I waited 2 months to receive 2dresses that immediately went into the garbage. The shape and fabric of both was so thin you could see right through plus the armholes of one were completely unfinished. I didn't bother trying to return, at my expense, to China because I'm sure they would say they either never received them or they were past their return deadline. Why throw good money after bad. Lesson learned

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The quality of the merchandise is poor to lousy. The order took a month for delivery it and when it finally came it was in multiple shipments. I wanted to return two items; I followed the process, was told someone would contact me in several days; and that did not happen. When I realized there I had been no contact I resubmitted my return request and was told it was past the 15 days. When I told them I had submitted the request earlier; they claimed there was not record, thus no return/refund was available.

Ordered 2 long dresses. Sent from China separately, 20 days and 30 days after ordering and paying. Clearly not on the shelf unlike many item I order from China.
Products are inferior quality, sizing is awful, shapeless garments. Material is see through worthy of gbp2 not gbp18.
Return process made difficult-having to request permission and a return label. Took 3 days to get his "approved". 15gbp to return via postal service ex UK, tracked and signed for.

Ordered 5 linen or cotton items, dresses tops and cropped pants for tropical holiday. Website photo's showed lovely well made clothes. After 5 weeks the parcel arrived. One cotton top was as website photo but needed to have many cotton threads cut and a small hole near a seam repaired. The size however was smaller than UK size. The four other items were just rags. All were made of man made fabrics, had raw edged seams, and a fraying neckline. One dress advertised as linen cotton mix was made of a nylon fabric. The website showed a bright red Yellow and blue modern abstract design on a mid green background. The nylon version had a similar design but was not as detailed. I assume that the fabric was counterfeit to copy the website photo.
I believe that this company use other manufactures photo's that they copy using the cheapest fabric they can find. One supposed linen dress was so see through due to thin loosely woven fabric that it would have been indecent to wear in public. Four items went straight in the bin.

Avoid ordering shoes from this site. Ordered 4 pair of shoes, took 6 weeks plus for the first pair to arrive, two others took 7 weeks to arrive. Was able to cancel one pair, since they had not been shipped after 6 weeks. By the way, these shoes come directly from China and if you need to return the shoes, you have to pay shipping and have to wait for forever to get a refund. Since the cost to return the shoes was over $40, I just kept the shoes and will be warning everyone to avoid this company.

One dress arrived with unfinished seams and raw edges. Sizes ordered did not even come close to what they should have been. Of course, no one will respond regarding a return. I think this company is a scam. I think they quickly make a cheap inferior copy of the picture placed on the never ending emails and pictures from this company. There are no people? Its a weird and strange shop who trick you into thinking they are a reputable company and just take your money. How stupid are we to just hand over money when a nice dress appears on our computer. We are also naive to trust online stores we know nothing about. I feel stupid that I fell for it.
