Bought an wallet, and after doing it with full price, kate spade sends me, in the same hour, a flash sale with 40 to 75% off. Sent an email to customer service telling them to apply on my purchase so I didn't have to return and buy it again. They never answered my 3 e-mails. The worst CS EVER!

I ordered black Spade cut out gloves as a sentimental wedding gift. KS shipped them but they never arrived due to negligence and errors on their part. Then they lied to me multiple times. They blamed the post office even though it was their choice to mail it that way (the agent also told me this frequently happens with their orders so I know its not just me, do not expect to get your order). Kate Spade was extremely cruel and unprofessional. They lied to me several times, each agent made different unfulfilled promises and I never received the gloves that are now out of stock.

I bought 4 purses on sale to use throughout the year. One began falling apart a week after I started to use it. I followed the guidelines on their site and submitted all of the purchase information and photos. No response EVER! It's been over a month. They do not stand behind their product. Not worth the price. I pay for quality, this is junk.

Great service and always deliver on time plus great sales. I placed a number of orders with this company and haven't been disappointed yet. Everything comes nicely packaged and promptly which is important to me since unlike other companies, they don't take weeks to send out your order

Great quality

Kate spade has awesome products. You should never buy KS at full price. There's always a sale going on or there will be one soon. Also almost all the items end up at KS outlet.
KS should slow down on bringing out new products. It's very hard to keep up with all the new merch.

Bought their stuff online. Pretty pricey but they have regular sales and discount codes so it's always a good deal to purchase it from their website.

Customer service is awful. One lady, Jessica Sheppard (from Kate Spade EU), does not have basic email etiquette and just poor writing skills. She kept addressing my email handle instead of my name when it's clearly stated in my signature. She's either blind or just plain stupid. This went on and eventually someone else took over because the issue on hand was resolved.

Anyway, this incident and the way they responded to my query/complaint just put me off for good.

Like many others - their customer service is brutal. I suspect they are using an outsourcing company because the reps struggle with basic questions. Frequent disconnects, intentionally dropping, etc. Good luck with your order, just better hope you don't have any issues.

Ordered on Black Friday. Two weeks later they tell me they can't fulfill my order. The offered me discount code that doesn't work and was given to any and all shoppers, lol. Horribly run and I hope no one purchases anything from them ever again.

2 orders, 2 cancellations

I've ordered twice from them. They say orders cannot be cancelled as the shipping process begins immediately. Several days later both orders were cancelled.

They also said it happens rarely yet I'm 2/2.

Clearly they don't track inventory and give zero Fs about screwing over customers.

their delivery is too slow. i paid extra usd 10 for shipping goods. but they needed about 2 days to process and shipped it. so, overall, 4 business days were used until I received my goods.
if you need anything urgently, dont use their website.

Used to like Kate spade purses, etc, but stand by your product. I bought their Minnie Mouse backpack and only used it when I'd go to Disneyland (6 times tops!) and the straps (both sides, at base) have started ripping. Of course, it's been more than a year so they'd like me to go to their restorers. Will probably just ducktape it (won't even take to my leather guy) and buy Coach solely from now on. My loss is definitely, THEIR loss.

I love Kate spade. Their designs fits me perfectly. I've bought several items from their site and no complaints at all. Everything was nicely packaged and promptly shipped. Here's a tip: sign up for newsletter and get coupons on special occasion and save money.

I used to like Kate Spade bags, but since the designer died, the quality has taken a nose dive. Imagine if you bought a cheap knock off of a designer bag at 10% of the price... this is what you are getting now, but its an authentic Kate Spade bag. The company is owned by Tapestry who also owns Coach. Sadly, Tapestry is riding the designer's name as far as it will take them... huge profit margins. They charge Kate Spade prices while producing and shipping inferior bags from China... this is why you see so many complaints about the poor quality and poor customer service. Save your money, buy a different brand that doesn't cheat you.

The most dreadful customer service ever!
My bag was signed for at their returns address, 19 days ago and I STILL haven't had my refund!
I have emailed countless times and just get fobbed off. I will never buy from this company again!

Received my dream wedding purse as a gift for Christmas. I was so beyond excited to open it, but when I did the magnet ripped out from the leather… I called Kate Spade who informed me because I received this as a gift from my Family in the USA (I live in Canada) they cannot accept my return for the defective purse or replace it due to me living in Canada. Despite having all the receipts and proof of purchase and tags still on the purse.

Heartbroken they told me to ask a Kate Spade location here in Canada… they also refused to help and said the can't help me because the purse was shipped to a USA address not a Canada one… now here I am, sitting with a $300 purse, brand-new, in the box and with tags, yet it's defective, unusable, in tears, heartbroken and devastated. No one from Kate Spade would help, all I wanted was to get it repaired or replaced, I didn't even need a refund.

Loved my purchase.

I purchased a purse and a wallet from Kate Spade during their 75% off surprise sale. The products were expected to deliver by December 10, but to my surprise they just came in today, just 6 days after ordering. Both products were new, great condition and exactly what I wanted. I'm super happy with my two purchases! Wore my purse out already and got so many compliments on it!

I just ordered three times---My phone is still on hold 90 minutes later for customer service--- the chat line is faster (20 minute wait---but no help). Hope you really like Kate Spade if you are ordering here. Personally, I would opt for another designer! I am hoping they don't charge me three times for this order (the order would not go through and there was no explanation!--- So, they have all your credit card information and then there is no charge---- very disconcerting!) Ripped off by Website
December 19, 2018

Purchased on the website that said 75% off ship to Canada or US free put in Canadian address and expected to be billed in Canadian. No where did it say it was us funds, Then I was also billed over $50.00 for duty with no mention of that on my final bill at check out.
Paid $236.00 and it is available on Amazon and many other sites for half that. Very disappointed and will not purchase a Kate Spade product again.
