I ordered a couple pairs of leggings online at kohls.com. They arrived with the packages destroyed, and the leggings wrinkled with hair on them.

Now everything about the store is unappealing. At one point they had great savings but now Ross/TJ max/homegoods/Marshall's is the way to go.

Long line, with 6 families waiting. Two families didn't see line and went to a cashier. Cashier didn't correct them, enabling issue. Second cashier, Pamela, came over and allowed a guy that just walked up to check out, even though the rest of us had been waiting in line over 5 minutes. Pamela then told another person who just walked up to come to her to get checked out, again, ignoring the folks in the designated line area. I asked why this was happening, and Pamela told me the others were waiting in line. I pointed to our line and asked if this was the designated line. Pamela acknowledged and affirmed this statement. I then asked why the others were getting attended to first, and was told it was because they were waiting in line. I stated that so were we, in the designated line area, and yet others were being checked out before us when creating their own line, rather than being directed to the existing line. I stated that this was unfair to the people, the families, who were following the rules. I was ignored. I took my $200 in merchandise, walked to Pamela's counter, put it down and stated I was not going to support an institution that treated their customers unfairly and rudely.
Please utilize this information as a tool for training purposes. People deserve to be treated with respect, and can kindly be redirected to follow Khol's policies to wait in line for their turn.
PS - manager was nearby and didn't correct any of this. Tee, do better. Be a better manager. Stop allowing this nonsense.
I ordered from Kohl's online for the first time yesterday. I inadvertently put the incorrect ZIP Code for my shipping address. I called customer service within 30 seconds of placing the order. Someone answered however he told me that I needed to speak with someone else. He transferred me to another department and I wound up waiting on hold for over one hour. By the time someone finally got on the line I was told that they were unable to make any changes to an order after 30 minutes. Since then I have spent the last two days emailing Kohl's speaking with reps as well as attempting to get them to correct the shipping ZIP Code with Ontrack their shipping carrier. Their standard answer is we cannot modify any orders after 30 minutes. My response to that is I cannot be the first person to inadvertently put information on an order and I cannot believe that there can be absolutely no modifications including to an address beyond 30 minutes. Also if that is their policy then then they should make sure that they answer all calls with in a 30 minute time frame. I am beyond frustrated! I will never order from Kohls.com again. And I am certain that I cannot be the first person to experience this. Supervisor was rude and of no help AT ALL! BUYERS BEWARE BECAUSE I AM CERTAIN THAT HAD THE BILLING ADDRESS BEEN INCORRECTLY INPUT AND THE CHARGE HAD NOT GONE THROUGH THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MODIFY THE ADDRESS!
Coupons were better, do not spend as much money there any Longer since changing policies. Used to be my go to but now not any longer.
They have so many discounts on so many products. Great return policy as well. Always friendly and helpful

Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
