This is the response I received after my item NEVER showed up after over a month and 6 emails later. The worst customer service. Read reviews that the quality of the items are crap. I guess I'm out $30.00. Live and learn.

I took a risk and ordered from this company after reading the reviews. NEVER AGAIN, will I order clothing or anything from this company or others like it. They take your money and sell awful quality clothes. Don't have anything to do with these people. I've sent the clothes I ordered back over a month ago and still no refund. I ordered 3 dresses. They weren't even worth keeping. NOBODY in their right mind would EVER wear it. Total Garbage. They took forever to ship, but took my money easily enough... ladies do yourself a favor and DON'T give these people your money. THEY DON'T DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED $$
This company and many others like them are SCAMMERS... stop buying cheap garbage clothing they offer. Put them out of business as that's what they do deserve.
I'm likely not going to see my money back because of this review. But if it means helping others NOT to make the mistake I did... then it'll be worth it!

HORRIFIC SCHEME!
The clothing is of horrible quality. They take forever to ship to you and don't send everything at once. You have ONLY 15 DAYS to RETURN and you have TO MAIL things back to CHINA. They also don't apply also discounts they promote. SHAM OF A COMPANY. To SHIP things BACK TO CHINA and have them get it within 15 days will COST YOU more on SHIPPING THAN WHAT YOU PAID IN TOTAL. This company should be put OUT OF BUSINESS and CLOSED.

They must have paid for the 5 star reviews. Because this is the worst company I have ever bought clothing from. And I have, in a pinch, shopped at Walmart. The clothes don't look like the pictures, the cloth is cheap and thin and not the color it appears to be. On top of that, they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They require a return authorization to return their shoddy merchandise, but then they don't send it. They only have a SEVEN DAY RETURN PERIOD. Who, in this day and age, requires that you return something in only 7 days? On top of that, they don't send you the return authorization, so it's not possible to return them in 7 days. Awful company. Do not buy!

It took months to resolve a charge on my credit card for 5 items that were never shipped. They actually countered my credit card dispute with a false shipping manifest. This is a Chinese scam operation, buyer beware.

Ok, I am usually a responsible individual and review companies who might be scam artists before I place an order. I really failed this time. I had already placed the order via PayPal and when I checked if I could cancel the order, literally a few hours after I placed it, the funds where already out of my account. So, I was quite surprised that in about 2+ weeks I actually got the garment. It wasn't awful, but it was see through and flimsy. It ran very small and the embroidery on the garment was not very neat, with various strings frayed. So then I do my best to find a return address to send it back, and the only address is on the label that is a California address, which actually said "Returns Only". I decided to send it back with that address. I read that their return policy was 15 days after delivery. So I knew it needed to be returned quickly.) I did contact their Customer Service to receive further instructions, which took at least a day or more to reply with the full instructions... days were ticking by. Finally, I get a very detailed message that the garment must be sent to an address in China at my cost, not the US... no label is sent to make it easier, but it's a moot point anyway because at this point the return will not arrive within the specified 15 day period to get your money back! Definitely a scam.
