I ordered a $200 leather coat on Dec. 18th as a Christmas gift for my mother from Kohls.com, I paid an extra shipping fee for expedited delivery before Dec. 25. The morning after ordering I received an e-mail stating my order had been shipped and would be delivered on Dec. 21. I took that e-mail at face value. Fast forward to Dec. 21 and my delivery never showed up, so after checking the tracking I find that my order was never even picked up by UPS. I then call Kohls customer support and I am told that my order was not shipped because it was out of stock. I never received any notification prior to this that my order was not on its way. I ask to cancel the order and be refunded in order to try to rush out and buy a gift at the last minute. I am told by the Kohls representative that it will take 6 days before I am able to cancel the order and I will have to call back in order to do so, then after that it will take 7 days to process the refund. Basically Kohls sold me an item under false pretenses as they never had the inventory that they charged me for and now they are holding my $200 and it will be at least 3 weeks from the day that I made my purchase before I can get my money back. At this point I'm not even sure that I will get a refund. This is company that engages in fraudulent practices. I have a feeling that they do this intentionally as means to falsify revenue reports as they are holding customers money for inventory that they do not have nor intend to ship. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES!
I am a subscriber to their email and mailing list so we always receive all the great coupons. We Love Kohls and are loyal customers.

I order online and shop in their stores. Great sales and return policy. Men's clothing is a great price along with bedding.
I ALWAYS CHECK PRICES BETWEEN KOHL'S AND AMAZON. WITH KOHL'S COUPONS AND THEIR ON LINE SELECTION AND TO TOP IT OFF, THERE IS NO LIMIT OF TIME WHEN IT COMES TO RETURNS. GREAT STORE.
I don't ever usually review companies, but I've had so many problems with Kohls.com that I have finally decided that maybe other people would benefit from hearing some of my experiences. I almost always have nothing but trouble placing an order with Kohls.com! They send me emails offering me discounts and say they give you "Kohls CASH" for your orders, but when you try to apply them, they NEVER work! Then you have to call in to the call center and hope that you get a helpful rep that can finish placing your order for you. Otherwise you just waste a ton of time and it is all for nothing. It is not worth the hassle. Save time and order elsewhere online since they try to lure you in with CASH BACK that never works and your reward for all the trouble is nothing but more headaches! And then to add insult to injury, if you actually can get the order placed, the quality of the items and packaging are HORRIBLE! On more than one occasion, I have ordered shoes and the boxes came completely ripped up and smashed. Once I even received a shoe box that had holes stabbed throughout it like a child (or maybe a disgruntled employee) punched it through with their pencil repeatedly. I received a top with the ink tags still on it and had to drive an hour away to the closest store to take it back. I have ordered three of the same exact kind of tops and every one is sized so drastically different that there is no way that they are even in the same range, but when you check the size guide on their website it is all the same. The guides don't match the brands or the actual items, just a generic guide that is meaningless. Unless you live next to a Kohls and have lots of time to run back and forth for returns, don't waste your time or your money. They charge you for mail in returns even if it is there fault!
They have no verification measure to check emails when you create an account.
Anybody can enter anybody else's address...and bam...somebody else have an account on their site with your email address.
It happened to me: sombody entered my email address to create a kohls account, for security reasons I went and changed the password so whoever did this could not get access.
Getting an account deleted it's near to impossibile, once you're in you won't get out, your email is in their system, you will get promotial spam...the whole 9 yards.
Chatting with ther customer support is like bouncing up a wall, they refuse to delete your account, they start asking your for your data, name, telephone number and address, I refused to give them my address and telephone number, I just told them my name but in retrospect I think I shouldn't have.
They will just deactivate your account but your email and name is in the system and you will continue to get spam email without consent.
I think it's ridiculous that a company do not have systems to validate email, and will refuse to delete accounts.
I can spend hours on their sales items. Love this store and their returns, even on my online purchases, have been quick and no questions asked!
That's good. If we shop on this site, they give $10 on shopping any thing upto $50. If we buy things of $60, we pay only $ 50 today. Hurrah!

My daughter and I went to Kohl's this afternoon to drop off an Amazon return. My teenage daughter was itching to have me buy her something with that $5 Kohl's cash incentive we got for the Amazon return. I told her I would consider getting her a useful item of clothing like pj pants or a sweater/shirt. We searched the entire store and could not even find a pair of pj pants other than knit middle/old age lady ones. Not a pair of flannel pj pants to be found! Seriously? Not even 1 shirt in the young ladies area did she even consider trying on. There was nothing remotely attractive in the entire area. But walking through the store on our way OUT, we saw racks and racks of the most hideous clearance clothing I've seen in ages. Wow, can't believe no one wants to buy that vinyl, vomit green Moto jacket. Or the rectangle shaped beige dress/Ace bandage. Hard to tell which it was…Need some Granny panties or cheap shapewear? Then you're luck. Huge supplies of them. I am their target age range but I didn't see anything in that store that I wanted except a pair of black yoga type pants and of course they only had them in a size XXL. That's it, no other sizes. But if I wanted Capri length tight athletic/yoga pants at the end of November I would have had my choice of options. Regular length? Who would want those? Kohl's Corporate Buyers must be idiots. Seriously very brain cell limited narcissists who can't just ask the shoppers in the local stores what merchandise they feel is needed in their area. I guarantee not 1 person in my area would be voting for that vinyl vomit-green motorcycle jacket. You guys are killing your own stores. Wake up.
I ordered on line on the 15th of December to insure delivery by the 24th - I called the corporate office (which I think is in Mexico) they couldn't speak good English and only knew how to read the screen showing delivery by the 24th - one forign speaking person said "it's not the end of day yet - keep looking for it you should get it on the 24th or in a few days...? Really - the supervisor read good English, you have to wait 10 business days to get a refund. USPS doesn't even show they have the package and Kolhs headquarters is blaming them for the delay - due to covid there is a lot of people sick. I asked can you stop the package and let me pick it up at the store - NO you have to wait 10 business days. WOW Kohls Great Customer Service - Oh Merry Fr*g Christmas

Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
