Again, another order from Amazon that was "delivered" but seemed to disappear as soon as I went to get it. This has happened several times now. While other Amazon shippers sometimes experience delays or even report that an item was lost in transit, LaserShip is the only one I have experienced that says something was delivered when in fact it was not. Amazon should allow members the opportunity to rate not just the product, but the shipping company as well.

My Order NO. GSUNN*******HP1S. Tracking NO. 1LSCZ5A000Q1KWE. I was tracking my package on the Lasership website. I checked my package several times in the front door and a mailroom, but my package wasn't there after 1.00 to 9.50 PM. I looked for my package delivery all day on 3/23/2021. On the lasership website, it was shown that my package is on transit and not for delivery on 03/23/2022. Then, on the Lasership website, I was required to notify me by phone and no one notified me about the package delivery. Next morning, I checked the Lasership website and It shows that the package was delivered at 8 PM on 03/23/2022. But, the package was never delivered. I contacted Lasership customer service and opened an investigation. I never received my package because it was a fraud. I contacted Lasership customer service several times on 03/24/2022 to 3/26/2022. Lasership case number: *******. Customer service representatives told me that the package was never delivered and still in transit. Please resolve these problems. I am very disappointed. Thanks

SCAM! I'm wondering what LaserShip delivery people are doing with all this supposedly delivered packages. They mark them as delivered/left at the front door(on the street). If you try to contact them to let them know, you are encouraged to call your shipper immediately. What shipper has to do with the package that was lost/stolen by LaserShip?

The people who work for this company are either morons or scammers. My package was delivered to the wrong house and this company did absolutely nothing to help. Its not hard to ship a package to the right house. Even a child could do it.

I kept receiving we are unable to deliver your package on days that I am home working from home with a camera system to see no one deliver a package for me to report it to be told another delivery will be made. This IV of or one whole week. Then I received an email it was delivered and left with person with my initials ( the initial on the package duh it's my name that was an easy one) but the signature was not my signature or anyone in my household not did my camera show a delivery for that day other than the mail woman. I contacted Lasership at 9:33p to be told they can not assist they close at 10:00p. I filed a report on Sunday the day the package was "delivered " and then was told on Tuesday I made my request to late for it to be investigated. So I have to contact the company I placed the order with. I informed the company I placed the order with to make a note to not ever use laser ship when delivering my package they can not guarantee but will make a note. I am not sure if the workers are lazy, thieves or illiterate. But this is ridiculous. I feel so bad to say that but I just don't understand the unprofessionalism of the company.

This is my first and hopefully last dealing with these low lives. Laser$#*! said they attempted delivery but they didn't. Everyone was home and nothing on the ring doorbell. Now they say package will be redelivered in 2 business days. What a scam.

I placed an order at Macys.com on 3/11 and got a text that package was to be delivered 3/16. Got nothing for 2 days and on 3/18 got an email saying my package was delivered and was at the front door. I checked both porches, steps, driveway and there was no package. Checked all over the neighborhood, nothing. I'm confident nobody was here, the door was open and I would've heard them. I contacted Lasership who sent a canned email saying they will investigate. 2 days later got another email from them saying they completed their investigation, package was delivered and I should contact seller which I did. Macy's is going to do their own investigation and reship the item. I begged them not to send it Lasership again. If I could give LaserShip less than one star I would. This is the worst delivery service I've ever experienced and I will report them to the BBB and the state Attorney General's office.

I absolutely love lasership they are better than ups fed x and any other! I have never had a problem they put my items exactly where requested and I hope they pick up more deliveries! Companies NEED TO CONTRACT lasership! The best in my online shopping experience.

Package not delivered

I never recieved my package and they told me there was nothing they could do because the driver said he delivered it. 2nd I couldn't get a person who spoke English not even the manager. 3rd I was told maybe a passer by stole it hmmm if it was delivered to the "correct" address they would know I live in the middle of a 300 acre farm no way someone off the street stole it.

