Most their KaKa comes from China and does not work once it gets here. The jewelry is nothing but costume and the ones that came from China break and cannot be fixed. I went to 2 jewelry stores with a pair of earrings that the posts came off and they said the "type" of metal will not allow for posts to be put on. I contacted customer representatives and they said that the time ran out, so even though the item broke within a few weeks,,,, so sorry, too bad. RUN, do not walk away from this site. Also have several items that they said were delivered, but they weren't.

I have made my new favorite office supply place, Office Depot, as they took care of a "crisis" need for me. My purchases had been going to Office Max for years and when I needed them the most, they did not have time for me.

Not only do they have a wonderful assortment of household goods, their employees treat you like they are glad that you have come to their store to make purchases. They are very polite and knowledgeable.

I spent a lot of money in their stores, up until 2 years ago when their choice and quality of products seemed to decline. Their marked down inventory takes up a huge section of the store... says something when you cannot "give" away what you were trying to sell retail.

I love going to their store as they have so much to offer, in all departments, and great prices. They also have a great variety of sport clothing, which I love.

I shop Ross, a lot, but depending on which store it is, some are well maintained, some look like they had a tornado go through and are not very conducive to wanting to purchase something there.

When my kids were at home I did a lot more shopping for bulk items, but since they have moved out, I go in for the jars of nuts, protein drinks, pharmacy items, books, kids gifts and wine

I go there all the time for myself and my gifts for family. The stores are clean, well laid out and have a great variety of items.

I used to do the majority of my shopping at Kohl's, but the quality of their clothing has diminished so I am taking my $ somewhere else.

When your hair salon is empty, your store has few employees to help you and even fewer cash registers, you know that they are in trouble and won't be around long. Quality of products has also declined over the past few years.

I have never had an issue with anything I have purchased through Amazon. They maintain the highest of integrity for their site and the vendors that use it.

We have always purchased our appliances through Sears, but our last 2 experiences have been less than satisfactory. A brand new refrigerator quit working within days and we had to wait 2 weeks to get a replacement. Now that one is making noise and I wonder how long it will continue working. This refringerator was close to $3,000, so it was not a cheap model. I quit going into the main store as it reeks of low end, low inventory items... and they are not maintained. So dirty!
