Do not buy from them at all. Your items is not you get from there website. They will not return my money due to mailing it back from where it was mailed from (Rosemead, Ca). If, there was a phone number which there is not I couldn't speak to no one. As I sent the package back they will not return my $75.00

Ordered 2 dresses after almost 2 months they came and were the wrong thing, one was long sleeve the other was the wrong color and very poorly made. Emailed them several times only to have the email bounce back THEN when I finally do get them they offered me 20% refund or 25% store credit, but never offered to make it right and THEN when they said they were giving me my 20% I paid 21.98 for each dress they are "giving me" we shall see 20% on 19.98 price I mean really Not even giving the refund on what I paid for it... will NEVER Buy from them again!

Wish I hadn't thrown the dress I did receive in the trash (supposed to be a Japanese shibori print) because it would have made a funny photo. It is made of stretchy plastic/nylon and about six sizes too large. The shoes look and feel as though made of cardboard. And the earrings they claim are 925 sterling with a real turquoise stone are laughable.

I bought two dresses and when they arrived they were not what was advertised on the website and ripped! When I spoke to 'Tracy' she told me to take it to the tailors to get it fixed! Please do not shop here. There is something quite fraudulent about their return policy. I decided I would test this site by purchasing a few items. They came, most items were fine but one was not, raw edges, loose threads etc. so, of course, I request a return slip. There is a fifteen day window to return an item. They take SEVEN days to respond to my email. In any other context a return slip would accompany that response, no they ask for an image, itself a delay tactic. However, I have since sent a response with the pictures and each email has come back as "undeliverable." Please do not use this site, it's probably fine if the items work but if there is something wrong (fit, quality), then you're just out of luck because there is no legitimate support after you have spent your money. Beware.

I ordered 4 dresses on June 16,2018... I received the order on September 6! That's 81 days. Not only has the season passed for these summer dresses, but the sizes are very odd-fitting. Three of the dresses are XL and still snug on the shoulders and arms. I am 5'4" & 130 lb., so not a usual size XL. For the price these dresses are OK quality, but one that's supposed to be burgundy is actually a tomato-soup red and I have had to restitch a couple of seams that weren't properly sewn. This was a disappointing experience!

I ordered 2 dresses from JustFashionNow 6 weeks ago, and received 2 nasty cheap knock offs yesterday,,, to say they were similar to the items pictured on line is a joke. Only similarity that you may find would be that they would be in a similar colour spectrum, and by that i mean 10 shades off if using a Pantone colour chart. I wouldnt give them away theyre so awful. Very poor. I ordered 4 dresses July 5,2018. I received the first dress about August 15, the 2nd dress around August 25. The quality is poor and the material inferior. I contacted the company to cancel the remaining 2 dresses and return the two received. The dresses were about $25 each. To return 2 to the address in China costs about $24. I received an email stating they would cancel one dress (4th) but they had shipped the 3rd. This notice was provided to me over a week after my cancellation request.
This shop appears to be a scam. Who advertises sizes and measurements but ships products that are 2 sizes smaller than ordered? Who sells season items and doesn't ship them for 6 weeks or more? Who advertises quality and provides inferior products? DO NOT BUY FROM JUSTFASHIONNOW. Ridiculous experience. So sorry I got involved. I will contact my credit card company to refuse the charges.

I got a response a couple of days ago from JustFashionnow informing me that they are a legit site.
Unfortunately I cannot see this visible here on Sitejabber, but it came to via the site in an email.
My response to this, perhaps whoever chose to write that response should check out my comments for each item of clothing I purchased from this company. There is only one item I am completely satisfied with and this looks like I one part of the dress, just the top part on the under layer. That dress shows a layer under the tunic type dress I got. So I cannot change my review or believe this is not a misleading scammer site. What you see is not what you get. It's cheap lookalikes. Futhermore I got an email today informing the 5th dress was despatched. I ordered this on the 23rd of July. I will have to wait another 10-20 working days for this.
The other thing is let me encourage you to read the reviews on the dresses on this site. It is questionable even if these reviews have been legitimately done, they seem to have common email addresses who say the same thing as if rehearsed on different dresses. Spelling errors are similar and they pretty much say the same thing for every dress. Does make one wonder.

I received an email from Just Fashion Now requesting my order number. They then got back to me yo apologise for the delay and offered a 15% refund or a 20% discount on my next order. I declined the discount and accepted the refund. Which is obviously not confirmed nor evident in my bank account.
After this I got an email to set my order will be sent in multiple stages and that one of the dresses was delayed for another 15-20 business days. So by the time I actually receive that dress it will almost 3 months from the date of order!
This company is selling products that are not in stock. Is that legal?

The dress looked like a piece of c**p. I'm demanding a refund but the people I'm dealing with are slime who write things like pls' and start their emails with hi'... don't do it!
They sent me a thinly made dress with a big SNAG in the front and even though I sent a pic of it to them to get a prepaid label for a defective item they refused to do anything about it and told me I had to cover the cost back to China! Which would be VERY expensive! I think their items are photographed and made to look really nice but in reality they are very cheap. Also I thought they had warehouses here in the US that we could return items to... they kind of alluded to that on their site... but nope. Not the case! So Buyer BEWARE! ALSO, now in my case Pay Pal was generous enough to give me a courtesy refund back without having to return the item... but it doesn't sit well with me that these schysters got to keep the money for the item while Pay Pal took the hit! Will never order again from them!

I don't believe any of the reviews are authentic - a bit like their website, customer service team / process or the company! They took my money straight away from my bank once I placed the order in good faith - but 38 days later (holiday has now been and gone, so items are no longer of use to me!) nothing has ever arrived. You can't call them, they don't reply to emails. I've demanded a refund after multiple emails chasing my order - I'm not feeling very confident I'll get a penny back. They should be closed down. Very unhappy just fashion now customer.

The quality of your garments is rubbish. 4 items and 3 are unwearable because of the quality, the only thing that us useable is a small bag and thats what it is, a small cheap bag. I ordered 4 items from them 5 weeks ago. I have received 2 of the 4 and both are nothing like the description. One is a cheap cheap bag, the other is a top that looks like it was made by a pre schooler. So I don't hold out much hope for the two dresses yet to be shipped. Returns have to be paid by yourself and if it takes this long you can imagine how long for a refund.
On top of that customer service is non existent. You can't call a holding e mail that doesn't even look at your problem a service. You CANNOT get a proper reply.

But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
