Kohls has the worst "customer service" I have EVER seen. I placed an order on Kohls.com as a gift to be delivered directly to the person. When I went to change the delivery address it seems I changed the billing address in error. At that point the order should have been denied how can I change both the name and address on my account that easy? So unfortunately, I didn't realize until after the products shipped. The delivery date on the UPS track and confirm was 5 days later so there should have been enough time to redirect the package. I called Kohls and was told that they had made the error they would call to correct it but since I was the one who made the error they won't do anything. I said to the representative "So you have the ability to fix this error but since it was my error and not yours you will do nothing to help me! I've never had a problem with Kohls and if u go around the sales before and after the holidays u can get some great deals!
I love shopping at Kohls. They have great prices and many items to choose from. Their staff is wonderful and willing to assist at anytime.
Kohls has great customer service just not enough people to give it. It's hard to find someone to help.
I will start with stating I have been a Kohl's charge customer for over 20 years and have excellent credit. I was last in the store on 6/30/21 and made a purchase on my Kohl's card. Today I received a credit alert notification that the account was closed. I called Kohl's customer service and encountered several representatives who I could not understand and was transferred to April ID#5631 who is a supervisor in the US. She insisted that the account was closed by the credit bureaus and I should contact them and provided their numbers. Clearly, she needs some training and to learn that credit bureaus manage information, they do not close accounts. Call #2 was again to Kohl's customer service who also who had no idea and then Ken ID#6881 explained that I had not used the card for 2 yrs and it happened to have "automatically closed" on the same day I'd used the card. There is no way to restore it, but since I don't need the card and don't need to shop at Kohl's especially after today's events, its not an issue and won't even affect my credit. But seems to me since their own employees are working from home due to COVID-19 they wouldn't close customer accounts for those not out shopping. KOHL'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST.
We ordered a water filtering device from Kohls and received it quickly and at a better price than we found anywhere else.
Narrow shopping aisles & lack of cashiers. I can't overlook Kohl's politics & canceling My Pillow. Kohl's no longer has my business!

Shopped online for my kids school clothes and spent $49.32 after coupons codes. The Kohl's website says as long as you are within $3 of the amount required for the Kohl's cash incentive, customer will still get the Kohls cash. When I asked online customer service I was told I didn't get it because I did not earn it with my purchases. So I checked the help menu on Kohls site and it told me the same thing about as long as I'm within the $3 limit I should have gotten my reward for purchase. So again I got ahold of online customer service and asked for my Kohls cash again. This time I was told that no I still didn't earn it with my purchase even tho I mentioned the within the $3 limit part, this time I was told that they don't know where I saw that but it was not on a kohls website because they do not do that but if I still felt like I was owed then they would put a 10% discount on my account for my next order. I got frustrated and told them they were acting as if I was trying to scam them or something and I wanted to speak with a manager. I was emailed back by someone else who was a manager and that person was even worse the other people I tried to get to correct the situation prior. Finally I had enough of the online reps being rude and disrespectful and called customer service. The phone representative was so much better very polite and helpful. He gave me a $20 credit to my account and a 15% discount with next purchase. Unfortunately after I had so much problems with the online site that it has made me not even want to take my business to their store anymore. I loved this store before this happened. It was unfortunately a very frustrating experience and the people treating customers that way online or other wise is extremely bad for any business. One rep I could have dealt with but in all there was 4 extremely rude and unprofessional employees I had to deal with before the phone rep who resolved the problem. He also said he would send it to his boss with a priority message about what had happened because that is not how they are trained or allowed to treat customers by policy. Phone rep was great tho but online service needs better monitoring and management.
Over the last 10 years the quality of clothing has declined to 3rd world country quality. Refuse to shop there anymore.
I love kohls! They always have great deals on everything in their stores and online is no different.

Kohl's has some great bargains of brandnames. Con: They don't have the biggest selection in Merchandise.

Maid payment 10 days before due date. Got late fee & interest. They refuse to remove. Done with Kohls.
Im really disappointment and frustration with the issues I have experienced with the Kohl's Cash reward program. On two separate occasions, I have lost my Kohl's Cash balance without any record of use, which has resulted in a significant loss of value for my purchases.
The first instance occurred when my reward balance totaled 250 Kohl's Cash. Upon checking my app, I found that the balance had disappeared. After contacting customer service, I was told that the Kohl's Cash had been used on a previous purchase, even though I had no record of such a transaction. While I was eventually refunded, I should not have had to go through the process of disputing the use of funds in the first place.
My second loss occurred more recently when my Kohl's Cash balance was 280. The reward disappeared on Sunday, and I immediately reached out to customer service, but unfortunately, no one was available to assist me. This left me feeling defrauded, and I have since had to spend my time trying to figure out how to resolve this issue. Upon researching, I discovered that many others have experienced similar problems with the Kohl's Cash reward program.
I believe that Kohl's security system needs to take drastic action to combat fraudulent usage of the Kohl's Cash reward program. It is unacceptable that loyal customers like me have to endure these problems without any clear solution. I strongly feel that this situation is beyond disappointing, it is unacceptable.
KOHLS need to improve the tracking system and security features surrounding the Kohl's Cash rewards program, as it has left me and other customers feeling defrauded. I contacted them few times. They told me they issued the first Kohl cash lost, they couldn't issue the second time but I never touch them. My case is never got resolved

Unfortunately, I have gained ALOT of weight this last 15 months and had to shop to buy bigger jeans and tops. I went to a couple well-known retail department stores, only to find that the jeans were arranged by Brand, and thus were scattered ALL OVER THE STORES! I'm disabled, so this was tough on me, and I never found one pair that fit. I then got a coupon to Kohls, a store close to my home that also has a website. I easily purchased 4 pairs of jeans and 4 tops for an unbelievably low price! Plus I got Kohl's dollars to use for this month. And now that I know the sizes that fit me from my store purchases, I can look online to buy the same brand clothes that may not be available anymore at the store. KOHL'S WAS SUCH A BARGAIN FOR CLOTHES I LIKED, in addition to all the coupons and benefits. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that some things I needed were not available. For example, as hard as I looked, I could not find tights. The purses were mainly not leather, and the shoe selection wasn't great. But for jeans and tops, Kohl's was wonderful!
Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
