Literally NEVER on time. If a company uses lasership just don't order from that company. They never know what's going on.

Never received notification my package was delivered. Here it is Saturday and I look up the tracking number because I'm curious. You can guess my surprise when I saw that LaserShip is claiming that not only was my package delivered, but delivered THREE DAYS ago on Wednesday. Huh. Is that so? I live in an apartment complex that has been extremely good about keeping track of packages, so it was a shock that I couldn't find one since I havent had a single issue before now. I checked our Amazon Hub (it's a building so a lot of times other deliveries will be left in there for safekeeping), but nothing. I checked all around my building, the neighboring building, nothing. Checked the mail area, nothing. Go to my leasing office md talk to the office workers because LaserShip said it was delivered to a "Lobby" (we don't have a lobby), and nothing. I posted about it on our inter-apartment message board, but after Googling LaserShip and seeing all the terrible reviews and amount of times they lie that something has been "delivered" when it hasn't, I highly doubt I am ever going to see my package. I've already placed a complaint/opened a ticket with LaserShip, but they said they're "receiving a high volume of requests" (gee, I wonder why?) so I doubt I'll hear from their customer service either. Lesson learned: avoid LaserShip - and any companies that use their shipping service - like the Plague. Just not worth the hassle.

I never had anything stolen off my porch I ordered through forever 21package says delivered but I never received it and when you call them about the issue they say contact the seller they probably stealing packages! Update spoke to a lady at lasership she gave me the address where they dropped off my package I asked the person they said they never got it. So now I have to call the lady I spoke with at lasership tomorrow because she was tired today at 1pm

I don't understand why any big company uses lasership anymore! I have never had a good interaction with them. If the package ever even arrives it usually ends up tore up. That's if you're lucky to get it at all. Then when it doesn't show they just play the blame game and never actually help you.

I haven't ever received a single package meant to be delivered by this company and their customer service is either a joke or it really is THAT unhelpful.

Last time both of my packages delivered by them were opened. This time it marks as "delivered", but package is not delivered!

Ordered something from a retailer. They chose Lasership to deliver. Lasership claims to have delivered my package--to "Jimmy" at desk. I live in a singe-family home. No apartment buildings on my street. How do you get it so wrong?

I was expecting to receive my package, ended up not coming... or so I thought. I looked around the entirety of my house before finding it between my car and my mother's car in front of the garage. For context, you pass our front door before our driveway... and you also see our backdoor before anything if you decide to drive in our driveway (why you'd want to come that far into someone's yard is beyond me)...

So needless to say... this shipping company is careless with folks' packages and the fact that companies feel compelled to connect and work with this team is beyond me.

I have had 6 packages lost with lasership. That is every package that have been sent to me by various companies through them. Lasership marks these as delivered when they are not. I now log on immediately when i see its them shipping and give very thorough instructions to try and get my package. They do not look at these instructions and they refuse to mark something as lost they just pretend its been delivered. I think the company is awful and i don't recommend anyone ship with them. I think the only reason they are in business is because they are essentially lying to the shipper claiming things are delivered when they are not.

Lasership takes no accountability for customers not receiving thier items (packages)... Lasership, directs customers back to the seller as if it were the sellers problem for Lasership not properly handling delivery services after a detailing delivery with instructions and information to them!... It's the 2nd time in a row, they won't deliver my package! They never have proper answers other than "our records indicate your package was delivered" They suck and consumers and sellers need to stop using this Lasership crap of a bogus company!

Thy got my package it was to be delivered today now they said they didn't know when there going to deliver it

One of their curriers with their logo attached to his navy blue caravan in Hanover Ma at 4:15pm 5/17/22 at the intersection of Rockland St (Rt 139) & Circuit St threw a soda bottle at my car because he was trying to beat a red light. Then he ran the red light. Not only is he a maniac driver he's stupid.

If I had not checked the status of my package I would never have know =n they "attempted" delivery. There was no phone call nor email. My package has still not been received. Dreadful service.

This is the worst shipping/delivery company on the planet. I stopped ordering from Carter's because I learned they always use Lasership. Now, I have to stop ordering from Macy's because they now use Lasership. On the 3 occasions my packages are delivered with Lasership, they have been lost. Their customer service assumes you're lying when you call for assistance. You wouldn't believe the headache I had to go through to look for my package. It was never found and Lasership did nothing. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Companies, please do not use Lasership.

I have ordered from Free People twice. I love their clothes, however, they use Lasership delivery service. Every time, it says Out for Delivery, then it doesn't get delivered and I get a message that it can't be delivered until I provide an address. Is this even for real?! How inept of a company are you that 1) you have poor experience drivers or 2) poor quality control that you can fix this issue. FreePeople need to cancel their contract with Lasership and look at other options.

They are very unprofessional! This guy pulled in my driveway and threw my package! Very inappropriate and just rude of him

I'd give it 0 stars, actually... no attempt to even provide the service. Ordered a clipper from SkullShaver, they said they sent it but at this point, who knows? But Lasership is just pitiful. Tell your shipper NOT to use them.

Chat with an agent this afternoon 5/7/22 regarding my package supposed to arrived today. The tracking # on seller website shows "arrived at the United States local facility", when their website shows nothing. I brought it up to Rahulkumar, he looked it up and said they haven't received my package and asked me contact seller then ENDED the chat on me. HOW RUDE is that when I'm the customer here seeking for help. If you dont have the patience then dont work at such a job, go find something else!
