Got a $75 gift certificate for Christmas. Went to try and use this and it was a nightmare. Site wouldn't take my order and kept charging my credit card(which you have to give to them in order to redeem the gift). I called and finally got someone to cancel the order. They said to wait 48 hours for the credit and try again. I did and the same results.I called again and finally got someone to cancel this from my credit card and place and order for Jan.17th. On Jan 10th I got an order and a charge to my card of $15.00. It was not what I ordered but I decided to keep this and felt this was the end.On Jan. 17th I got an email I was getting an order. Called Hello Fresh.they said no order was coming and no charges. That evening I got and order and a$62.00 charge. I put this into dispute with my card co. Again on Jan.24th another notice of a delivery. Called and was told I was signed up for their weekly delivery and they could not cancel or credit my card.The charge was for $70.00. I then had to call my credit card co. And put it also into dispute. It's been a frustrating nightmare. Once on the loop you can't get out! This is not a good food service to deal with wether one time or on a regular basis!
