Had another package mysteriously disappear when being delivered by LaserShip. I'm now convinced they are being stolen by workers - it just happens too much and with different shippers. They need to be investigated for theft. I've had it and refuse to use any sellers where I know they use LaserShip. Companies using LaserShip beware. Consumers will take their business elsewhere if there is no confidence that what we bought will ever be received.

They don't care about your packages. I have received 1 of the 8 packages they have delivered from Old Navy, ONE. They deliver to the wrong address every single time. They throw it on the ground in the rain. When your package is lost They tell you to call the seller. Ive told them repeatedly the gate they leave it at is not mine. Please stop using this company and put them out of business.

They delivered to the wrong address and will not assume responsibility! The picture of where the package was left is our house number, but obviously not the right house and not the right street. Unbelievable! We have never had any issues with FedEx, UPS or USPS finding the right address.

Lasership is the worst! If I could give them negative stars, I would. They left a package outside in the pouring rain, in front of the garage. Of course, they said it was at the front door, which is covered. Clothes were damp, because the rain went right through the cardboard box. There was no reason to not put the box at the covered front door, other than laziness.

Package Stolen?

I HATE lasership. If know beforehand a company will use them to deliver my package I CANCEL. Most recently I ordered from bath & body works on 4/24/22 and supposedly lasership on 4/27/22 marked my packed as delivered@6:18p. Keep in mind there are signs everywhere "no deliveries to be made unless it is to the office" (which closes at 5pm PLUS there are working cameras at that entrance!) There's no entry into my building without a key at all. Additionally, I was home that entire day. No one rang the buzzer or anything. I got the notification from the Shop app that my package was delivered and immediately went to look. It wasn't at the main entrance, the office, not my door. I tried to call Lasership and was given only an option to call the seller immediately. That following day after reviewing the camera no one attempted. I had to wait 3 days to report lasership lied about the delivery and now have to wait an additional 4-5 days for redelivery (which I'm grateful for). Bottom line, there's never any negative recourse for this $#*!ty company and its even shadier drivers. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will NEVER use again.

LASERSHIP did not deliver my package, it's hard to lie when you have cameras all around your house and would record anyone who stepped foot on the property. DO BETTER LASERSHIP. I'm sure the delivery driver is out selling my items already. I woulllld submit a picture but I have…NOTHING

Absolutely awful

I ordered a multitude of things from a seller that I usually trust. However, on this occasion I do not think I will be purchasing from them again using this shipping service. They did not ever give me a tracking number for my package and I never received it. Since it is claiming it had been "delivered" I will also not receive a refund for my purchase. So I am out of money and the time I have spent dealing with this. Who ever owns this company owes a lot of people money, including me. I am not okay with this and hope this company gets shut down soon.

Horrible

I wouldn't even leave a one star but I had to in order to write a review I have no clue as to how this place is still in business whenever I order from Bath and body Works they go through this horrible company yet again my package was delivered to the wrong house last time my package that was worth over $200 was left sitting on the side of a very busy road this company and the people that work for it suck

The fact that their most popular asked question on their website is "What do I do if my package is marked delivered but I can't find it?" tells you ALL you need to know about these people at Lasership. Its just ridiculous. How come they are gonna say they left my package "at the front door" of an entire apartment complex. Just doesn't make any sense.

Very simply, in 2 words…. They SUCK!

And beware - Warby Parker now uses them and will no doubt lose customers because of their poor corporate decision choosing this loser of a company! They claim to have attempted delivery but did not and won't attempt another in the same day!
RUN, don't walk from this unknown, unreliable company!

I really don't know how they can stay in business. I received a message that the delivery was made at my front door in while I was outside the whole time and no delivery with ever made although I received the message that it was.

Recently we had an order from Macys which apparently they gave to LaserShip rather than UPS or USPS.

LaserShip notified item was delivered at front door on 04/08/2022 at 4:30 PM.

The item was NEVER delivered to us. We live in a single detached home.

