I placed my order on 25 July and have received nothing yet. Tried contacting company, but just get the automated reply that they will contact me within 7 days. Did not realise that the clothing was being shipped from China - I would never have ordered if I had known this. Order number has been on "processing" since 25 July, but after reading other reviews, I'm not exactly looking forward to receiving the ordered items! First time this has happened to me - not a good feeling

I ordered 9 items that were listed as cotton or linen. Only 3 arrived as promised on web site. The other 6 items were polyester. I will only wear cotton. Therefore, i wouldn't have ordered the 6 items. The clothes are cute, but buyer beware. Unless, you like polyester, I would not purchase from Justfashionnow. As for returning the items, they come from China. It would cost more to return them. They are counting on unhappy consumers being detred by cost of return.

I placed my order to this company on July 26,2018. I too, paid the extra amount to have it sent to me sooner. As of August 19,2018, still no package or an email letting me know it would be delayed. Tried contacting them and the only way you can reach them is through email. Only to get a reply you will be contacted in 7 days. Thank God I only ordered one item, but I will never order again. I will be reporting them as well. Buyer beware!

They are running a scam and must be removed from the internet. I will be reporting them to Paypal and Google.
I ordered items over 2 months ago; They keep saying the items are delayed. After 4 weeks 2/7 items arrived. One ( a top) was not what I ordered the other ( shoes) very poor quality and did not resemble what they show on the website.
I demanded a refund for the remaining items; they said 2 more items have been shipped and they will refund for the remaining items within 1 week. That was over 2 weeks ago, the 2 items have not arrived and if you try track on their website it says unavailable ( even though they send you a tracking number). They have not returned my refund. This is a deceitful, dishonest company. I think the positive reviews that have been posted are fake.

Their product looks NOTHING like advertised. It's inexpensive because it's all cheap materials, they said "leather" sandals and they are nothing close to leather. It's the worst product I have ever ordered. EVER. I COULDN'T EVEN TELL YOU WHAT MATERIAL IT IS! SOOO CHEAP AND TRASHY.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE.IT TOOK THEM OVER A MONTH TO DELIVER THEIR CHEAP PRODUCT THAT I THREW OUT THE SECOND I LOOKED AT IT.

I think all the good reviews on here are FAKE!

Unfortunately, I didn't read the massive number of reviews warning against dealing with this company. Customers complain about everything including poor quality, inaccurate sizing and merchandise that takes forever to arrive or simply never arrives at all.
I got an email on 8/6 telling me that my order had been shipped, giving me an order and a tracking number. Yesterday I attempted to track the status of my order and the site said tracking number not found. Tried a few times to ensure that I had entered the number incorrectly. No luck. I then tried to contact customer service. There is no phone number. I was directed to a site where I explained the problem. I was prompted to hit "contact us". It would not download. Tried several time.My complaint did not go through. I tried a different site. Was again directed to "contact us" and someone would get back to me in 7 days. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service. I don't know when or if my order will arrive. I told them this. I don't think they care. Terrible company!

Unfortunately! I did not look into this site before buying, I ordered two pairs of shoes, paid for expedited shipping and I'm still waiting for my order. It's been over a month now and still nothing, I have emailed customer service and I too receive an email stating I will be contacted in 7 days... Still no response, I will be looking into taking legal action against this site! This is unacceptable, this site needs to be blocked! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

This is the second review I have left and I think I will continue to leave them for this company going forward. Nobody likes to get ripped off and looking at the growing number of reviews that is exactly what is going on. I sent my return back and paid for tracking and signage and they keep saying they haven't received it even though Royal Mail stipulates it arrived on the 6th June. It is now August! Absolutely despicable. How are they getting away with it? I will be looking into reporting them and suggest anyone thinking of buying from them steers clear. Rubbish products and no one who has a conscience works there.
