasership marked my amazon package as delivered and it was never delivered. I have a diaper subscription and they marked my package as delivered which was a total lie! They steal packages and dont upload photos for proof. Amazon needs to hold leadership accountable for lost packages because its my word against theirs. I was told to wait 3-4 days to call back for a replacement and or refund. So basically im supposed to wait longer for my supposedly "delivered" package to show up at my door until then I have no other options. I just signed up for the subscription delivery service. Whats the point if im not getting my diapers on time. Nice to have this Job to steal peoples packages

If anything, LaserShip is consistent. Consistent meaning that your package will absolutely not make it to you. Literally every single time LaserShip has been responsible for my package, it is "attempted" to deliver, then never seen again.

This last situation is an order from Fanatics. For some reason one piece of my order was sent from LaserShip and the rest from FedEx (Why did you do this to me Fanatics?!?!). The FedEx package arrived on time with no issue, as expected from a legitimate package carrier. As for the LaserShip package, who knows where the delivery driver went but not my house, because I received an email that it was attempted but they were nowhere to be found - I was literally sitting in living room right next to the front door when I got this email that the package was "attempted". So that was a lie.

So here I am again, as with every other LaserShip order, on the phone with the merchant having them make up for your incompetence by overnighting me the package via FEDEX. The best part? This is a limited item for the Super Bowl this weekend. It won't be made again. My team is in the Super Bowl for the first time in my life and LaserShip decided to ruin that for me.

Edit: Spoke with a friend who also ordered things for this weekend from Fanatics. They were shipped via LaserShip. Can you guess if he received his package? He did not. "Delayed" without an attempt to deliver.

Unable to locate package! Really?

Just about every time I make a purchase at Nike.com and they choose to ship item with Lasership, it reaches their warehouse in Meriden, CT then they're unable to locate package. It's not only with Nike, I've had this issue with other online retailers who chose to ship with Lasership. I don't get or miss out on my product but at least I get a full refund or the company ships using another reputable shipping agency.
Dealing with Lasership is a real inconvenience!

Terrible company/ beware

This company lies about shipping your product, delivers to the wrong address, and is very inappropriate. A package was delivered once and the driver pulled into my driveway with crooked LaserShip magnet on the door, blasting music, and sagging pants. If you see a company uses LaserShip do yourself the favor and cancel the order. Childrens place refused to give my husband a refund and in fact LaserShip uploaded a picture of the package being delivered and in the picture it was a completely different address than ours on the door. Another time I had to receive refunds from old navy, gap, fashion nova, macys due to never receiving. I initially waited 2-3 weeks and contact the merchant for the refund. Then 5 months later the package would be stuffed into our mailbox. This company sucks and I feel bad for other companies having to lose money fooling with LaserShip

I ordered products through Reebok and sent by this carrier. First attempt, recieved email and picture of delivery, rush home, no package. I have never had a package stolen previously. Contact Reebok and they graciously sent out another package after they told me they have received similar complaints about theft with this carrier. Package is now scheduled to be delivered on a Saturday which is perfect because I can assure I will be home to recieve it directly. I check the tracking updates all week and everything is planned for Saturday. Perfect I tell myself. Up untill Friday morning when I get an email reporting the package has been delivered. I rush home again, no package. Two packages from the same carrier have been stolen when I previously have not had a single package stolen at this address in the past six years. Maybe I am unlucky. However I did receive other packages from other carries during that same time frame that somehow arrived unscathed despite my unfortunate luck. I was shocked when I searched up this brand name and discovered literally thousands of reviews describing my exact experience. This is in fact the first time I have ever written a review on a product or service, that is how ridiculous it is to me that a company like this still continues to operate in this manner.

First off I received an text from them as if I was supposed to know the company I ordered from used them! The text says unable to deliver... HOW SWAY?! UPS and FedX never have this issue! Then it says confirm my address. How am I supposed to know what address you have if its not listed on the text you sent. Unfortunately, my son now will not have his birthday gift in time for his party... thanks a lot

They lost our 1st order and told US to contact the merchant. The 2nd item said that it would arrive a week ago but it's still showing that it's in there facility in Grove, OH... Why are companies using this garbage shipping service in the 1st place.