We actually were mowing the back and front lawn from 4:00 PM to nearly 5:00PM.
Next, with a spreader we applied a granular bug killer to front and back lawn.
Next, we applied Scotts Turfbuilder to front and back lawn. We finshed around 5:30PM

So we were outside on the front lawn 3 times during this period of time. No delivery.
I called Saturday, but only automated response.
I sent detailed emails.
They kept replying "we investigated and delivery was made".

On Monday I was able to speak to a live person.
I asked if they took photo images of delivery.
She replied if not signature, then we take photo image.
I asked if they took photo image of our house.
She replied there is no photo image.
I asked if there were problems along our route with other deliveries.
She replied there were.

So, our package either delivered elsewhere, or not delivered due to overwork or not delivered and driver kept. There is no other explanation.

So who is responsible? They said ask Macy to send another same item.

So tracking is wrongly marked delivered and Macy (or possibly us) have lost money.
Meanwhile, LaserShip got paid for NON-DELIVERY.

UNABLE TO DELIVER
April 8, 2022

Lasership's tactics are very SLICK! I just had an order "cancelled"
Due to "UNABLE TO MAKE DELIVERY" crap! They will act like they can't get to your apartment due to "gate" or "gate code" which, I'm in an brand new complex with has no gate or code needed! Just obviously hiring felons, and straight criminals. I'm calling, the news because I was here all day on day of delivery. Even asked in message for a text when arriving. NOTHING! They canceled my order because they again were, "unable to deliver". Yea right, stealing is more like it! I'm furious!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Tracking said they needed additional information to complete your delivery. Please confirm full address within 3 business days which is absurd considering they've delivered to me before and my full address has been confirmed. Have not heard back from customer service and have no idea if or when I will get my package

The package was marked delivered and it was not delivered. LaserShip is placing the package under investigation. I called the merchant that uses LaserShip and was told that this happens and to wait two days to see if package arrives. Does this happen with FedEx or UPS? No! It does not.

I bought from Forever 21 a few times, and twice they used Lasership to send my items. Once, two packages arrived with one box open with items removed and the second retaped insecurely. The second delivery date was changed 3 times; then on the date anticipated delivery-- they reported the packages as delivered-- on the previous day. Customer Service at Forever 21 was courteous yet referred me to the delivery company, Lasership; but they were no help at all. They could not provide any proof of delivery, no picture confirming delivery, only that the driver reported dropping it off. We live in a gated community with security cameras. Besides this, other delivery companies like UPS, FedEx, Amazon, Uber Eats, Dominoes, and USPS all get their packages though but LaserShip doesn't deliver-- or delivers poorly.
We were home all week, they never delivered, did not provide proof of delivery because they couldn't; and they didn't take accountability for their error. Only referred me back to the vendor I paid the money to--and lost. This is bad business practice and I am thoroughly disappointed in LaserShip.

Unfortunately I have to give a very bad review to this carrier since they wrote in the system delivered my items bought at Gymboree but never got it. I Can prove through the "ring" recording. Called Gymboree and this carrier and looked like a ping-pong ball. Gymboree said that they needed to change the items status from delivered to lost and until now( 2 weeks passed by and many calls and promises done) is still the same. Disgusting way to treat an indirect client, because Gymboree should be more responsible and talk to their carrier instead of asking me to deal with it. Very sad from both enterprises. Awful service! Had to call the bank to deal with it. Shame on their professionalism and values.

Can never find the right address

Only twice have I had to deal with this company. Both times the packages either ended up at the wrong address or lost.

One of those two times I was able to locate the package on my own on a local community Facebook group. It was delivered to a house on the other side of town, street name and house number was completely different then my apartment's address.

Second time was told it was delivered and left at my front door. Again, I live in an apartment complex on the 3rd floor, all packages go to the mail room. I even put that in the delivery instructions. Sent their customer service a message and was told I'd hear back from them in 3 days.

I will not order from a company that uses LaserShip.