The delivery drivers run over the lawn, tromp through mulch beds, throw boxed packages against the front glass storm door, etc. etc. Completely lazy low lifes deliver for this company. There vehicles are missing fenders, etc. How is this co. In business.
At least 4 incidents with these guys and I am not a picky person. Never in my life seen lazier people.

Called today to check on my shoes that was suppose to be delivered Friday. Got a call back 30 mins later saying my package was lost smh now the shoes out of stock. Nike need to remove this company as a carrier.

Everytime a merchant ships through LaserShip with my orders/purchases, the deliveries are ALWAYS delayed. The tracking information will indicate out for delivery, then 12 hours later, it will indicate deliviery exception, delayed. This will go on for a couple of days. When the package is delivered, they do not have the courtesy to ring the door bell, knock on door, or text to indicate your package has arrived. Worse yet, they just throw the package anywhere in the vicinity of the porch. They have come in an unidentified car, a minivan with a person that has no uniform or identification that represents the company, my the time they have delivered some of my packages, the packaging was damaged. Most of the time, I am home when they deliver, but there is no notification. When I contacted the merchant, they read to me the same tracking information that I had read, otherwise, I had to wait 10 business days before they would proceed to cancel or refund. I did not want either; I just wanted my packages. A simple phone call would have sufficed since they are a contracted delivery service. So the question becomes, who do I take issue with - the vendor (for utilizing a company with poor service and horrible customer reviews) and/or LaserShip (for their poor service)?.

Horribly

Delivery service is awful. They did not follow my instructions for the delivery of my package, which has now been shipped back to the seller. I cant believe the company I purchased from really use this place for their delivery service. Well I won't be ordering from that company knowing they use Lasership. My suggestion to them is get people that want to work.

Got a notification that my package was delivered my package from Nordstrom on 3/6/2022 at 8:30 pm. Was home all day, nobody came to my home and I have cameras. They are liars and thieves. Now I am out of $400 on a package I never received.

They are liars and will steal your shipments!

I was waiting for a delivery which consisted 2 packages, mind you only 1 came. The driver had the nerve to take a pic of the same package for both deliveries. Well both were marked as if they were delivered at the same time but it's only 1 package in the pic, GOTCHA! 2nd time package missing. They are the bootleg, low budget delivery service. I remember Victoria Secrer only used FedEx but I guess everybody is cutting corners. NOT GOOD AT ALL! The 1 star was for their timing is good they do delivery packages quick but that's about it. I have a sign on my door saying to please knock for packages for me and they NEVER knock. Knock amd drop it. I don't expect you to knock and wait for me to come down but at least knock on the door. The drivers are definitely STEALING, no doubt! The pic is both deliveries of the same package. One was supposed to be huge with 8 items the other only had 1 small box in it.

I purchased my items from a website and got an email that the items would be delivered from Lasership.
The next morning I had those items delivered at my door step.
This is the fastest I have received a package.
Even Amazon takes 2 days to deliver packages.
I am very happy with this service.

These guys delivery two times for mee which bothe times I had express shipping first week they could be able to deliver my package on time, second week they lefte with a straight while I was at work.

Both times I called customer service and I left NOTE where they going to drop the package, also I request to speak with a Manager or Supervisor they denied my request they told me the wait time is two hours I called them they never showed up on the phonee…

WORST CARRIERS EVER

They hire THIEVES, I've had 3 packages dissappear. 2 scanned at their warehouse and vanished w no further scans and another they claimed delivered to my front door. I HAVE CAMERAS ALL OVER MY PROPERTY AND NO ONE EVER CAME TO HOUSE.

For starters I don't want to give them the one star I did. But I had to rate them something in order to leave a review and WARNING... First and foremost this so called "shipping company " is the biggest joke ever. My package was not delivered at the estimated date or any other date for that matter., but was stolen from an employee of there's. They did absolutely nothing for my compensation because of there Era and gave me nothing but a hard time. I personally can't believe that nike, is dealing with such a low rate, second hand, maybe 3rd or 4th, he'll maybe 5th, grate company. Come on NIKE you knew better.
