Bought the Breeze Sandals in Sea Star color for my daughter as a Christmas present. Online ordering is not the way to go. They were on sale and I did notice it was a nonreturnable item. Sandals are cute, but very cloggy and do not stay on the feet when walking. Extremely uncomfortable. Guess were stuck with a an $80, size 11 shoe that we'll designate as the "run the garbage out shoes." Be wary of sale items and triple check they are returnable.

If only Kate could have more international shipping options! Their products are great and I will certainly try to order again but the shipping price will certainly break the bank.

Order no zup*******, bought this 68.00 necklace for my granddaughter for Christmas and the 2 nd time she put it on it broke. She went to catch it and it fell apart in pieces. I contacted the store and they refuse to stand behind it calling it human error. It truly is not and would like a simple exchange. Buyers beware their jewelry is not price worthy. I am so disappointed that no one stands behind their product

I had an email offering a discount for a specific item. I went ahead and applied, didn't work. It was a measly 10% off. Not a single customer service officer did anything. You're a huge company and you can't rectify an error generated by your company? Discounts matter for regular people like us who patronize your over-priced products in case you decide to care.

I love their stuff but the clasps on almost everything suck. I was gifted a bracelet where you twisted the spade logo. Fell off, bought a new one to not upset them. Fell off. On of my purses has a clasp undone often constantly one falls off. My reason for the review is because I lost my card,money and license because a crappy clasp on a coin purse. I will say one of my favorite totes has lasted 4 years. But I won't be back.

I didn’t leave a review immediately until my manager got a kate spade bracelet which constantly fell off till she lost it.

2 bracelets, 2 purses and a coin purse. The purse without a clasp held up just fine.

Excitedly purchased my very first Kate Spade products to be quickly disappointed. This lanyard style card holder is perfect for hands free carrying of personal needs and for getting into restricted size bag events. I use this product when traveling and going to special events, meaning it gets used occasionally, and I am sad to say the lanyard strap is garbage; three layers of material glued together, not stitched. I have had this item for 10 months, again used occasionally, when I reached out to KS the basically said sorry to bad, go away, considering this normal wear and tear! All I requested was a replacement lanyard strap, nope! I will not purchase from them again; highly disappointed!

Ordered the Reagan Bucket Bag and the Chelsea Laptop sleeve from Kate Spade. A very small box was delivered today with a weight of 1.1 pounds containing only the free nylon tote that came with theorder. No bucket bag or laptop sleeve. If they had been included that would certainly have been more than 1.1 pounds per Post Office Delivery Confirmation. I took the box in as soon as the postman left it at my door, so no porch pirates. Spent time on chat with customer service and was told I would be contacted by email. So far no response. Very disappointing. Afraid to order from them again.

Received my dream wedding purse as a gift for Christmas. I was so beyond excited to open it, but when I did the magnet ripped out from the leather… I called Kate Spade who informed me because I received this as a gift from my Family in the USA (I live in Canada) they cannot accept my return for the defective purse or replace it due to me living in Canada. Despite having all the receipts and proof of purchase and tags still on the purse.

Heartbroken they told me to ask a Kate Spade location here in Canada… they also refused to help and said the can't help me because the purse was shipped to a USA address not a Canada one… now here I am, sitting with a $300 purse, brand-new, in the box and with tags, yet it's defective, unusable, in tears, heartbroken and devastated. No one from Kate Spade would help, all I wanted was to get it repaired or replaced, I didn't even need a refund.

Don't buy unless you have seen and touched the item! KSNY is concerned whether or not you receive your online oder, they don't care if you're satisfied with your online purchase! Ask Austin in customer service!

All that matters to them is that I received the items they don't care if I am satisfied! Cheats!

I got my order from the kate spade outlet it was wrapped in paper that had food on it and there was clear fluid in the packaging that smelled like onions I'm literally horrified worst experience ever.

Clearly their warehouse is not regulated and its disgusting and disappointing

My wife always asks me to buy her new handbags. I always ask her where does she put her old ones and why does she require so much handbags. I believe it's difficult for a man to understand why women are obsessed with handbags. Anyway, I recently decided to make her surprise and ordered new handbag from this online store. I remember her tastes in handbags and that's why It wasn't so difficult for me to choose her a good handbag. Indubitably, all the handbags which are presented here are awesome. The only one which I ordered was the best in comparison with others, because it's for my wife))

I was doing some early Christmas shopping and ordered a pair of earrings on November 27th. The shipping information I received said the item would arrive in 5-7 business days. As of today December 21st, I still have not received the item! I called the customer service and the Representative that I spoke to said that the item for some reason never left the facility. So you're telling me almost a month has passed and no one has shipped my item!? He processes a reshipment and asks if there is anything else that he can help with, all nonchalantly. I asked what about a refund, a partial refund at least! I ordered the item as a Christmas present and of course they will not arrive for Christmas. He stated that he could not give any type of refund since he reshipped the item. To me as a customer, if I pay you for your item and service then that's what I should receive. As a business, I expect you to stand on your word and provide that item and service that I paid for. They did not! Now I have a Christmas gift that's not here, and the Representative treated the situation like whatever.

The handbag started falling apart after a year. Conveniently, their warranty is only for a year not life time like other brands. Didn't use the bag on a daily basis either. Would not buy again.

I bought a purse in January of this year and the purse strap broke from the stitching after three months. I have emailed customer service multiple times with either no response or telling me to go into a store for help. The one time I go into a store for help the tell me to call customer care because when I bought my purse the cashier never recorded my purchase with my email. My next step was calling their customer service, but you can't do that either! You sit on hold forever and when someone finally answers they say nothing and hang up on you. The one time someone actually answered he told me to go back in store to get help and when I told him I was told to call customer care he said he would find my emails and call me back within an hour. Guess what... No call! My emails also will get blocked sometimes for their customer care. This company is awful, their quality sucks, their workers suck, just save your money and go elsewhere.

I ordered a bag and when it arrived it has a crease on the front panel. When I asked for a return label I was asked to send a picture of the bag which I did and was told that it wasn't too bad and I can keep it. They will give me 10 % off my next purchase. I will not carry this bag looking like this and I will never order from Kate Spade again. This was no protecting package around this nor was it in a box. I'm completely disgusted

I will be dusbuting with bank now I c why they don't accept returns but they can't do this I verified with bank there was no receipt and it's not even sterling it's junk costume jewelry total crap im allergic to copper cause I'm diabetic you would expect a designer to atleast send sterling wow what a rip off Kate junk can't believe in business

They offer Merchandise, you purchase it, they take your money then never send your purchase out! Then when you call they say,"So sorry we couldn't find a carrier in the last 14 days to pick it up and send it to you!" So we sold it to someone else and NOW there are no more! And to make matters even better they were never going to even tell me? The first time I ordered from here it was great! What happened to you?
Kate Spade shame on you...

Great service and always deliver on time plus great sales. I placed a number of orders with this company and haven't been disappointed yet. Everything comes nicely packaged and promptly which is important to me since unlike other companies, they don't take weeks to send out your order

Used to like Kate spade purses, etc, but stand by your product. I bought their Minnie Mouse backpack and only used it when I'd go to Disneyland (6 times tops!) and the straps (both sides, at base) have started ripping. Of course, it's been more than a year so they'd like me to go to their restorers. Will probably just ducktape it (won't even take to my leather guy) and buy Coach solely from now on. My loss is definitely, THEIR loss.
