I have ongoing issues with my cable box. It constantly scrambles the picture and tone. When I call in, it takes a long time to trouble shoot. I have to climb up to unplug the box each time for them to reboot. I was told it happens a lot if the boxes are getting updated. It's very disruptive to my day and very time- consuming. This is by far the worst service I ever received, and I lived in NM, VA and FL. Then they give you a lousy refund of maybe 3$ I pay almost 200$ month, this is so unacceptable. They do not take care of their customers, only interested in collecting money. Some are outright rude! I spoke today to tech support, the lady was friendly and promised me to warm transfer to billing, which she DIDN'T! She cold transferred me to billing. I explained having issues since 3 days, she just gave me 3$ discount. Then I asked for the corporate mailing, phone or email and the rep told me, that's not available. You got to be kidding me. I wanted to write a formal letter of complaint for the disruptive service. The Spectrum operator # was 1069. I also asked for the name to be changed to my name only, instead my son and I, and I wanted them to add my phone #, of course this wasn't taken care of either. I'm so annoyed with Spectrum, who clearly don't care about their customers. I'm looking into Frontier and Hughes net as well as satellite TV at this point. They don't take accountability, just money from the customer. 1 time 3$ off almost 200$ per months bill? What a joke. Also considering filing with the BBB.


I need an answer. I put a dispute and never got an answer. Order #: *******1823239, I been in my inbox since 5/19/18 and no reply. Ripoff!
I opened a dispute on 5/19/18 and nobody either from the sexy beach store, nor Ali express, ever even bothered to even respond! I'm a frequent shopper and thought to give Ali Express a try. First order for some flip flops was great without a glitch. That's why I started trusting them and placed my 2nd order: *******1823239. Tracking # **************390 19 Big mistake, it was broken up in 3 packages, only received 1 and it's not even close to how it's described. It states material is solid, however is completely see through, I cannot do anything with that bikini, it is NOTHING how it's described. Very cheaply made with the worst stitching I have seen. Again I'm a frequent shopper and know what I'm talking about. I wish I haven't placed my 2nd order. They are not very smart either, cause now they lost a good customer, who could be a lifetime customer. I rather stick with Trendsgal and even SammyDress is better than Ali Express. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They flat out ignore my inquiries. I even attached pics. My next step will be Federal Trade Commision to save others from this rip off company, who don't even bother to at least reply to their customers. I suppose to get a message from Kira an with the sexy beach store and then Ali Express since they brag about their buyer protection, which is one big lie, just to get customers to buy from then. This is a breach and very desceptive. How can they be in business and allow to sell on the internet. Maybe I need to do some research and also report them to the internet Fraud division.


Please pay attention to the reviews, I would have ordered, but after reading the reviews on their site, it was crystal clear to me, they are writing their own reviews. Question: is that even legal? This should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission, plus Facebook. Beware these people write their own positive reviews. Exact same answer and wording with different names under different products. Where is the consumer protection agency? That is fraud...


One of the best customer service I ever experienced. Makes you feel valuable as a customer. I got drink coupons, just wish they wouldn't expire ever. Love this airline

I love Priceline, but lately it's a little slacking. As I noticed when you bid, you got to bid much more than just maybe 2 years ago. Big inflation on the prices. Pro: got some good deal before and easy to use. Con: cannot cancel and won't know the name til purchased if go through Express deals or bidding site. Hotels gotten progressively more expensive.


This is my favorite airline. The seats are comfortable and I absolutely love the blue chips! The 5 stars are for the blue chips. Con: it got a little more expensive and they don't really include any baggage in the bare fare any longer.


Spg member. This is my favorite rewards hotel program. I'm just extremely disappointed that Marriott has bought the SPG, and Sheraton hotels. Sheraton out of all hotels I ever been to, makes me most valued as a guest. Sheraton has much greater customer service than Marriott. Marriott can't even come close. I probably will use this brand less once Marriott completely takes over as they are not as caring as Sheraton for ex. I'm so disappointed. Also the points are more generous with Sheraton as they are with Marriott. I'm a world traveler and participate with both of their hotel rewards program and I stayed at their hotels. The only reason I give 5 star right now, is because the transfer is not yet completed. I think they anticipate in October 2017...


Their strength is probably their rental car service. You can find some great deals with Orbitz. However it appears that Orbitz/Expedia/Kayak/Travelocity have the exact same hotel prices. It's not really a bargain.


Kohl's has some great bargains of brandnames. Con: They don't have the biggest selection in Merchandise.


Compare to other travel sites, this site is quite expensive. I'm a world traveler and use different online travel sites. This is not the best site for bargain hunters. And their e-mails are very intrusive.


Not liking the Marriott customer service. SPG, like Sheraton for ex., makes you feel more appreciated as a customer. For ex. They put you on a SPG floor. Marriott doesn't really do that and their rewards program is not as generous as SPG. Sheraton makes the customer feels like a king, as they even would give you a complimentary upgrade just for being a SPG mbr. I'm so afraid now that Marriott took over SPG, meaning I probably have to get used to the underwhelming customer service from Marriott vs.the Superior customer service from SPG...


Very long time for some of the items to arrive. The shipping/items are broken up. Order # **************030, never made it here yet. And the worst part, if I can at least sign in to view the status, but I can't. All I see 2 Items were shipped, but the 3rd item with above order# is not to be found. When I click in the order details, it keeps kicking me out to the start page, unable to view the order status or details. Order placed on 2/23/17 and it suppose to arrive between 3/10/17 and 4/10/17. Very bad delay. I'm not happy at all. This is the 3rd time I tried them. Very first time. I bought a Kindle for my son and it immediately broke on the 2nd day. I contacted Amazon and never got a refund. Don't ever purchase any big ticket items or electronics here, or you will be screwed. I doubt that I will ever shop with them again.


It takes an extremely long time for any items to arrive. Very frustrating experience. First not all items are even available and second a part of it was sent out on 3/5/17 and is not here as of 3/15/17. Not a happy customer. 2 of the items are back-ordered. Very difficult to get in contact with SammyDress, no 1800 # and I cannot see my order status in my Sammy Dress account. The only reason that I give it a 2 star, is because the Support Ctr. Actually replied to me via e-mail. (I rather get a phone call or call a 1800 #, but they won't call you) UPDATE! 3/27/17. I give 1 more star due to them trying to resolve the issue. I got the shipping refunded, but I still didn't receive my 3 missing items, they suppose to been shipped out now. The 2 items I did receive were very nice a lot of items who show on their website as available are actually not! The website is not up to date, they need to fix that.
