Don't order from this company. Their returns service is unacceptable. The clothes I ordered didn't fit and the material was not how it looked like in the photos. They were very reluctant when I asked to return my order. I had to write a few emails in order to receive a returns address. Their factory is located in China and that's where I needed to send my return parcel to. I had to pay the postage. A couple of months later it came back to me as it apparently arrived too late at the factory and they refused it. I have not received any refund yet and they are not replying to my emails. Do not fall for their initially cheap prices. It is not worth it. The clothes are not like in the photos and don't fit average size western European women. Do not buy from them. Don't.

Further to my earlier review entitled "BEWARE" regarding JustFashionNow, we have received the following response via Sitejabber...

"Sorry for my late response. Sounds like you are not our customer. Please tell us your order number so that we can check it for you. If you don't know your order#, please tell us your full name as well as your shipping address"

Unfortunately we have no way of contacting them other than the customer service email address, which we have used numerous times, but they do not respond. They failed to supply an order number but were extremely rapid in taking the money from my wife's bank account.
I cannot emphasise strongly enough that this company is a SCAM. I am of the belief that the positive reviews are posted by people involved with the company and are therefore party to this fraudulent scam.
We are still waiting for the second item to arrive two months after the order was placed. After a long wait one item arrived but does not resemble the dress my wife ordered... shocking quality, inferior material and despite ordering a medium received a large, along with a mismatched belt.
We are not expecting Bond Street quality at High Street prices but we are not also expecting to be ripped off.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS ALIASES!

We ordered items from JustFashionNow. We received a notice after a few weeks that there was a delay and the items would be sent within 8 business days by express mail. They were not sent after 8 business days and we requested a refund. A week after we requested a refund they sent the items (not by express mail) which no longer were in season. They told us we no longer can cancel the order since it was already shipped. They are a scam and inefficient.

Everyone that wrote about them being a scam is CORRECT! I ordered 3 dresses July 20 and have not received them yet. Today is August 9. I always charge on a credit card so that it can be disputed without too much agony. I called and disputed the charges and they will be taking them off of my credit card. These people need to be shut down. I do not want anything they have, wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I will not be ordering anything from them ever.

Ordered a dress from a site JustFashionNow. They are a site that pops up on my screen daily with some nice designs. After placing the order they noted I would be notified as soon as it ships. After a week I contacted them to ask about the order. They said they were processing it and would let me know as soon as it ships. Waited one more week and contacted them and they said the same thing. After three weeks I again contacted them and to date have not heard anything back so I contacted my credit card issuer and put the charge into dispute. I do not know where this company is located but it maybe a scam site. Beware!

I wish I would have seen these reviews before. My shoes took over 2 months to arrive, 5 pair of shoes in 3 different packages, the 5th pair I am still waiting for. Not at all what's pictured on the website, poor quality product. It looks like they are posting pictures from quality products from other websites, then when orders come in the product is made cheaply in a sweatshop in Asia aka China. It took me over a week to get a response for my return request. At the post office the return shipping would have cost me over $50. Now I will donate them. Complained to the credit card company and disputed the charges. For now I have my money back. Terrible business practices. They ought to be shut down!

Reviews that herald this site and products as great have to be frauds written by the company to counteract the horrible service JFN is. Let's start with the service - immediately takes your payment within 1 hour. However, you will wait 4 - 6 weeks for your items. And they will trickle in, piece by piece. Second, when you get them, yes they are cheap, as you get what you, pay for, but sizing is wrong, and the colors you see online look very different from what you get. Third, any return policy or customer service is non-existent. Do not. DO NOT waste your time or money. Makes going to a brick and mortar store seem attractive all over again.

Ordered 6 pairs of shoes from them. Quoted 10 days shipping. Emailed them at 30 days and again at 60 days. Note they took the funds from my cc on day one. Only 4 of the 6 pairs arrived... on the 65th day. Summer was 1/2 over! One lace up shoe came without laces! All ran at least a 1/2 size small. Quality was very poor. Emailed them the day after they arrived. They acknowledged the email and stated someone would contact me in 24 hours. I have heard from no one. I would never buy anything from them in the future. Wish I had checked reviews first!

Just wanted to say a huge "thank you" to you guys for helping me avoid a disaster! I was on the verge of placing an order for 3 dresses, but decided not after read the reviews. Who needs the hassle! The site, pictures £££ are so tempting, and I have loved this one particular dress for some time, but I'll just have to get over it. I really hope for those of you that are still battling to get refunds, orders or responses to emails, that they are resolved in your favour, very soon.

Placed an order ($400 worth of stuff) online in the beginning of June for an upcoming cruise. Company notifies me via email to say the order will not ship until mid-July! So, my trip came and went without my order of clothes and shoes from this company. But, the worst part... finally got the items via UPS and the clothes are of POOR material and not the size indicated on the tag; 2 sizes smaller. The shoes were CHEAP and looked worn with stains and scuff marks. Contacted this company for a refund however they just send back a reply on their return policy several times but never mail out required return label to mail this BS back to them for your refund. Oh, forgot to mention, the items are collected and shipped from China to the U.S. then to New Jersey or CA and then shipped to the customer... that is why it takes so long for delivery but that is not indicated when ordering. I reported them to the BBB. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY! SCAM!

I received part of my orders - after weeks - and was very disappointed about the quality. Parts of the order are still missing and I don't want them any longer. Order Number #I*******.
Orignal labels where missing - I guess this is on purpose because the will not credit back to money for those items. I just requested the return of the dresses but looking at the return policy and the return timeline of 15 days I don't know, If I can return the dresses in time without paying a fortune for the DHL. I hope the company will handle that...
