I ordered about 6 sets of light up LED Earrings for a festival wedding and it said 7-12 business days. The wedding was 16 business days away at the times, so I didn't bother with express shipping. However they posted my order an ENTIRE WEEK after I ordered it and so my parcel hasn't arrived today (Friday, business day 16, day before the wedding tomorrow. It's set to arrive on Monday. What a waste. EFFING pissed off is a massive understatement. I could have ordered more if Id have know they wouldn't come in time, or I would have ordered express. I will NEVER shop here again, and I will make sure NO ONE I know does either. F U Guys for such immoral and unprofessional service.

I ordered four dresses to take on a summer vacation. One had raw armholes where the seamstress forgot to sew the hem. A second had an "iron on" pattern that was not aligned and was very crooked. One dress has not arrived more than two months after ordering, yet I have been charged for it. All the dress are of the cheapest, tackiest fabrics imaginable. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE QUALITY. I have tried to contact the company repeatedly to obtain a return label without any response. Their website does not allow me to input the order number. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Please don't waste your money buying from this company because if it has to be returned you will never get a refund.

The dress was so poorly made none of the seams were straight the darts were in the wrong place and the Material very poor quality. An absolute waste of money!

Delivery was well over 3 mths and that was only after I'd sent about 6 e mails asking where it was. I have friends living in China and they receive letters/ parcels in about 10-14 days.

I returned a garment over a month ago and when I enquired where my refund was I was told that they needed the name of the shipping company or no refund would be issued...

They are a scam they take ur money then when u return ur item they make up lies about not receiving it when u can track the parcel urslf as they state to get tracking when returning it. I returned this item back in January n every single day iv emailed them asking for my refund and they have given me pathetic excuses not k owing iv been tracking it myself and it says it's in their warehouse but they have now closed my case so not only have I lost out on the money played for the item iv lost out on throne to have this tracked... this company needs to stop scamming ppl n taking our money! Fuming about this!

I ORDERED TWO SHIRTS IN MAY FOR A TRIP AT THE END OF JUNE. THEY NEVER CAME. FINALLY MID JULY I RECEIVED THEM. THE QUALITY WAS HORRIBLE SO I RETURNED THEM. IT'S NOW SEPTEMBER AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. I GAVE THEM THE UPS TRACKING NUMBER AND IT SAYS THE SHIRTS WERE RETURNED TO THEM ON AUGUST 13. THEY KEEP ASKING ME WHERE I SENT THEM TO! THEIR OFFICE OF COURSE - BUT THEY CAN'T FIND THEM. I WONDER IF I WILL EVER GET MY MONEY BACK. EVERYDAY I EMAIL THEM AND SAY "REFUND ME MY MONEY" AND THEY SAY - WHERE DID YOU SEND THEM TOO?

Yo pedí 3 vestidos de una vez y fue el peor error. El primero que era un vestido playero blanco sencillo es de la peor calidad que he visto. No da ni siquiera para limpiar el piso de tan plastico que es! El segundo que llego varias semanas despues es de una calidad parecida y aunque es el mismo diseño de la tela de la foto los colores son distintos (para mal) y unos 30 cms mas corto (o sea imponible).
Aún tenia fe con el tercero ya que decía que era en algodón pero esta empresa sinvergueza mandó un diseño completamente diferente en el mismo poliester barato y aun con un corte distinto. Que se puede hacer para detener este engaño?

I ordered three dresses base on what they looked on line using American dollars. When received two of the dresses they were so bad and ugly that immediately cancelled receiving the third one. It was very difficult to fin the return procedure on line. After contacting the customer service, Eventually I got the return shipment label to China. Following exact instructions, returned the items via regular Canada post office mailing services. After a while followed up with the customer service, the denied receiving the items. Mailed them the copy of the post office receipt, yet didn't find it. Waited for over three months and they denied to give my money back. Lost the money to order items and the return shipment to China.
Unreliable. Will never buy from them again and will let all my friends know.

I bought a jacket, size 5xxxx. I bought it large so it would be baggy. I cannot get it on, its no where near the size they promised.

I used paypal to pay for it as i believed that if the firm had a paypal account, they would be a legitimate business,

I complained to the firm who want me to pay postage and customs back to china (£16) or accept the £20% they are offering. The jacket was £16 plus £4
Postage... i can see that they want me, to pay for their shoddy work, or error. If they cannot abide by uk trading laws, then they have no business to be advertising in the uk and they should not be further endorsed by pay pal.

I have opened up a pay pal complaint. Suggest everyone else does this if you paid using paypal
