I placed an order for 5 items about 3 months ago. I decided to cancel after 2 months. I finally got the PayPal to refund my money, but weeks later I received one pair of shoes and was charged again for that order. The shoes were beautiful online, however they were glued together and had no support at all. When I went to return them the shipping was $23 for a $28 pair of sandals. This is not a good company and their products are even worse. I seriously wonder about the validity of the 5-star comments.

Truly, by FAR, the worst customer service experience. They are a true scam. Forget returns, as they go to China. I spent $40 trying to return to China some items that they shipped and after months, the package got rejected and sent back. I've lost $80 for the product PLUS $40 in shipping back. The reason I shipped back was their products were cut for child sizes. I ordered size Large and they shipped tops that wouldn't fit my 10 year old. After months of back and forth, they refuse to credit me, they refuse to let me speak with a supervisor, it's a scam.

Purchased 2 items from this company (didn't realize that it is in China). Took an inordinate amount of time before items were received. Pants, purchased as an after thought, were fine but the dress- my original desire, which appeared very attractive on their web site was not at all what I expected:

When received, although not mentioned on their site, the dress is a cheap satin, not well made. I never would have purchased a satin dress in the throws of summer. I contacted the company in order to return the dress and it took them over a week to send me instructions on where to return it, which I have to pay for. Have no idea how long my refund will take - DISAPPOINTED!

Ordered a pair of shoes, tried to cancel them as delivery was delayed but funnily enough they were shipped the day I cancelled them! Have been trying ever since to get a returns code (as they are way too big despite the fact I always wear this size) and as other complaints have stated there is no phone number and no one replies to the emails. Never never again.

I bought three products and got a third of the products in a completely different size than I ordered.
When I asked for a refund because only a third was shipped (according to their site) and in the wrong size they just said no refunds. Waited two weeks. Sent me notice that they shipped the rest (though I specifically said don't bother, just give me my money back). AND the highlight was when I said I wasn't going to accept this and I still want my money back they said they didn't care whether I collected the package or not, they will not send me a refund no matter what.

In my experience, When you Order from just fashion now, it can take up to 10 to 14 days for the items to be shipped and then another week to come there after, it could take a little bit longer give and take but I have to say you can only get in touch via email as the number they show is no use. Just be cautious

Ordered two dresses from JustNowFashion. One was actually quite nice, but the other was severely disappointing. Way too short, and the material was terrible. Had to pay close to $15 for return shipping. It makes sending it back almost not worth it. To be fair, they have disclosed this in their PDS. Still, not the best experience. Read reviews before buying.

Isn't it strange that just about all your 5 star reviews sound as they were written a) by the same person and b) by someone whose mother tongue is Chinese. My wife ordered a dress from this company and paid an extra $16.52 for express delivery. (3-5 business days) That was nineteen days ago. I have sent numerous emails and they have all been ignored (more correctly, one find's oneself in a hellish loop shunting back and forth between the 'contact us' and 'support' buttons. I would recommend that no one deal with this crowd of crooks.
