I wish I'd read these reviews before I placed an order. Paid over £50 and even paid extra for express delivery, received no items and despite emailing them, no contact either. Feel very stupid that I fell for the keen prices and pretty pictures! This company is really best avoided.

Thankyou for your response, however its obvious that the "people" giving this company a positive review are also the people rummaging thru the garbage pile outside the sweat shops making it. The shoes, both ordered the same size, neither are the correct size and the smell makes taking them out of the bag impossible. The clothing, all ordered the same size, varied from to small to too big, which was alright because I wouldn't wear that crap as a dare to a Halloween party. The service after you order the product is non existent. If you feel the need to prove it to yourself, order something small, wait 6 to 8 weeks, that's for rush delivery and throw it in the garbage when it arrives, and then make sure to review this company. I made an order of around 200 GBP on 22June. It is now 03 August and i have not received any of my orders! I received a mail saying that one of my orders is out of stock and that they will refund me for this... i have not received a single cent from this refund! My order number is I*******.
I have tried contacting them but dont get any answer! Irony is i found this in the CNN webpage... i think CNN should take this out - bad image!
For the rating, i'd give them a negative star!

I ordered 2 pairs of summer shoes back in May. As of July 15th, I still had not received them. I wrote 3 emails with no response. It wasn; t until I threatened a lawsuit that I got a response saying my order had "just shipped" and would come within 10-20 business days. I went ahead and spent additional money at another venue for shoes. It is now August 1, summer is pretty much over for me, and I still have not received my shoes.

Re#*******; I have not received items that was to be mailed out nor refund. It's over two months.and these crooks send a text that they have mailed out some stuff.

I ordered two dresses. I was unable to track them but received updates. They arrived after two weeks. The quality is rubbish. One dress has areas of missed stitching. Due to cheap and horribly stiff fabric the dress looks like its made of plastic. The other dress is made from equally cheap and nasty fabric and the trim at the end of the sleeves is unfinished and has balls of tangled cotton on the toes. Dont buy anything from this company. Its the sort of stuff you find in the cheapest markets. Youd be better off going there and at least seeing before you buy.

I ordered $66 worth of product from this site weeks ago and they processed my payment via Paypal but two full weeks later they had not shipped out the stuff and their response to my inquiry was an automatic one asking that I wait until the order is shipped before asking any further questions.
I suppose I will have to start the fight to get a refund which is too bad because the dress and bags I ordered looked like my kind of clothes.

Do not buy from this company, they will take your money! I had a horrible experience with this company. They never sent a pair of shoes that I ordered and never refunded my money. For the remaining items apart of the order, they took over a month to send. Then when I finally received the order, the shoes did not fit and I requested a return label on their website. On their website, they promise to send the return label w/n 24 hours if you submit a request. However, they did not do that. They sent the return label 5 days later. I returned my shoes within the 15 day return policy and never received my money back. On top of that, it was extremely difficult getting in touch with them. There is no clear way to get in touch with them and receive a response. I have sent several emails and messages on their site that they never responded to. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
