I ordered 3 items early June, well think they were on a banana boat, got the t-shirt not bad ordered XXL thinking it would look like the pic, the one about eyelashes, fits but now like I wanted to swing out then a Bamboo Top bad, then finally this long sheath gray white stripe dress finally arrived doesn't go over me and yes it was XXL, and to send it back would almost cost me the price of the dress, which was $26 hey I've sent things to my sis in Australia don't mind that cost but this dress, I'll give it to some person that needs it. The things you show hey look wow!, but if one is an XL you better order THE largest they have, so my business is done with you guys
CLOTHES AND SHOES WERE SO CHEAP THEY WERE ALREADY COMING APART WHEN I REC'D THEM. DRESSES LOOKED LIKE A CHEAP HALLOWEEN COSTUME. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND IF YOU LIVE THE THE UNITED STATES. THEY KEPT PUTTING ME OFF AND FINALLY SENT ME A RETURN LABEL... COSTS ME WAY MORE THAN THE CLOTHES WERE WORTH TO SEND BACK, WITH NO TRACKING FROM OUR USPS... AND I STILL HAVE NOT REC'D MY MONEY BACK!

Worst company ever! Received wrong dress style and size after waiting about 6 weeks. They are now saying that they won't refund me because I waiting beyond 15 days to email them photos of what they sent me. I emailed them immediately and followed up numerous time, they just keep saying they never got the photos so they won't reimburse me. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM! Never order from them!

A part of the dress was not finished. It cam from China 2 months after ordered it! So it's a lie, it's not make in US!

My original review was completely negative. However, after 8 weeks, my cowl neck dress arrived! Size XL really is about a size 10 as they suggested. Dress looks as described. Fabric very lightweight which would be good for hot weather but it doesn't quite hold the shape as photographed because it is so lightweight. Not high quality but what do you expect for $30?
I will keep it as it isn't worth my time to re-send. It doesn't have lots of shape especially around the waist but I might wear it occasionally. On me I give it a "5".

Ordered a pair of shoes. It took forever to get them. I needed to exchange for a smaller size. Used the label the co provided to return, had to pay $23.50 to ship to China! The package came back to me. I contacted the Co to let them know I used the label they provided but the package came back to me and I expected them to pay for the shipping for the return since I have already paid double for the product now. They said it wasn't their fault and the only thing they could do is offer me 20% off any additional purchase. Total rip off!

I ordered a long dress that popped up as advertising on my i phone, it looked so nice.
When it arrived it was a disgusting a piece of ultra cheap TAT. I don't think you would have seen anything like it in a market. My daughter thought Primark would Not have sold this dress in their shop Did not send it back as saw all the posts on this sight, just dumped it in the bin, the best place for it!

Twice my items have been out of stock why advertise something that is out of stock, last one arrived months after I ordered it.
This time they are saying I can have another product if I send SKU and size!! They are saying they can refund my money in a weeks time.
Quick to take your money but I have to wait to get it back???? I see others did not get there money back!! Absolutely disgusted. Their stuff is not as the pictures show either. Don't waste your money, I will never use them again.

These people will take your money and when you return an item they will lie and say they haven't received it. They are liars and thieves. I placed my review on the 02/09/2018 - to report that I was not able to send off my request to "JustFashionnow" for a refund, as their website would not allow it. I did however get a response to my review from them, apologising and supplying a contact email to send my order no and details etc., I emailed them back with all of the necessary details and... yes, you guessed right! There has been no response what so ever from JustFashionNow", and I do not expect to receive one.
As I have stated in my original review " DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE SCAMMERS. Their bad reviews are enormous, "There is no Honour amongst Thieves".

I would like to inform the public about this company's business morals and ethics. I live in Australia and would like to say "STAY AWAY", from Justfashionnow.com. I purchased a dress to discover it was not the correct measurements as stated on their website. I tried to contact them via their contacts details supplied, to discover that that my complaint was not accepted as their refund policy section was not operable to the customer ( in other words it would not send my complaint). I have tried to email their support email with the same result.
DO NOT waste your money hoping it will be different with you, this company is fraudulent- they will take your money and severe all communications with you.
This company should be stopped from selling online and committing these acts with no scruples. They do not deserve your hard earned money.

I immediately contacted them via the same email they sent to me and told them to send to Maine not to Florida (nobody there in the summer). It took 40 days to get my order and the return ( they were very mis-sized) has been a huge hassle. They tell you to return items within 15 days, but they don't send the address or return number so that you can do it. I've requested a return twice and a week has already gone by... I've emailed them 3 times and I get no help. I'm going to contact my credit card company to get my money back and will consider myself lucky if that happens!

This website is a scam! DO NOT BUY! They must have paid for all of the "wonderful" reviews that they have because their merch is low quality and customer service is non existent. First, I waited almost a month for my order before I left on vacation. The clothes finally arrived after I returned home from my trip! When I wanted to return for a refund for poor quality and the wrong size I had to wait for it to be approved. However I had to respond to their first email within 7 days for them to send the return address once it was approved! When I did try to respond again my emails kept bouncing back to me after 2-3 days of trying. How convenient for them! I will report them to BBB.
