Regrettably, my experience of shopping with justfashion was totally disappointing, including the long time it took for me to receive a blouse which, when the order was confirmed, indicated that it would take 15 to 20 days. In addition, the blouse material, the size, and the colours, bear no relationship to the photo in their Ad. To this extent, the advertisement is totally misleading--the blouse in the picture looks glamorous, elegant and with nice soft colors, what I received looks very cheap, with ugly material and bright ugly colors. In addition, the size S does not fit as a regular S.
Im a new customer and I have already placed an order for a dress. I haven't received it yet but the customer service is really good so far. The web is fantastic, easy to navigate. When I receive my orders I will be more objective.
Returns to China ( too expensive) were not explained during purchase! Thank goodness I really liked one of the dresses, but I purchased 4 to try on, so cost of dress is really about $122!
Interestingly I received a duplicate order of 2 dresses, hopefully not charged to me. Odd experience altogether.

It took months to resolve a charge on my credit card for 5 items that were never shipped. They actually countered my credit card dispute with a false shipping manifest. This is a Chinese scam operation, buyer beware.

A better decision would be to avoid any shopping from China. I didn't read the fine print to see that things would be 'Imported'.
Thin fabric, uneven seams, fit was clumsy. I am responsible for sending the order back, and that's to China... more disappointment.

Great sweater they provided quick email communication on the status of my order. The packaging was excellent and it was wrapped in plastic. I received a follow-up email after delivery. I highly recommend them.
The pictures/descriptions are not what they appear when they arrive. For instance a sweater I ordered came as a real light long sleep shirt. Its OK, will not return my items, but will not order from here again.

Had problem with debit card not going through due to the company being based out of Great Britain, but after that was settled the charts the gave to help with size was excellent my dresses fit rather nicely

I really like its speed to send the merchandise, as well as the changes (when I received the wrong size), but in general it was very good. In addition, I support this clothing store in Liena by having a wide variety of sizes and styles.
My teenage daughter loves clothes. She convinced me to buy here the first time, it was the best decision! The transaction and delivery could not have been easier. I compared again, which I guess is the best recommendation!
2 out of 4 tops done' fit and when I went to get return info it basically said it will cost more to ship it back than it's worth, so now I'm stuck with 2 tops I can't wear and only got 2 new tops. Not a good experience at all.

I love the prices and clothing. It's quality clothes, sizes vary but were on target with measurements. Just wish shipping was not higher than the clothes. I am still waiting on the refund for one no show item.
