Since my first order problem I took a chance and bought 5 new shirts. They all fit at XL. I get compliments on these shirts every time I wear them. So some how they are doing a much better job and the shirts are beautiful.

PS. After asking to return the clothes, I filed a dispute with my bank and wrote many truthful, negative reviews of this company. They then gave me a full refund and I donated the shirts to Goodwill. DO NOT BOTHER SENDING THEM BACK. YOU CAN'T RETURN THEM TO HONG KONG. If they just gave people the correct size they would probably be an ok company. Better to buy at your local store than go through this aggravation. UPDATED 7/25/2021 They have a nice website with lot's of nice designs of shirts but don't be fooled. I got 6 shirts after a 20 day delivery. The material was paper thin and not sure what it is. No label other than recommends dry cleaning. The shirts were too small and would not fit so I asked for a return label. Then I found out you can't return them. They start with a bargainer saying keep the shirts and we'll give you back 15,20 and then 25% each time you ask for a label to return them. They tell you that you have to pay for international delivery and possible custom charges. None of this is in there return policy on their website. I believe their good reviews are false as I have seen the same problem from others. I have filed a claim against them with the BBB and filed a dispute with my bank credit card. I expect to get nothing back and will have to give these shirts to the Goodwill. Don't get ripped off and buy from someone local. In the service address they list Hong Kong but the billing in Great Britain. Don't be fooled by their nice website and cheap shirts. Buyer beware.

Tip for consumers:
AVOID HAWALILI.COM. I think many of the good reviews are false as well. I read some of them. Only one review from most, giving 5 stars even though they threw the stuff away and most before they get the product. Who would give reviews like that. My stuff was delivered, nothing like the sizing chart, but labeled Large. Funky feeling cloth that recommends dry cleaning not wash and wear. Useless clothes but nice designs. That's the bait and switch!!!

None. The shirts were too small and they wouldn't send me a return label saying it would cost too much with international shipping and custom charges. They offer a partial refund starting with 15% and finally offer 25% if you keep them. They were too small and useless to me. None of the information they gave me after I wanted to return them was on their return policy website.

I got a great price on a washer-dryer set somewhere else but I have always liked doing business with Lowes. I took the deal to Lowes and they agreed it was lower than their price and gave me 10% of that best price as is their offer of price match. I also got a credit card with them that gives me 6 months same as cash. They delivered both pieces and set them up for free as well. I will use Lowes whenever I can because of their service and business ethics. I have also bought a frig and dishwasher from them as well. Same great service.

These guys are bad as are all of these credit companies. I tried to cancel my services with them, which you can't do online. I called the number and waited a long time and was hooked up to an Indian guy. No offense to Indians but I kept getting the hard sell from this guy and after getting really angry he said he would cancel my service. I got a cancellation notice and then I also got a renewal notice for the same service. They give you an email to send comments but it doesn't exist. Really bad company. Don't do business with these people. Experian is just as bad.

Their products are great and they stand behind everything they sell. They also pay their employees living wages so you see the same smiling people their for years. They are the best for taking things back as well. They are the Anti-Walmart, Anti-Amazon

Owners are worth 120 Billion and their workers are paid very little with no benefits. Forced many manufacturers to move to China to make more profits. You will never see me in a Walmart store.

They use investor monies to kill other business and pay their employees peanuts with little or no benefits. People don't realize how they are destroying the local tax coffers in this country. If products were fair traded Amazon wouldn't exist and small business could compete with them. Same with Walmart. Nice that Bezo's can spend his money on space craft now.

I signed up for a single search thinking it was. 95$ and looked on my credit card statement a few weeks later and found a 19.95$ charge for a renewing autopayment. This is very deceptive and I called and canceled. I was told I would only get a $7.00 refund and I told them I would fight this charge through my credit card company. They immediately refunded the full 19.95$. Very deceptive company. I do not ever deal with companies like this.

This is a very disreputable website. All I wanted was a fix it scratch repair pen for $9.95. They charge another $9.95 for shipping and handling and then they add on a vacuum that I didn't want for another $12.95. I tried to cancel the order but couldn't find a customer service number or address. After reading reviews that the product is does not work I had to go to Simoniz.com to get an e-mail address to cancel. I still don't know if it will be cancelled. Don't buy from this company and don't deal with this website. Once you get on it is very difficult to get off. I can't believe they allow this kind of thing to operate. I thought Simoniz was a good company. I will never buy there products again.
